A curse creates chaos for the person whom is cursed, and haunted is meaning a soul hasnt really past on until it does it one true duty it needs to complete.... and will stay there until it does so.

completely different. well... a curse could be the result of a haunting... maybe the ghost at your mums, really wants to make you miss all the good juicy stuff in Kumo for some reason?

Iwa lacks active population, the presence of the kage in a village isn't of need the whole time. @gregar: iwa has no autoranks, because the ones we had became inactive. that still doesnt change the fact kumo needs more teachers. iwa has ways to help people to get from acad to genin if there is no teacher available, but no active villagers other than me, cobra and probably not more than 3 others, while kumo is the opposite, lots of members, yet nobody to help students other than the raikage from what I have seen the past few days.
