this guild is getting boring barely anybody posts now but there are still a lot of members i think we should kick out the people who dont post at all

But what REALLY should be done, is to talk to the members, and hear why thay havent been posting. But, didnt i put you on a team? oO;; Tind them. Get to know them, Ingame, and Offgame.

You should be on a team thats around the same time-zones.
