Feeling the absense of her mate, Kaida slowly stirred. Sitting up and rubbing her eyes, she looked over at him. 'Kale? What is the matter?' She asked, staring at him. She stood and put on Kale's tee shirt that covered her like a nightgown. Crossing her arms and biting her lower lip, she slowly walked over by Kale. Standing a foot away from him, she leaned against the wall and looked at him worried.

Talon just gave a small sound that could mean almost anything as he continued to nuzzle her neck. "If you like it that's fine, just don't do it outside of our room." he mumbled against her skin.
Kale glanced at her and smiled softly, holding his arm out to her, welcoming her to his embrace if she wanted to. 'Its nothing, love. Just a nightmare. I'm sorry I woke you.' he answered softly. It was true that it was a nightmare, but not his.

Echo nodded. "I wont, it just makes me laugh, because I wanted to se your reaction." She continued to pull the braids out. "Have you ever met anyone that would be in one of the history books?" Echo asked just letting her mind wander.

"Mmm....like who? History books only tell what the country wants them to know...history turns to myth sometimes too." he answered softly, licking her neck a bit. He needed to go feed soon before she got hungry.

Echo smiled, she couldnt deny that there would be stuff changed by history books. She made a happy noise when Talon licked her neck. She closed her eyes. "hmm...just someone way back then that I would know of?" Echo pulled out the final braid, still being careful not to pull his hair.

Kaida stepped into him and nuzzled his neck. 'About?' She prompted. Her stomach growled slighty, thirsty, but she ignored it.

Echo grinned, "That's interesting. So was he as great and noble as the books say he was?" She Would have turned them over again, just to tease, but she rather liked the position.

Kale just shook his head. 'Nothing...don't worry about it. Its time to feed you anyway, my dear.' he replied softly.
Talon shrugged a bit. "He was very stubborn that's for sure. He had to win every war he was in, that was what he always dreamed about, so the states could have peace."

Echo nodded, "Its kinda strange, but not really." Echo said pausing, trying to figure out how to word what she wanted to say. "I didnt really think about how old you were until you talked about an old president." She laughed, pushing him over so he was on her side. She couldnt resist the temptation. "Its amazing to know a little bit about what helped made you the way you are now. Personality wise I mean."

Talon raised an eyebrow at her words. "My personality has been this way since I was human. I grew up in a world where being a gentleman to women was the highest respect a woman could get. Now days though, it seems strange to the humans, but they love it all the same."

"I dont know, maybe I'm wrong, but everyone changes a little to adjust to their surroundings, even if they dont realize it. I think if we didnt adjust we would be driven nuts. Not sayig you're morals changed, because you are a gentleman." Echo reaplied calmly, she wondered if she had said the wrong thing.

Kaida smiled against his chest. Just the thought of Kale's blood made her hungry and thirsty. But she remembered that Kale made her drink those animals before... Perhaps he wanted her to do this always? Asking, she said 'How would you like me to feed..?' It was a slow question, but she would do either if he chose that instead.
