The double meaning in that sentence is not lost on Kyo. He nods. "It must be an honour." the wods slip out of his mouth and he mentally smacks himself. He really does have to be far more careful.
He takes in the state of his shirt and just strips it off. It's dirty and sweaty, and he has more. "Well, this is for the rags..." he says. Then he pulls out his hair and shakes his head out, relishing the freedom.

Cas tried not to too obviously be miffed, but he doesn't like knowing that this man knows Orient's secret, that he feels so special for knowing. He gets distracted from that issue handily when the oriental man strips off his top. He was starting to think maybe he had a thing for asians, because as with the other one he knows, Kyo looks damn good shirtless.
He seconds his own motion when the man takes his long hair down. It looked so silky he almost wanted to reach out and touch it. He shakes his head a bit, "He's a good first mate."

"I can see that." Kyo replies. "He didn't kill me when he surely should have." he says. "And for that, he'd have my eternal loyalty."

Kyo climbs into his bunk and crosses his arms over his chest. "That's something I can tell as well." he replies. If Caspian ever warmed up to him, Kyo would be extremely shocked.

Caspian can tell that Kyo's not stupid. He also takes good care of his body, and doesn't drink to excess. This means he probably knows the irishman is watching him. This is unlikely to be a very pleasant situation.
Still, at least the man he's watching is easy on the eyes.

Kyo rolls over, so that his back is facing Caspian. There are a few scars on there, from a fight with a purple when he was much younger and less experienced. He sighs. "Goodnight, Caspian." he says.

Kyo remains awake until he can feel Caspian;'s prying eyes finally stop staring. Even still, his sleep is interrupted and uncomfortable.

The next few days, Caspian is clearly keeping tabs on Kyo, not letting him out of his sight save at night. As they near the port of Byzel though, Caspian is following him even more closely.

By the time they hit Byzel, Kyo is sure that Caspian has orders to watch him. He hasn't gone a day without having the other man hovering over him. He's finding he doesn't mind so much though, because despite the other man's cold demeanor, he's seeing a protective and loving side to Caspian that before he hadn;t been sure existed.
Once they hit Byzel, Orient sneaks Uriel off the ship. He brings him to shore and then looks at him sadly. "I suppose this is it..."

Uriel nods. He had a sack of belongings, although he'd left a lot of things, mostly books, behind, because there was only so much he could carry, "Thank you, for bringing me all this way. not many people would have taken me along for free."

The younger boy blinks, "I think you're a good pirate. Your men respect you, you have a hold full of treasure. Besides, it paid off in the end, right?"
