If you have a housing permit and a house to place, and you don't see any signs to place your house, then the spots are reserved. I think on the map, there aren't any actual colors to show that spots are reserved, so they just used the green vacant icon. I'm sorry.

The nurse outfit had make many people happy at the feedback forum....Meave remember seeing nurse outfit suggestion and ALL kinds of uniforms suggestion. We now have police and nurse....what else? the workers?

Kochiyo Ishinomori No, on other maps that should have houses are completly blank as in nothing on them. Thought those were reserved places. I don't know, then. sad
