*Omega entered the building and headed to the training room. He began to work out on the leg lift to try to regain leg strength. Every extention brought pain. He moved the peg so it was 10 lbs. more. He pushed and the pain began building. He succeeded in one full push but the full extention brough a rush of pain that made him yell out in pain.*

*Stands up slowly and limps quickly to the treadmill. He turned it on slow and began walking. He winced in pain at every single step he took with his bad leg.*

*Omega got off and limped around. He looked angry as he left the training room. He stalked down the hallway limping noticibly. Omega snapped for a second and put a large hole through a random locker room door. He kept on down the hallway headed for his locker room.*
