James breathed heavily through the entire explanation. He was outraged with her. He didn't undertsand how she could possibly be pained when he was the one that she bit. He clenched his fist as he prepared another punch.

Laureen flinched. She felt his fist on her face again. She didn't get why, but she was letting James beat her up. The old Laureen would of tried to kill James, but she was starting to get at the end of her rope. The look for her son was going no where.
She had began to sob like a little girl.

James wanted to kick her again, but something stopped him at the sight of her crying. Why would she be sad? He was the one who just took a turn for the worst. His hardened gaze softened a bit, and he crouched to her level. "Why do you cry? Why don't you fight back?"

" Jonanthan being killed.....Geoff being kidnaped.....me bting you.... i just can't take it anymore" She brought her face to her knees and sobbed louder.
She knew none of the names made sense to James , but she didn't care. She never really cried about it when it happened. She turned cold and bitter.

James moved Laureen's knees away from her eyes and looked at her, hate now mixed with sorrow for her and confusion. "Who is Johnathon.....and who is Geoff?"

Laureen looked at James into his eyes. She wiped her eyes and her sleve.
" Jonanthan was the one who changed me. He saved my life by doing so. He had became my mate shortly after. Geoff is our pup. " Tears began to fall again" A year ago a demon hunted us down. Killed Jonanthan and left me to die. They kidnapped my baby. ... thats why i came to this city. This is where i tracked him down too"

James found it a bit hard to believe, but went along with it, ".....aaaaaaaand.....you just happen to get drunk and sleep with and bite me along the way?" James didn't know what to believe anymore. So many things had happened in the last few days, it went all too fast for him.

Laureen gave James a serious look.
" What did you do when you were stressed , what did you normaly do?Drink and try to get lucky. Well I went to a bar , got drunk and sadly it was arround the full moon. Biting you was not part of my plan" She said.
But the sex was niceShe thought in the back of her mind.

James smirked, "First thing, I was not stressed. That's a routine thing for me. Second, there are no windows in my room. You wouldn't have changed if you had listened to me."

" From what i remember from that night , we didn't even make it to your room , we were in your living room . With the huge window on the south wall. There would of not been time for me to move" She said" And would you have believe me then if i told you?"

James thought for a second, then realized the unlikeliness of him believing that. This made him smile, the angry thoughts stuffed in the back of his mind. He took Laureen's hand and helped her up. "Probably not."

Laureen quickly wiped her eyes again. She took James's hand and felt a electric shock go threw her body.
" I'm truely am sorry" She said looking into his eyes" If i could i would take it back."

"I would too." Jame's eyes widened when he realized that with all the girls he slept with before, who knows how many of them could have been lycans. He ignored it and walked on, then thought out loud, "Where the hell are we going?"

"I'm not sure. I need to get away from all this madness.....I need a drink." James' eyes grew wide and he licked his lips at the thought of a cold beverage on his lips. He looked over at Laureen to tell her where he was going.
