I'm still around there too. sweatdrop It's not worth it x_o Just read the Manga. the Anime is subpar in many, many ways. >_> Go watch Hunter x Hunter or something. It's alot better than Naruto =O xD It's not original. The Manga is good, I'll give you that. I dislike the Anime, however, mostly due to the crappy animation quality.
But some battles are pretty good. surprised (Gaara Lee! Gaara Lee! Gaara Lee!)
And I thought it was original. sad Character designs were pretty original, too.

Suyo KirbytheChef dot_com confused It definetly is worth it. Naruto isn't bad, it's just given a bad reputation by Narutards. It's one of the most original series I've seen, anyways. sad xD It's not original. The Manga is good, I'll give you that. I dislike the Anime, however, mostly due to the crappy animation quality. The story itself may not be original, but the characters, for the most part, are extremely original. I've seen the prankster type of character, and I've seen the tortured youth character, but I've never seen them both used in the same character. On top of that, there are very few series that I've seen that put kids in such a situation as... being trained to kill, and have them act semi-realistically about it. I like action series' that center around kids and their growing up in difficult situations, as long as they act fairly realistic. That's what I liked about Digimon Tamers, and that's what I like about Naruto. It's something I don't find in many series'. And there was the tail end of the Cell Games arc of DBZ... whee Edit: And of course, there's Eva... almost forgot since it's been so long since I've seen it... sweatdrop

But...the soot. gonk As such, I'm not in much position to offer advice, as I've got the same problem. I'd just say to think it over well before making any decisions.

The most obvious variation is changing the colour from White to Black, hence, BlackJoker, who, in the trend of opposites, is female and quite poor. She's also cute and adorably young with a thing for older men. 3nodding Then if you want more Jokermules, you can just go for different colors. I'm waiting for PuceJoker myself.
