Yeah, it's a type of pen, used for outlining, scrapbooking, etc.

Edit: @Kai: It could be outlining a drawing, and getting it ready to paint, color, etc.

XD Watch a few anime, pause it on a scene, and try to sketch what's on the screen. That's how I started..

Um... Pancake, it depends what style you want it. xD Or whatever. I have like, three different styles, and chibis too! It depends.

Actually, Pancake... I don't even know anymore. They just change. That's why nobody buys avatar art from me, they never know what to expect.
I can make Makie teh cutsey with big eyes, or matureish with smaller eyes, and other stuff. DDDDDx
I can't really explain it.
