Cid does...but they're magic tattoos (I'll explain). First, Squall gave him three...a bat, a magic symbol with his name on it, and a rose. Then Cain gave him two bands with writing on them, then a weird design but it's huge...and is that all?

The bat goes on his left calf, the rose is on the left side of his neck, the magic symbol's on the back of his left hand, the bands are on each upper arm, and then the big one goes from his left underarm to his left knee...and it partially covers a bit of his chest and his back...and his thighs.
