Stepping silently out of Charisse's house, Panda looked around. When he'd been through last time, he had been far too tired to even consider looking around. Now free of that burden, he studied the tiny villiage.

Several more of the primitive houses like Charisse's filled the clearing near the river. I wonder whether I should look for one that's empty... he wondered. Where else could I live? Wandering from house to house, he finally located one that appeared un-used as of yet. Entering and looking around, he thought Wow... this place is rather spacious. Large enough for an entire family. This thought led to several more thoughts which left Panda blushing. I haven't even asked whether she likes me yet... he reminded himself.

Sighing and walking out, he fluttered his wings. It had been too dangerous to fly through the dark woods, so he'd kept low to the ground and ran most of the way. His paws were still somewhat sore, but that would pass quickly. Taking to the air, he flew high enough above the canopy to get an overall idea of where things were.

With a final surge of strength, Syrillian broke free from her birth prison, the shards of her shell falling and fragmenting on the branches of the tall tree. Looking around, she blinked, then squinted. "Bright..." she complained. From her high vantage point, she could see much of the forest stretching out before her. Wriggling about a bit to get more comfortable, Syrillian waited for her eyes to adjust to the late afternoon sun.

Dora walked by the river looking for a fish. She licked her lips thinking of food. She took small but quick steps waiting and looking she knew she would find something just had to wait it out.

"Please, oh please tell me this isn't what you do for fun, Zaz." a small fairy fluff spoke despertialy. Staring in horror at the other several feet beside her simply staring down into a small stream up the bank near some rocks. Seremela made sure to keep herself far away enough so that her paws would not get dirty with the slimy sticky goo of mud that littered the entire stream. Trying her best to keep her perfectly healthy shiny furr the way it is. Glancing back over at the small critters within the water with bright emerald glass eyes. "You seriously need to get out more, Zaz."

Zazzel Dazzel was his proper name but one far too long for anyone to bother saying even once. For years he had endured many short nicknames to the point that it no longer bothered the male fluffy. His own furr a near complete opposite of that of the small fairy when it came to color complexition. His own fur consist of that of silver and yellow which matched the bandanna he wore perfectly. Golden eyes stared emotionless at the small black wiggling tad poles in the stream. He had spent several hours as it was simply watching the way they lived. They were quite active for creatures so small it was amazing to him though he would never openly admit it.

Umbra sat straighter, hearing some cats.

"Umbra? Anything wrong?"

"Oh-Nothing. Just hearing some others."

"Ah. Should I worry?"

"Nah. They're probably just hikers or something. It's such a nice day, anyway."

"Alright. If you say so."

Umbra slouched again and grabbed a walnut and picked at it's shell. Nothing to worry about. Nothing at all.

Aion stretched and kneaded the ground with his powerful paws, his sharp claws leaving scores in the hard packed sand. Stepping out of the cave he called home, Aion surveyed the dark heart of the forest. Stalactites and stalagmites formed a gaping maw at the entrance to his not-so-humble abode. It'd take a long time for Aion to obtain the right to challenge for this location. He chuckled darkly at the memory of completely overpowering the previous owner in the challenge. Treading lightly, Aion traveled his usual path down the cliffside to the ground, and then over to the black marble temple.
