I might just have to feild some of my "untested" army ideas with Apoc. I would personaly like to try a all Stormtrooper Army. MMM that would be great. the Fensilar 10th Stormtroop I could even get the forge would kit and make all my HQ and whatnot have respirators so they blend right in

Or you could devise your own custom Apocalypse rules for the command squad. Say, the commanding officer is straight from the codex and instead of taking normal Guardsmen the HQ squad is made up of storm troopers at their relevant codex entry with the associated cost and upgrades. That way you can create an all storm trooper army with a healthy 4+ and BS4 all round.
However, in light of creating your own Apocalypse rules, be sure to discuss it with your gaming club first. The red shirts in my store allow a lot of things, as long as you think things out and show them before hand.

yes us in the 40k Fight Club are pretty lax when it comes to some things. Im sure all I would have to do is right some fluff, or somthing like that. The first time I used Seraphim was in a all guard army. I just asked if I could try them out before hand.

Well, such things never did hurt in one off games. But for the most part, that's what Apocalypse is for now. Meshing together your stuff into a single force.
Enginseers are a real must for big games these days. And soon Ogryns will join the Cadians for some wacky bashing about.

Lt. Brookman Well, such things never did hurt in one off games. But for the most part, that's what Apocalypse is for now. Meshing together your stuff into a single force. Enginseers are a real must for big games these days. And soon Ogryns will join the Cadians for some wacky bashing about. Yes you forget I am at the disadvantage of not having opened a Apoc book yet. But I dont dont think it will wil to hard to feild 3000 points of Stormtroopers. Of Course they would have to have chimeras. But they can borrow them from the armoured divsions as well. Maybe Ill get multiple hatch bitz so I can swap out the commanders.

Well, according to good background info written by GW regarding Storm Trooper companies deployed during the third Armageddon war, it tells that Storm Troopers dropped in (deep strike) supported by Nightstalker Sentinels (drop sentinels with silent engines and night fighting equipment) and dug in Griffon tanks hidden by camo netting.

Sentinals I could probley do but griffions would take some special orderin.

The FW models though would fit in more with the Storm trooper look, just string camo netting over the armoured sides and voila! Also, the Sentinels could get special conversions such as muffled powerplants, reinforced cockpits and storm trooper crew. Or you could go with Elysian sentinels backed by support sentinels. /mad conversioning Mac speaking

They are conversion friendly, what do you plan on using them for exactly?
