" Their game of pool was different from their normal back and forth. He got a chance to see truly how competitive Samuel could be after all they hadn’t finished the first game they played last time they played pool. Micha was also given a chance to let his competitive side out however it wasn’t much. He wasn’t all that competitive after all he didn’t care if he won or lost. Micha nodded as Samuel spoke. He laughed softly shaking his head as Samuel spoke though he didn’t mind after all they both knew he couldn’t drive. Micha could if he wanted but then again he didn’t want to damage Samuel’s car if they got into a wreck, it was simply best to call a cab. As he kissed Samuel, Micha felt Samuel return the kiss. He couldn’t help himself as he toyed with Samuel’s hair. Micha liked to play with Samuel’s hair when they were kissing, relaxing in bed, or on the couch. At times he didn’t even notice he was doing it but he didn’t think Samuel minded after all if he did, then he would have said something sooner. He kissed Samuel a few more times before he felt him pull away. Micha slipped his hands away from Samuel as he pulled back. He moved away as he made his way toward the table to start pulling the balls from the pockets to set the table up again. Micha grabbed the rack as he started racking up the balls at the end of the table. He finished up as he glanced toward Samuel. ”Want to go first or shall I?” Micha asked as he moved to grab his stick. "

Sɑɱυεƪ ᴊᴏᵴҥʋᴀ Ɖɑᴠіʂ “Relationships are ropes. Love is a noose."
For Samuel this had been a rather tame game. He wasn't denying that he hadn't gotten competitive as he most certainly did. But it wasn't as bad when he played against his brothers or some other friends. With them it usually involved insults, more booze, and the occasional flying fist if someone got too mouthy. Samuel had no such plans of allowing that particular side of his competitive nature get that out of hand. But he could at least show it a little while still enjoying his game with Micha as he had done so. And like Micha, Samuel had enjoyed seeing this new side of him. He found it cute whenever he would pout when he started to lose, and even more so when he was winning. The small smiles that had crossed his lips and eager anticipation each time that he stood to take his turn. In all it had been a fun game and he was looking forward to their next. While they stood there teasing and kissing one another, Samuel beamed when Micha laughed at his poor joke. Weak as it was, he hadn't been lying. Although he wasn't anywhere near being drunk, he definitely could feel the starting of a small buzz. He didn't exactly plan on drinking anymore, but that didn't really mean anything. Samuel said a lot of things and at times allowed his actions to stray from his words. In case he did get drunk, he could only assume that Micha would be responsible and try to get them a cab. Even drunk he knew it would be dangerous for both themselves and for the sake of his car to allow Micha behind the wheel. Perhaps if he had a better track record he wouldn't mind so much, but the car he was currently driving happened to be a favorite. He'd prefer not seeing it balled up like a piece of paper. After one more kiss Samuel sighed contently. He watched as Micha moved away and started setting up the table. He sat back on the stool and picked up his beer, taking a few swigs before he heard the male speak. "Doesn't matter. You can go first if you want." he replied. Taking another sip, he then set the bottle down and reached into his pocket for a cigarette only to find all he had was an empty packet. Standing up from the stool, he moved to throw the packet into a nearby trash bin. "Hey, you don't happen to have any cigarettes on you?" he asked as he returned to his seat.

" Micha didn’t mind Samuel’s drinking as long as he didn’t get shitfaced. He knew he had nowhere to talk after all he would end up being a hypocrite. Micha could be a heavy drinker at times but his drinking leaned more toward the angry drunk then the friendly drunk. He didn’t know how Samuel would be if he continued drinking through he wasn’t sure if he wanted to find out. Micha also didn’t want to be responsible for taking care of a drunken Samuel. He didn’t find such idea attractive; it was more of a waste of his time. Micha finished setting up the pool table as he glanced toward Samuel waiting for a reply from him. He nodded as Samuel seemed inclined to have him go first again. Micha moved toward the table as he removed the rack from around the balls and set it aside. He grabbed the white ball as he moved toward the end of the table. Micha set it down as he took aim at it glancing toward the other end of the table. He struck the white ball watching as it took off heading toward the other end of the table knocking into the balls. Micha watched as the balls scattered around the table knocking back and forth against each other and the sides of the table but none being pocketed. He sighed a little before hearing Samuel speak. Micha nodded as he pulled a pack of cigarettes from his pocket, ”Here.” He spoke tossing Samuel his pack as he moved to sit down to allow Samuel his turn. "

Sɑɱυεƪ ᴊᴏᵴҥʋᴀ Ɖɑᴠіʂ “Relationships are ropes. Love is a noose."
When Samuel drank, he'd been told he could be a variety of drunks. What sort really depended on his mood and how his had been going before he started drinking. For example, at his eldest brothers' wedding reception he'd been told that he was quite the happy drunk. Greeting family and friends with far too much enthusiasm and telling anyone that would listen just how great it was to see them all again; even going so far as to bear hug his least favorite uncle and kiss his new sister-in-law. As obnoxious as he might have been it was probably one of the highlights of the times he'd ever gotten drunk. It was certainly far better, or so he had been told, than when he graduated college and his folks started to bombard him with this marriage bullshit. According to his friends, it was the angriest anyone had ever seen him before. He'd killed nearly an entire bottle of Glenfiddich, scared their waitress, and had made quite the scene when it came time for them to leave. Lucky for Samuel he didn't remember any of it. Instead he was greeted the next day with one of a hangover and couldn't stand to leave his bathroom for more than a couple of minutes before dry heaving what little contents his body held. Since then he'd never gotten so drunk. The migraine he could deal with, but the body aches, making friends with his toilet....he'd rather not experience that again. As of now, he only felt a little of the alcohols affects. He knew if he was going to drink anymore, it would be wise to stop after either the beer he was currently nursing or make number four his last for the evening. Besides, he could think of nothing more humiliating than needing Micha to babysit his drunken a**. He could only imagine the kind of teasing that might ensue once he sobered up. Turning his attention to the table, Samuel watched as Micha racked up, soon moving to take his turn. He paid close attention as he moved around the table, lining up, and taking his shot. Despite his near perfect break, nothing was pocketed. Not the best way to start off the game, but who was he to judge. Things were just starting, he couldn't get too cocky just yet. Asking about cigarettes, he fumbled for a moment as a pack was thrown at him. Flipping back the top, he pulled out a cigarette, slipping it between his lips. "Thank you." he mumbled just before bringing his hand up to cover tip with right hand and light with his left. Inhaling deeply, he allowed the toxic smoke to fill his lungs until there was a slight burning sensation. His last cigarette was just before dinner and the craving for another had been gnawing at him for some time. Breathing out slowly he then passed the packet back to Micha. Standing up he walked over to the table to observe any possible moves. The break was clean enough to leave him with a few options, but none of them would be too easy. Soon taking his pick of the bunch, Samuel leaned over the table to take his shot. The white ball dashed across the table, nuding forward the red striped ball and sending it across the table and into the lower left pocket. Smiling to himself he rounded the table for his next shot. His aim for the orange striped ball, it was about one of the clearest shots on the table as of this moment. Leaning over once more, he took aim and shot. The ball rolled back up the table, ultimately missing his intended target and instead pocketing the solid purple ball instead. Sighing, Samuel went back to his seat, inhaling deeply once more as he went.

" Taking care of Samuel was not something that appealed to him. He didn’t mind the idea perhaps if Samuel was sick but that wasn’t the case if he were to get drunk. Micha wasn’t into the idea of taking care of drunken people after all he didn’t allow others to take care of him when he was in such a state. He didn’t know how far Samuel planned on going with his drinking tonight but the least he could do was taking him home, though that didn’t mean he would be sleeping in his bed. Micha’s idea of taking care of Samuel meant sticking him in his tub then at least if he vomited it went down the drain not on his floor. There was a high chance of him getting back at Samuel as well after all it was only fair. He knew coming to a bar meant drinking but that didn’t mean he had to drink. In his current state he was mildly sober and aware of his surroundings though if he continued there’s no telling what would happen. As he took his seat, Micha grabbed his bottle of beer which he had neglected and took a few sips from it. He watched as Samuel took a cigarette from his pocket and quickly lit it up. Micha knew the cravings of nicotine could be addictive just as alcohol was. He took the pack back from Samuel and stuffed it into his pocket. Micha watched as Samuel stood up and made his way to the table to take his turn. He wasn’t surprised as Samuel pocketed his first ball but seemed unlucky on his second as he pocketed a solid. Micha stood from his seat as he grabbed his stick. He walked toward the table looking it over as he tried to figure out which ball would be the easiest to pocket. Micha leaned over the table taking aim at the white ball as he analyzed his choices. His picked between two balls as he struck the white ball. Micha watched as it rolled across the table knocking against the number seven solid ball. He kept his eyes on the ball watching as it bounced against the corner and soon made its way into a pocket. Micha moved around the table taking aim against at the number six solid with the white ball. He struck out this time only to have the ball spin toward a corner and bounce back knocking into a few of Samuel’s scattering them about. Micha finished with his turn as he moved to sit back down. He grabbed his bottle of beer as he finished it off. "

Sɑɱυεƪ ᴊᴏᵴҥʋᴀ Ɖɑᴠіʂ “Relationships are ropes. Love is a noose."
Samuel highly doubted that Micha would want to take care of him if he were sick. To be perfectly honest he was a lot easier to handle with when he was drunk verses having something like a cold or the flu. Perhaps it was his spoiled rich boy self coming out, but he tended to be a bit overdramatic and needy when he was sick. Samuel was the kind of sick person that would go around the house with a comforter draped over his shoulders when he should be in bed resting. He was the type to make friends with movies on Netflix and binge watch bad daytime television. He hardly ate when he was sick, especially if he couldn't taste anything, what was the point. He also didn't like taking medicine or going to a doctor. In short, Samuel was probably one of the worlds most annoying sick people. At least when he was drunk, the minute he passed out, he was gone. There was absolutely nothing anyone needed to do except make sure he was still breathing and have some aspirin with some kind of sports drink ready when he woke up. Other than that there wasn't much to be done in terms of taking care of him. The most he could remember anyone ever doing aside from the above mentioned, was possibly make sure he didn't drown in his own vomit or crack his head open on the toilet. It was that simple. Coming back to his seat, Samuel leaned back against the wall, taking a few drags while he watched Micha take his turn. Like Samuel his first turn was a great success, while his second was not. Blowing out the remaining smoke in his lungs towards the ceiling, Samuel stood from his stool and made his way to the table. Thanks to Micha's last move, he'd made a few more shots available to him. He took a moment to figure out which he would take before deciding on the striped blue ball. Leaning over the table he took aim and shot. The ball rolled a short distance across the table, nudging his target into a center pocket. Samuel then moved around to the other side of the table looking over his choices. No easy shots this time either. he thought, taking a quick pull from his cigarette. After taking a minute to go over his choices, Samuel leaned over the table to try his luck for the green striped ball.Taking aim, he shot out the white ball giving a small bounce as he did so. Standing straight he watched the ball roll towards his target and send it rolling straight into a side wall and stop a few good inches before in front of the pocket. Samuel blamed the alcohol for his somewhat poor aim. He returned back to his seat, picking up an ash tray from an empty table as he went. He set the tray on the edge of the jukebox beside him, tapping away the ashes. Samuel then picked up his beer to finish the rest while he watched Micha go take his turn.

" When it came to taking care of others, it wasn’t something Micha found to be enjoyable. He wasn’t as uncaring not to take care of someone if they were sick. Though he could only imagine what it would be like to take care of Samuel. It would probably be like taking care of a needy child. He wasn’t prepared for that yet. Micha finished with his empty bottle setting it aside. He turned his attention back toward Samuel watching as he took his turn. Micha watched as Samuel managed to pocket one but not the second. He shifted from his seat as Samuel moved away from the table. Micha grabbed his stick as he walked toward the table. He looked over the table analyzing the table to see where the balls lay after Samuel’s turn. Micha leaned over the table taking aim at the white ball. He struck it with the end of his stick watching as it slid across the table to knock into the striped number six ball he had tried pocketing before. Micha watched as the ball rolled forward knocking against the side and soon into a pocket. He moved around the table taking aim at the white ball again. Micha struck at the ball hitting it against the stripped number five ball. He stood straight watching as the ball rolled forward but stopped a few inches before the pocket. Micha sighed a little before moving away from the table to allow Samuel his turn. He returned to his seat setting his pool stick aside as he grabbed his pack of cigarettes from his pocket along with his lighter. Micha pulled a cigarette out slipping it between his lips. He cupped the end with his hand as he lit the end of it. Micha shoved the pack and his lighter back into his pocket. He inhaled the smoke letting it swirl around in his lungs for a few seconds before his chest started to burn. Micha pulled the cigarette from his lips as he exhaled out letting the smoke billow out around him. "

Sɑɱυεƪ ᴊᴏᵴҥʋᴀ Ɖɑᴠіʂ “Relationships are ropes. Love is a noose."
Coming back to his seat Samuel picked his beer up off the floor and resumed his previous position of leaning against the wall. So far this round was looking like it was going to be a long one. Samuel blamed the current amount of alcohol coursing their both their systems mixed with their stubborn competitive natures clouding their judgement. He finished off the rest of his beer while he watched Micha take his first turn. A great hit if he did say so himself. While Micha moved to calculate his next move, Samuel motioned for the waitress. He gave her the empty beer bottle and ordered a coke instead with a large basket of fries. He figured it best to quit drinking while he was ahead, plus the food would help absorb some of the alcohol in his system. As the waitress left he turned his attention back to Micha just in time to see him miss his second shot. For a moment he thought he saw a hint of frustration before watching him sigh and returning to his seat. Out of the corner of his eye he watched Micha for a moment as he set aside his cue stick and slipped a cigarette between his lips. "You alright over there?" he asked curious as he got up to take his turn. Walking over to the male he took another glance towards Micha while he analyzed his next shot. Without giving it too much thought Samuel leaned over the table to take a rather random shot at the first ball he saw; the purple striped one to be exact. What he could only assume was pure, dumb luck he managed to sink his first shot into the nearest pocket. He took another drag on his cigarette then walked around to the other side of the table. Smoke floated just slightly above the balls as he both exhaled and leaned over the table. Again he didn't take long in deciding on his next move, almost hoping for that last fluke to happen again. Lining up his shot, aiming for the orange striped ball again. Shooting out, he watched the white ball roll across the table and into his target, sending it right where he wanted it. He stood feeling a bit cocky now that he was playing a bit better. He was about to move to take his third shot when the waitress returned with his fries and drink. "Thank you." he said, pulling out his wallet. Samuel handed the woman a couple of bills plus tip. He then set his cue stick aside and took the items over to Micha. "Hope you don't mind coke." he said. Seeing as there was nowhere else to put the items, Samuel set them down on his stool so they could share. He took a fry from the basket, popping it into his mouth regretting the decision almost immediately as it burnt his tongue. He quickly took a sip of the drink to relieve some of the ache but the damage was already done. He took another sip before setting the glass back down and moving back to the table. Samuel glanced over his remaining shots and he doubted his luck would allow him another good one. Either way, he leaned over the table and aimed for the yellow striped ball. Taking his shot, he watched as the ball rolled across the table and completely missed his target. Instead of hitting the striped ball, the white rolled right past it and into the nearest pocket. Samuel came back over to Micha ad leaned against the jukebox.

" After playing his first game, it seemed he was feeling unlucky in his second. Micha grabbed Samuel’s astray bringing it closer toward him as he set it on the stool beside him. He flicked some of his ash from his cigarette into the tray. Micha slipped the cigarette back between his lips as he sat there. He watched as Samuel ordered a drink and food from the waitress. Micha relaxed while he sat there. He nodded slightly as Samuel questioned him. Micha slipped his fingers up removing the cigarette from his lips. He turned his head slightly as he blew smoke from his lips, ”Yeah, I’m fine.” Micha spoke though he knew he probably wasn’t very convincing. He watched as Samuel moved toward the table to take his turn. Micha remained where he was he sat relaxed. He watched as Samuel pocketed one of his balls. Micha wasn’t surprised especially seeing he was being sloppy with his shot. It didn’t seem like it became apparent to Samuel the second time as he pocketed another one of his balls. He didn’t feel like telling him after all it didn’t seem important anymore. Micha shifted sliding a hand through his hair. He took a few more drags from his cigarette before stubbing it out in the astray. Micha watched as Samuel took another turn but was distracted as the waitress brought his food. He watched as Samuel took the food and drink from him then walked over setting the items down beside him on the stool. Micha shrugged lightly at Samuel’s words not minding his order choice. He watched as Samuel picked up a fry from his back and took a bite. Micha shook his head lightly seeing he had burned his tongue. He wasn’t surprised after all the fries seemed fresh out of the fryer. Micha grabbed the coke after Samuel finished with it. He took a sip from it then set it back down. Micha watched as Samuel returned to the table to finish his turn. He wasn’t surprised that he had missed his shot by his third ball. Micha smiled lightly as he moved to grab a fry. He blew on it lightly to cool it down before popping it in his mouth. Micha munched on it as he sat there. He didn’t bother taking his turn this time after all most of his balls were gone now, it would be a waste to even try. "

" At the moment there were things on his mind, he couldn’t clear his mind of his thoughts. Micha wasn’t sure about telling Samuel anything yet. He had gotten to the point of sharing a few details but in most of his life he was vague. Micha couldn’t help himself it wasn’t that he didn’t trust Samuel; it was because he was scared of his past. Micha knew his past was catching up with him and it would only be soon but it was hard to tell how soon. He watched as Samuel seemed to watch him. Micha didn’t mind his watchful eye but he knew Samuel was catching on to his behavior. He shook his head lightly as Samuel spoke. ”No…I’m not giving up…But I do have to say we can call it a tie after all you did pocket my balls.” Micha spoke smiling lightly at Samuel watching as he moved closer toward him. He watched as Samuel seemed to be in thought as he sat there. Micha shook his head lightly as Samuel questioned him. ”No not yet...I want to go somewhere first.” He spoke watching as Samuel started to munch on his fries again. "

" When it came to telling Samuel about his past, it wasn’t it was none of his business, it was more along the lines of him being afraid of his past. There was things in his past that he rather not Samuel find out about but knew it was hard to keep anything from him. It was better simply just to tell him least he get crazy ideas to delve into his personal life other ways. Micha didn’t mind that Samuel was concerned after all it was better than be uncaring. He watched as Samuel rolled his eyes when he spoke. Micha nodded lightly as Samuel spoke not taking his teasing lightly. ”Right…Nevermind then.” He spoke as he shifted in the seat. Micha slipped off the stool as he stood there. He heard Samuel speak glancing back toward him. ”No,you don’t.” Micha spoke before heading off toward the bathroom. He walked through a small crowd of people as he continued toward the bathroom. Micha pushed the door open as he made his way toward the sink. He turned the water on as he started to wash his hands. Micha bent down over the sink splashing water lightly on his face. He finished as he turned the sink off grabbing a few paper towels, drying his hands and face off as he stood there. Micha sighed as he stood there."

Sɑɱυεƪ ᴊᴏᵴҥʋᴀ Ɖɑᴠіʂ “Relationships are ropes. Love is a noose."
Whatever it was that Micha wasn't telling him him, Samuel could only assume it must be pretty bad. He didn't know how to comfort, if it was needed. He also didn't want to seem like he was prying. Watching the male he could see that he wasn't all in the mood for anymore teasing and only grew more concerned when the male simply brushed him off. Samuel stepped out of the way as Micha got up to leave. His instincts urged him to go after him, but something told him it was best to leave him alone. Despite this, he couldn't help swearing under his breath, feeling as if he'd done something to further upset him once he was out of earshot. After he saw Micha enter the lavatory, Samuel waved over the waitress one last time asking if he could get both a to-go box and cup. The waitress kindly complied and went to grab the items, coming back moments later. Samuel thanked her and quickly threw the fries into the box and the drink in the cup. He then made short work of cleaning up the area they used by putting back the cue sticks and putting the ashtray where he'd found it. Picking up the food, he then made his way toward the front of the building to wait for Micha. Taking a deep breath he forced himself to stay calm. Whatever he needed to say he had to remember that it was Micha's issue and not something he should over concern himself with. If he allowed himself to get too worked up like he always did, he feared that MIcha would only push him away even more. Samuel sighed as he leaned back against the wall, closing his eyes and waiting for Micha to come out. After a few minutes had passed, Samuel quietly knocked on the door. "Micha?...I'm ready to go if you are....." Samuel paused, not knowing what else to say. What else could he say? Right now Micha was like a brick wall and only giving him a few curt sentences to work with. He couldn't tell if he was pissed off, upset, both, or just in one of his usual mood swings. All he could do was be patient. "I'm going to start the car. I'll meet you outside, alright?" he said quietly. Pealing away from the wall, Samuel nodded his farewell to the bartender and waitress that served them, dropping a ten dollar bill in the tip jar as he went. Heading outside, he went back up the stairs and to his car just outside. The headlights flashed as he disarmed the alarm. Slipping into the drivers seat, he set the fries on the backseat and the drink in the cup holder. Samuel then started his car, the engine roaring to life, disrupting the brief quiet of the night. Fiddling with the nobs and radio, he sat back in the leather seat, waiting, hoping that Micha would be coming out shortly.
