TvIaMsOqTuHeYz is it against the rules to make a bloodline that bases it's abilities around a personal summon that channels their chakra? This is gregar: Yes, that is very much against the rules. Summons cannot be tied to clans, and vice versa.

iShay-chan Azeiel The Fallen Where would I post a custom poison ?? I have begun work on an assassin character and would like to post some of them. Also I remember a competition thread concerning poisons but I cant find it. Custom Weapons, dear. Thank ya sweetheart ^.^

It isn't really a summon summon, it is kinda like Soma no ko, but instead of always being able to split, a chakra cost in neccessary, and one body can channel the chakra into jutsu, and the host body can only use taijutsu. ( And medical jutsu up to c rank, B rank if medical proffession. ) The other body would have a good bonus to a single chakra type, but otherwise it would be a lot alike.

I don't see the problem with having a custom personal summon that is tied to your custom clan as long as there is a valid reason.

I don't see the problem with having a custom personal summon that is tied to your custom clan as long as there is a valid reason. It is not allowed in order to allow people the maximum amount of customization, as well as to prevent others from being restricted. There will always be that one person who wants the clan, but not the summon, and vice versa, and then they're told they have to take both, and then they get upset, and.......you see where I'm going with this. Also, allowing summons that correlate directly with a clan's powers leads to overpowered moves, or overpowered summons.

Hey, Zane, while you're in here answering questions, would an Assassin shinobi with the weak bodied weakness and the Long Range shinobi type treat all jutsus that hit them as if they were two ranks higher, or would it remain as just one?

My clan idea literally was they summoned a being that channeled their chakra because they couldn't. That's pretty much it.

Tv: I'm not going to deny you of creating the clan. Explaining the clan to us isn't really going to do anything, but if you write the clan as a whole, it gives us a bigger picture of what it is. However, you do risk the clan getting denied and your hard work for naught...but alas that's the risk of creating a custom ninja

Meh, I want to keep it as true to the series as possible. specifically the fourth, but that is beside the point. ( Because evokers are basically mind exploding guns that are made of pure win. )
@ Anyone
what is the policy on robots? or maybe metal puppets that run off a muscular system, but require a chakra seal for an added umph to make them run? ( Basically I want some robots. >.> )
