(edited) That gaze now shifts aside towards Paradox. Was that man being confused with he, himself? Well.. they both wore black, although they were very different.

Katherine gave Paradox a warm smile. "It is no matter. You are with us now and thats what matters. Goodnight." She said with a wave watching him go
Then she looked back to Jack. "I canot say that i understand but.. How did you come back?" She spoke wondering if that in itself she had caused in a strange type of way.

He would watch her now in silence for a moment before replying. "Only part of me was once slain." He would walk his fingers along the table before him as he continues. "The rest of me was doing who knows what. As far as me climbing out of the underworld.. Who knows why, I had an entirely different life down there, it was forgotten, and I began piecing this one together as soon as I could function."

She noded and finshed off her second glass in silence thinking. "What do you plan now?" She spoke simipley wondering. More than that Matachi would start being wierd if he knew about all of this he already wanted to destroy the paintings.

"Jack.." Her purple eyes looked up to him. She didn't know what to say her words were falling short he was the one thing behonde her understanding. "I am sorry being here must be hard for you." She spoke seeming to reallt feel bad for him.

Katherine looked confused as he seemed to disapper. She decided on another drink and would end up falling alseep at that very table that night since her mind was so clutterd. ((night night))

Matachi would find Katherine on the table, he gently laid his cloak down over her covering her in warmth as he put it over her. He turned and sat in another chair looking towards a window watching the sunrise.

Katherine lifted her head when he actually did this. She brought the cloak more around herself giveing him a smile. Her soft fragile voice spoke, "Good morning my dear." She then turned looking at the first golden rays of the sun shineing into the windows.

Matachi smiled as he sipped on what looked to be tea "Good morning hun" He said looking back abit "Sleep well?" he asked smirking as he reached out offering her the warm tea in its small cup patting his leg with his free hand offering a seat for her since it was early morning before all the days events started

She gratefully took the tea sipping it and closeing her eyes for a moment still tired. She didn't change her seating to his leg she preferd a seat at the table with the tea. Her purple eyes watched him a smile creeping to her lips. "I think we she go down and get washed up, i think it might take our minds off things for alittle while." The truth was she needed distraction right now.

Matachi laughed getting up and stretching "Sounds like a plan to me." He said offering his hand out to her wanting to help her up "Shall we go?" He asked smiling at her

Katerine took one last sip of the tea and got up with him she didn't tell him about Dracien's deiscovery or Paradox admiting to it. Nor Jack's starnge words. No Matachi was going to help her forget about all of that for a few moments. Her hand in his she headed down towards the bath house with him. ((time skip like a couple of hours?))
