Nyl laughed, amused. "We're ninjas, Reeve. We are a trump card." She shrugged. "I honestly don't feel either way on the idea. You'll have to speak to Fen...and Syoku." She moved away from the rail, headed inside. "It's so late it's nearly early. Good night, Reeve."

Seph sat on the stairs of the porch, taking a deep breath and smiling some. It was a pretty day. Just a few white clouds in the sky inching across the blue backdrop. There was also a mild breeze.

A little hand grabbed one of Mr. Sephiroth's fingers as the rest of the little girl stood beside him, watching him.

Seph looked over to Syoku, smiling happily at her. "Hey, kiddo! Ready to Teleport?"

"Tewe-... Yup-yup, Mr Sephiwoth!!" It took her a few momments to remember that he was suppossed to teach her how to to stay away from the bad men.

He stood up and stretched. "Good!" He hopped down onto the grass and turned to face her, smiling. "The one thing you have to remember about teleporting is, you have to be able to picture in your head where you want to teleport. Find one thing that is unique, and you'll go there."

The girl followed Mr. Sephiroth off the porch, imediately having a place in mind. "Got it, Mr. Sephiwoth."

"Good!" He placed his hand on her shoulder, incase she somehow managed to teleport, she would take him with her. He had no other way of knowing where she might go. He crouched. "Now, I want you to focus." This would be difficult to explain. "Deep within every one of us is something called Chakra. If you can learn to control this, you can do amazing things. In this case, teleport. All you've got to do is focus on this place you're thinking of, and push all of that chakra down into your stomach. As soon as it Pops, it pushes you to that place." That was simplified. Really, the force of the chakra exploding throughout the body forced the physical body into another dimension.

Syoku nodded and concentrated, looking for that chakra... or whatever it was called. She think she found some as she tried to force the energy to her center (stomach), still having the place in mind, "No work, M-" she had let go of the chakra and imediately they were in the middle of the courtyard where she always drew. She blinked and looked around confused.

Seph felt the familiar feeling of being thrown into Hell and back out in a split second. He blinked and looked down. Grass.. His head slowly tilted up. "Wha.." He looked around. This was not the Dojo. His jaw hit the floor. "S..Syoku! You did it!"

The girl looked around confused, then up at Seph with a grin. "I do good...?" She asked, raising her arms to him. She was still completely confused as to what just happened.

He picked her up and hugged her. "Syoku, you did great! Can you try it again? This time, bring us back to the Dojo, okay?"

The girls thought a momment, then grinned silly like. She hugged Mr. Sephiroth and concentrated like before, but lost it quickly for a momment as she looked around. The then quickly hopped out of Mr. Sephiroth's arms and tugged on it as he would soon hear a soft hollow sound, like a silencer. Still hold his hand, she concentrated harder, trying to to lose it, but lost it again. She frowned, a bullet would fly by and just miss Sephiroth if he moved when she tugged him.

He looked rather confused as she tugged him, but gave in to her pulls and took a step forward. He could feel the heat of the bullet as it whizzed back the back of his head. His eyes widened and his first reaction was to scoop Syoku up into his arms and find cover, and he did just that. He ran forward, closed his eyes, and they were immediately back at the dojo. He loosened his grip on the little girl and sat down. He smiled at her. "This time, let's try and focus on an area that's a little closer, okay? Try teleporting us to the tree at the middle of the clearing."
That was way too close. By all accounts, I should be dead.
