My actual thoughts are border line I dont see why a non clan could potentially learn to infuse chakra to attack organs but then again its sort of a hyuuga signature ability and my love towards the awesome of the white eye parnoid hyuuga makes me lean towards a no. confused
It really is a sort of on the fence answer and be honest I don't have a problem with it but again I'm not the clan owner nor am I any one actually important in the guild so my opinion really doesn't matter. mrgreen
Ill just wait to see proto's thoughts

actually, we get typhoons here too, and i checked and your typhoon is roughly equivalent to a strong signal 8... is your place hurricane proof? :O or is it that the winds wreck your internet?

I live in an apartment, so it's not the safest place to be... and I don't want my electronics to fry, so I shut my electricity down.

Wow our winters don't seem that bad when people speak of hurricanes eek
We freeze and spend our mornings shoveling 4 months a year but at least we don't have hurricanes in the summer!

Good luck with that hurricane Arisen not a fan of hurricanes at all. My family used to live on the gulf coast.
