My Dad is in the process of demolishing the car that I have completely paid off because he is too stubborn to take it to the mechanic and I can't feel my feet...oh! and I'm also confused by this damn conversion again...nope, not really anything hidden there.

Ok so here's a rough draft of a custom jutsu I'm working on.
Name: {Name of your technique.}
Description: The User concentrates chakra into either their palms or fingertips and condenses it there. Then they strike their opponent with either their fingers or palms releasing the charka out of their hands and into the opponent’s body. Because it is condensed as it travels through the opponent’s body it causes internal damage to the opponent hurting their organs in similar manner to the Gentle Fist. Overall the technique is very similar to the gentle fist but those who lack the byakugan can use it. However it is much harder to use and more costly when it comes to chakra.
Rank: C
Cp Cost: 4 per strike
Attack Turns: 3
Reflex DC: N/A Taijutsu
Damage: 4-12 + Chakra mod (+ Intelligence mod I figured if you’re smarter and know more about the inside of the human body you’d know the vital areas to strike but this is up for debate and isn’t necessary)
Requirements: Chakra Control 25, Taijutsu 15
Training: 3 stages.
Stage I: Taijutsu DC 25, First you must learn how to strike a target with just your palms or fingertips, without reverting to a fist or hurting yourself. {DCs must be at least 10 over your requirements.}
Stage II: Chakra Control DC 35, The hardest part of learning the jutsu, you must learn to focus enough chakra into your hand, condense it to a good enough degree to do damage, and ultimately release it into the target.
Special: Cannot be combined with any weapons.
