"I.." He frowned and looked back to his palm, focusing on it. Another flame lit. He released the breath, and it died again. "What the-?!" He grit his teeth, trying once more. Again, the same reaction. "I.. Okay. Change of plans. I'm going to teach you to breath fire, instead."

I know...what this is. It's the same reduction of power...

He looked back up, sweat beginning to form at his brow. This had never happened. He nodded softly and tried one more time. Still a no-go. He took a deep breath and put his hands in his pockets, smiling as best he could. "Really?"

He sighed some. "It can be.. But only if you don't know what you're doing. Which is why we're going to work with wind, first. The key is, building up combustable chakra within your lungs. Right now, just use regular chakra. And exhale as fast and as hard as you can."
