"Yes Tomo, because that's the best way to show how you love me, right? I tried so hard to put the fact out of my head taht I carried Liam in an attempt to try to get you to look past Kaia... And look at me. And you know, when I ask about Kaia, you get all quiet, too. It's not a one way street." she said calmly, as she stood, and grabbed the duffel that Baizou had gotten out earlier. She started to grab her few things that she had around, and stuff them into it, not in the least bit neat or orderly. "Now all you have is your dead wife, a baby with no mother, a daughter who's been pulled twenty different directions, and a clone who is too obsessed with his wife to consider anyone else." Clutching the bag, Cass stood, wiping the moisture off of her face, and hobbled out the door. It was like trying to acquire sea legs, for her to walk.

Tomo watched her, "I love you, but I've been beating my head against a brick wall trying to get you to get it. If this weren't hard, you wouldn't have bothered to tell me." He looked down at his feet. "You know I love you, or you would have gone by now." He sighed and shook his head, "You ought to tell Rhi you're going. She loves you, too."

"Why don't you just.. I. I'm going where you can't come and get me when you're sorry for not doing anything about this. I won't talk to Rhi. Just tell her I died, too!" she replied, walking down the hallway, and starting to skip down the stairs. She was mighty energetic for a woman out of labor, but, it ddidn't meant that she was any less sore from it. She looked around the room, eyes darting, and headed to the door.

Tomo just leaned in his doorway, "You're expecting me to come after you?" He asked under his breath. He shook his head and ran down the stairs. "Cass, wait a second," He said, wishing he wasn't such a sap. "I don't care if you hate me, or can't stand me, or want to kill me even! I love you with everything in me. You can go, but I want you to know that I would steal the stars and give them to you. I would climb mountains. I would fight a hundred bears at once!" His eyes went glassy and he swallowed, "I would do it to prove that I love you... I'm not... asking for your forgiveness. I'm not even asking you to stay. But it's absolutely necessary to know that I love you!"

Cass stayed where she stood, back to him, in the doorway. Turning around, she gave him an expression like, 'Noooo!' "But it's NOT with everything in youu! You love Kaia too! You always will! You don't know how hard it is that Liam won't even be like me! I love you more than pasta loves to terrorize my tummy! But, even if we love eachother, he's not my kid and you're barely even a boyfriend!" she exclaimed, barely wishing that she hadn't. "Would it kill you to stop being an owner of a bar, and sit down and just talk to me? I mean.. hug me for more than a passing by while doing something else? I... You're right. I should leave. Stop frustrating you, and Baizou too. He doesn't like me, and you're sure as hell not going to propose to me without his approval!"

"Don't tell me who I do and don't love!" Tomo let out finally. He'd been wanting to say it for the longest time, but didn't want to totally ruin his chances with her by yelling. "You are so frustrating! You assume you know what's going on in my head. And why would I give a damn about what Baizou thinks of you? You say I only loved you because of Liam? What kind of heartless a** hole is like that? I am not your ex husband!" He wished she would just stay or go and stop rehashing the same sentences over and over again.

"Stop it, stop it, stop it! How would I know, Tomo?! I have always adored you, and then I loved you. But, how was I going to know if you loved me for more than your son, if the only attention you gave to me was to rub my belly, or kiss it. I am not my stomach! You don't know a thing about my ex husband, and you just... You don't even give a damn if I'm leaving, or you'd have tried to stop me, instead of stressing me out and making me feel downright guilty about it!" Cass said, after turning to face him. Her bag felt like bricks on her arm, and she was dizzy. But, it wasn't like a human-mutant cat-freak was going to try and heal her. She stepped backwards, shaking her head. He was being fair.. But Cassanova's brain did not know what to think. It was all messed up and dizzy.. all blurry and such.

Tomo caught her shoulders in an attempt to steady her. She looked awful. "Of course I'm stopping you." He said softly, "Why would I have come down if I wasn't?" He sighed and shook his head, "And of course I love my children. You love yours, I hope." His ears went limp. "I was hoping you would love my children, but... I can't expect that of you. That's not fair of me. To shove you into my world. You're not Kaia. I know that, now... I have to learn to let go of her, but you have to let me have the time." He smiled a little, "I-If you do end up going... My doors will always be open for you... A-and would you let me have this one last kiss?"

Cass was confused now... She hadn't said that seh didn't love Liam or Rhi, but, and it was unfair to say that she didn't. She did love Liam, and that was not the point of what she had said. "No... I don't want you to make me feel guilty anymore. I do love your children. I never said that I didn't. You can't expect to just.. I ... Don't make me... " Cass shook her head. "Leave me alone." she said softly, as she left her bag on the floor, and made her way to the stairs. She stumbled up them, landing once on her knee, but continuing up anyways. Her room was still empty, and although none of her things were in it, it was still her room; the room of which she entered, dark and drab... Full of emptiness.

Tomo watched her go. "Cass, you..." He trailed off. He really wanted to heal her, but she said to leave her alone. He was willing to give her her space. Besides, he two wonderful children to be with, tonight. He walked upstairs and pushed open his door, seeing Rhiannon crying at the end of his bed. "Oh, sweet heart did you hear all that?" Tomo asked, rushing to sit by her. He pulled his daughter into his arms and rocked with her, "Shh... Everything's going to be okay. It might take some time... But I promise it'll be all right." He soothed.
Baizou stared up at the ceiling. He would have to apologize to Cass. Of course he didn't dislike her. He had no reason to. However he needed to get her raw emotions out... Just to get a hint of her feelings. Of course if she wanted to worry about remaining a friendly acquaintance with Baizou, she would screen her words and emotions.

Laying down on the long-since empty bed, Cass curled up into a ball to cry. It'd never be easy to talk to Tomo now. And, she didn't want to, either. Hell, all she wanted was someone to come to her, and without knowing she was neko.. Without knowing that she bore their son... Just, saying, that for her, just her they loved. Was it really that difficult? It seemed to be... Especially with more than Just Tomo upset at her now.

Tomo picked Rhiannon up and laid her down on the bed gently. He stroked her hair affectionately as she quietly calmed down and fell asleep. At least he had her... and now Liam. They were both safe in his care. He would fall asleep happily, tonight because he had so much to be happy for.
Allen walked out of the bathroom with freshly brushed teeth. He'd heard quite a bit of an argument and was slightly shaken up. Somehow, he was more concerned that he usually was about other peoples' affairs.

Arlen came downstairs and headed directly for the kitchen. Bustling about he made himself a bowl of cereal and grabbed a carrot or two in case Lily came down.

Cass sobbed into her pillow, and looked around for her blade. It'd always been set in odd places, and she knew that she hadn't brought it to Tomo's room during the move. That was it now.. It would be her fault if Bai and Ellie broke up... Ellie loved Cass no matter what, and had told her so, but, Baizou's dislike of CAss would be the breaker between them. Arguments upon arguments, with how emotional Ellie was... And, it wouldn't end pretty... And it was all Cass's fault! How awful was she, now... To do this to the happy couple... Why couldn't she just die, now? Running away was of no use to lie to herself. She would still mean nothing to every one, no matter where she ran. Crying into the pillow still, Cass felt like if she only curled up tighter, she might die.

Allen heard the crying from Cass' room and decided to investigate. It wasn't like he had anything better to do at the moment. He surveyed the door before stepping up to it and knocking gently, "Is everything all right in there, miss?" He asked, hoping he wasn't interrupting something important or sensitive.
