"Do you want me to carry you?" Bakura offered as he stood, offering a hand. He still couldn't believe that he had done that to her.

"Naw I'll be ok.." As rei tried to stand she stumbled almost falling over on bakura "Ok mabye carring me wound be a good idea."

Bakura scooped Rei up, holding her close as he went through the door. Mahado stood not very far away, and tensed quickly upon seeing Bakura holding a bleeding Rei. Bakura glared, angry at the priest, and also to tell him to back off. He addressed Rei in a low voice. "Where's the horse you rode on?"

"It's the brown one walking twardsus." Rei said softly. Indeed the horse she had rode here on was walking twards them. "Why do all horses I ride end up liking me?" she asked bakura.

"Maybe because they're usually ridden by sweaty, nasty men and you're a nice change of pace?" Bakura offered as he helped Rei get on the horse. When he was about to get on, the priest had found his balls and approached. Bakura sighed and looked irritated. Mahado knew he didn't do anything. His Millennium Ring had been completely dormant. So how was this Bakura suddenly back? "What's going on? What did you do?" He was speaking to Bakura, obviously, and not the bossy woman. He thought that this might still be the other Bakura just pretending to be the husband one. He might be tricking her. The Millennium Ring was glowing faintly on his chest, as though he was preparing to use it again.

Rei growled and patted the horses neck. The horse headbutted mahado making him fall over into the sand "Yup I like this horse" rei said and offered her hand down to bakura.

Bakura blinked as though in surprise at seeing the priest fall, and then looked up at Rei. He carefully slipped his dagger back into his pocket before getting on the horse with Rei. He hadn't really been aware of pulling it out, nor had he realized his strong urge to kill the priest until he had fallen. "C'mon. I don't want to wait for these people." Bakura growled, taking a hold of the reins to leave as quickly as possible.

"Alright" rei said as they headed back twards the palace. They left the others in there dust.

Bakura closed his eyes, trying to calm himself down. He remembered how it was in the future, when he had to share a body with the other him. This wasn't like that at all. There weren't two souls in his body, it was just one him. But every now and then, like when he had threatened Rei earlier, in the house, it was as though he had lost control of his body. Or maybe just his ability to speak. Or... well, he didn't know how to explain it. It was weird. He hoped he wouldn't have to deal with this for long.

Soon they were back at the palace. "Alright lets get the kids and get out" Rei said not wanting to be here.

"Seto... That priest was the one who poisoned you, right?" Bakura asked as he got off the horse, extending a hand to help Rei. He had a faint half-smile on his face. "What kind of husband would I be if I just let him get away with that? You can go find the children. I'm going to see if I can't locate that priest. An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth, as the Hebrews say."

Rei chuckled and gave him a kiss on on the cheak as she got down "Just dont get cought..or hurt." She then rembered somthing "Oh and if it makes you feel any better I can feel agian...well exsept my hands. there still numb."

Bakura rested his hand briefly against Rei's cheek. "That is good. I hope you get feeling back in your hands soon." He said, thinking of ways to hurt Seto. "Maybe we had better stick together, though. Just realized that it wouldn't be a very good idea, just in case. We can't trust these palace people."
