it really depends but usually its bad for you. Your body will kick into stravation mode and then when you do eat it'll start storing all the food and you'll gain it all back really quick and usually even gain more when you start eatting again. The best way to lose weight is to actually excerse and stuff which is what i do now.

everyone talks about losing weight but how do you gain weight? I eat alot... and 5 times a day, breakfast, lunch, don't know what it is called in english buy "mellamål" it is something between lunch and dinner thing, dinner and before I go to sleep. There is some snacks too
