Rin opened her door and went straight for her dresser. She pulled out a few plain shirts, until she reached a wrapped square. It was large, like an ancient tome. "Old as hell family heirloom. Completely useless.... Until now." She unwrapped the book and showed Someria a thick green leather-bound book. "It's all about magical properties of plants and how to undo the effects that come off them." She smiled as she opened the book. "Lets take a look..."

Rin frowned. "Well, there's a few potion recipes too. They have specific purposes for each plant in each potion. We just have to find a bitter magical enhancer recipe and look up the ingredients. It has every root, stem, leaf, flower, and seed I've ever seen, including a lot I've never even heard of." She flipped through the book and skimmed the pages. "Bitter fever repressor... Sour magic canceller...."

Rin kept flipping through the book. She got about halfway through when she stopped and read the passage. "'Bitter magic enhancer brew.' Hey, Someria? Is this the color?" She held up the book to show a thick greenish-blue mixture in a bowl.

Rin pulled the book back and read the page. "Lets see..... 'Enhances magic by strengthening'... No... Antidote... Antidote... AH HA!! 'Reversal of magical enhancement is a simple brew of raven's claws, ashwinder root, and'..." Rin trailed off. "Ok... That's disgusting..."

Rin held up the book for Someria to see. "'And an infusion of vampire's blood in ground animal fur.' That's just gross..."

Rin scrunched her nose. "Thia won't be a problem, I, however, do not feel like shaving my tail or my ears to grind into an elixer... Ugh. That's just gross...."

Thia poked at the food the cafeteria had given her. "I don't eat human food. I'm a vampire..."
Veru looked at her oddly. "Then why did you take the tray?"
Thia shrugged. "Momentary insanity. Now I'm tired. Seeya, wolf." Thia tossed the food into the garbage and put the tray with the others.
Veru swallowed the last of his food and shook his head. "Yuck. Rabbit food. If this continues, I'll end up hunting like the vamp." He stood up and walked back to the room. He stopped at the door and knocked. Thia pulled open the door and shook her head. "You're really gonna try to do that every time?" Veru just looked away. Thia pinched his arm. "Knock it off. There's no problem, just treat me like any other bloodsucker you'd come across."
Veru smirked. "That would mean I'd have to kill you." Thia rolled her eyes. "In your dreams. I'm gonna shower." She picked up her bathing bag and headed down the hall. Veru's ear twitched. "This is going to be one interesting year."

Rin grimaced. "I'm not big on killing harmless creatures.... Or shaving them...." She sighed and started thinking. She remembered a certain werewolf with shaggy fur. "Hey, Someria? How do you feel about werewolf fur?"

Veru lay on his bed and thought about Thia's remarks about his shyness. "She's an odd one. Not like the ones in the south. She can control herself..." He started thinking about how different Thia was from normal vampires.
Thia opened the door and sighed. "Ah! Nothing like a warm shower to relax the muscles!" She looked at Veru. "Think any harder and your head'll explode."
Veru growled. "Not everyone can look human and be nice. Looks like you fell into the masses." Thia smirked. "Alright, mutt. You win this round. I'm going to take a nap." Veru stood up and grabbed his trunk. "I'm gonna go check something. Be back later." He closed the door behind him. Thia flopped onto her bed and laughed. "Weird little wolf. I knew you were lying this morning." She curled up into a ball and started to snooze.

Rin shrugged. "I'll ask first of course, I won't just ninja attack him and shave his unconscious butt." She smirked a little. "Don't worry, I think he's furry enough to give us a patch of fur."

Thia left the room and walked back to the cafeteria. She grabbed a lunch server by the collar. "Hey, what's with the lack of meat? I'm a vampire. If I don't get my protein, I'll find another way of getting it." She leaned forward a bit and flashed her fangs. "Get it?" The lunch server nodded her head violently. Thia smirked. "Glad we talked."

Veru took his shower and went back to the room smelling like a shampooed shitsu. "Ugh, the things I do to not offend people..."
