Atrus strode across the grass with the air of someone with all the time in the world to do everything, or anything, or nothing at all. His clothes clashed sharply with the peaceful, flowing scenery of the Church's grounds, thanks to a brand-new black shell jacket and a chain wallet hanging off the left side of his pants.
Ria had been kind to him so far, even though he hadn't managed to find friends quite like he'd have liked, and it was his hope that this little exploratory excursion (sp) wouldnt' be any different.

Mint quickly rose up to her feet and pressed her back up against the bookcase behind her. Her long dress fell back down around her. She turned red quickly from Kai hearing her talking to herself. She still held the book against her chest tightly. Her robotic arm just hung to the side curved to keep a good eye on Kai, as if defensive to Mint.
"Ahh.." Mint let out of her mouth nervously again. After Kai told his name to her she quickly turned more red and held her breath. She then threw her head down with a bow. "PLEASED TO MEET YOU KAI!" She let out in one breath. "My name is Mint!" She said raising up again. "Are you a priest!? SORRY PRIEST KAI! Please give me more time to read in the libary! i know i spent a long time here! but i enjoy reading these books! please let me stay!" She said in a sort of panicking manner.

Kai does a complete facefault and falls to the ground. sweatdrop "Im no priest Mint. Im just looking for some books myself." He says smirking. He notices the defenseive manner of the robotic arm and makes a mental note to keep his guard up without actually making it obvious. "So what are you reading Mint?" he asks as he notices a book behind her titled "Heaven and Hell ". He smiles . "He could you hand me that book behind you titled 'Heaven and Hell'? " he says kindly.

After a while, Kris (oops called myself Atrus) found his way into the Church itself, and gave a friendly wave and nod to the two people he saw there, eager to introduce himself to any fellow human beings he found in this wondrous place.
Though he didn't like the sensation of being unarmed, he hung his sabre and scarf from the hat rack at the door and took a moment to absorb his surroundings before venturing further into the rows of books.

Rivin trudges into the library of the church, a sour look imprinted on his face as he took one of the chairs and drags it with him. Not caring about the large noise that it was creating as it scrapped on the ground, he went straight for the history of god books, he wasn't about to let his feosco with Kurai interput him as he shoved the cair down the isle and began searching for anything that would tell him who this god pretender was. He didn't belive in god any more this time he was going to find out how they were sending Kurai those strange messages and why. He herd sound of people talking but didn't acknowlege it, he wasn't in the mood. He took out book by book ferioucly and quickley skimed through anything that might help him, after he finished he shoved the book back in and huffed.
"I'm NEVER gonna find it!" he grumbled as he quickley wiped out another book and begant o skim through it.

Mint quickly turned silent after Kai's little confession. Her robotic arm continued to focus on Kai watching his every movement. there was an akward silence after that. Mint spotted another man coming in from the corner of his eye. She took a quick slight bow to show politeness and then relized how embarresing her outburst was.
Then She heard Kai's order to her. "oh.. yes.. Heaven or Hell... thats a very good book..." She happily said as she reached for it with her normal arm. She then kept the other book close to her with her robotic arm and handed him the Heaven or Hell book with her human one. "this book.." She says as she looked at the strange flame design on the cover.
"Is the book that my bother loves to read..." She said with a hint of sadness. She hated saying that it was her brother's even though it wasn't realy her brother.

"Who is your brother?" He asks as he lightly takes the book from her hand tracing the conver with a finger. "lets see page 32.....paragraph eight...." he says more to himself than anyone else. He reads the words carefully. Then slams the book with a smirk on his face. "That figures...Flieur Faust....can only be gotten by the dead..." he mutters to himself yet again clearly in deep thought. "Thank you for your help Mint." He says remembering she was there still. He smiles as he holds the book to one side taking no notice of the stranger.

Rivin quickley turned his head towards Kris and gave him a glare. Then slowly his face became less I-want-to-kill-you and more leave-me-alone...or-I'll-kill -you. He looked at him for a second then slowly opened his mouth.
"No its not a good day...and yes I guess I do need help..I'm sorry for my ttuide at the moment but I'm not very happy right now" he said his glare returned as he looked back at the books and took out another one quickely and shoved the other one back with impressive force.
"I'm trying to find anything that proves god is not real...not sure they'd have that in a church library but its worth a shot right?" he said his glare become a more friendly face and looked back at Kris, he sighed. Then put the book back and gave a huff.
"I'm not going to find it here...I think I'm going to go to bed er something..g'night" he said slowly as he gave kris a small smile and walked out of the library, but right before he did he turned back.
"If you want meet me in the courtyards tommorw...we can talk there.." he said as he wiped arounf and headed out of the church and towards the dormoitroy.

Mint quickly shook her head slightly as she turned to face Kai with the question he asked. "Ahh.. nii-san.." She said under her breath but then quickly held her head. no... i never say nii-san.. stop it Hikari.. I'm not Mint... then once again shook her head slightly. "My brother goes by the name Kurai... I have been waiting for him all day in his room, but he never came back.. So i went down into the libary here and read some of these books." She smiled sweetly to Kai trying to make her look normal.
She then listened to Kai's word. It was all gibberish to her but she just nodded in happiness that Kai was able to accomplish what he came for. Her robotic arm seemingly calmed down now once it concluded that Kai wasn't intending any harm.

He seems to change his additude at the mention of Kurai. "Kurai is your brother huh?...Well It just so Happens that I know him! , unfortunately I dont know where he is..." He says as he pockets the book. "He is a good friend of mine" Kai says as he brushes a piece of hair from his face. "We spar alot coincidentally enough." He says making small talk.HE makes a mental note to get the item he needs from the storage room...since more then likely they would have it. He was working on a cure all type potion of his own concoction for his classes and had decided to go not just the whole nine yards as it were but al the way down the field to score .

Mint sort of jumped as she recieved Kai's sudden change of attitude. "Hai!" She nodded. "Kurai is my brother. Older one too.." She then brought the book down and placed it back on the shelf as she listened to Kai's words intently.
"So you don't know where he is though..." She softly said dissapointed. "But you at least do know Kurai! Is he really amazing? Is he really that devoted to this one he calls Lord?" Mint was filled with questions and bambarded Kai with them. She seemed to not really know Kurai at all even though she was his sister.

"Excuse me." the audible tap of a stick or cane hitting the floor within could be heard, echoing through the halls. "Might you be able to assist me?" the man says as he stops and looks toward Mint. He wore an entirely white suit and gloves, complimented further by his pale gray pupils and irises, making his eyes look near completely white. He stood firm, seeming to appear simply out of no-where in perticular. "I don't want to trouble you of course, simply hope you can help me in a small matter miss." he continued on, smiling to her as he did toward everyone he encountered.

He smirks. "I havent known him long enough to be able to tell you anything worth knowing except that he likes women more than any priest I have seen." Kai bows politely as Mint is questioned by another man. "I will take my leave of you Mint. Do let me know if you need anything Im usually around , I actually have a room here so you can just drop by if you need me" He says with another bow he looks at the man. "Scuse me" says Kai as he tries to walk past the man who was questioning Mint.

Link enter the church and look around the place. Seeing markings he had never seen before. He didn't say anything just walk around trying to fit in. Link sat down and relax. He never got much sleep since he had always had a feeling of darkness and dread, but here he didn't feel any of that.
