hmmm... that demon... it was huge...and i ran from it like a small child..."UGH!!!" He was sitting against the tree changing the bandage on his knee.The next time i see that demon i'll have her head...He sat up and walked towards the city.

Upon first arriving at the Outskirts, Lucifer noticed the burn marks from the incident with William. He glanced around before moving on to a group of tall trees, probably older than he was. He leaped up to the top of the branches and stayed there for a while, letting time flow like the wind.
He thought to himself "This is one strange situation you sure have gotten yourself into." he softly laughed. "Let me analyze this," he continued "I'm falling in love with a human for the first time in over 500 years, and I have a vampire girl who is protective over me and possibly thinks that she and I are together." He closed his eyes and spoke aloud "This is all one big headache."

Solomon had just finished off the body of a soem stupid camper when he sensed that he wasn't alone any more. He lifted his head up and sniffed, the scent was familair, but he couldn't quite discern it. He tore off a final bit of meat before wandering in the direction of the familiar prescence.

Solomon looked up. " We're in a city Lucifer, what the hell did you expect? Besides, we're creatures of darkness, we don't thrive on peace we thrive on chaos, it's our nature."

He chuckled "Not peace as in anti-violence" he began to say "but peace as in not being disturbed." He hopped down from the tall tree, a feat that would kill a human. "But, it's as you said, this is the city and the city is crowded." he grinned "It's times like this I miss the old Paris, the old country where your next door neighbor could be miles away."

Hecate was really hurt upon hearing this. "So...he never really cared in the first place?" She felt stupid. The whole incident with the other girl had been for nothing. She was the 'other girl' the whole time. Clearly defeated she approached Lucifer. "I'm sorry about my rash actions earlier. If you had just been frank with me then there would have been no need for it...." Her voice was emotionless. She hated showing weakness to anyone.

She wasn't sure if his comment was go or bad, but it didn't really seem to matter now. Hecate swallowed hard. "No need to apologize now..." The damage had allready been done. "I should have now better.... All these years by myself have made it so I don't understand people too well. I tend to get selfish."

Lucifer's statement made her feel worse then she allready was. Was it that bad to be seen with me? She felt like more of a bother then ever. With that said she turned to leave.
