Adjo laughed. "It's not everyday I meet someone that gives such vague answers to my questions." He grinned, then gave a thoughtful 'hm'. "Mmm....I'm a bit hungry...I don't suppose you'd like to like to get a bite to eat with me? Or perhaps you've already tired of my presence." He sighed deeply and placed a hand across his forehead, dramatically.

When she stumbled, her cheeks flushed to an embarrassing shade of red. Her older brother always teased her about being clumsy but she had been determined not to show that side to others. "I-I'm sorry," she stuttered, feeling like an idiot but she tried to cover it with a smile. "You humans make this look so easy," she added as she looked up at him, only now realizing just how close he was holding her. "Ah...yes...I'm really sorry..."

Shuya let out a soft chuckle, bringing a hand to glide fingers across Adjo's cheek. "Don't get overdramatic on me yet, I'd love to have a bite of- I mean, with you," he said, grinning mischievously.
Tsukasa shook his head rapidly, showing a rather lopsided smile. "No no no, don't apologize," he told her, looking about her body with burning cheeks. "You didn't hurt yourself, right? Plus, I'm sure it's really difficult. Even I have hard times walking sometimes and I've been using these my whole life," he spoke, kicking a leg out and wiggling it about.

"Mm. For you? Either?" Adjo grinned back and winked, and offered an arm. "Shall we then? I'm certain we can find someplace to our tastes. Or a...what do they call it..a rain check."

Shuya chuckled, accepting the extended arm as he began to walk once again. "Mmm, I'm sure there's something in this place. A quaint joint with good food, but even better conversation," he spoke, nudging the man with his hip.

((Which foodstuffs place should we plop them in?
Fine dining establishment, Pizzaria, Underworld bar and grill?))

"I suppose I'm pretty decent at swimming, but not for prolonged periods," Tsukasa rambled, blushing as he tried to keep his gaze from the stunning mermaid's tanned body. He cleared his throat, showing her a smile, albeit a nervous one. "Do you feel okay enough to try and take a few steps? I'll hold on tightly."

"Well...maybe someday we could try swimming together then," she replied with a bright smile. When he asked about taking a few steps, she slowly nodded. Now that she had been standing for a short while, she figured a few steps couldn't hurt. Leilani wiggled her toes in the sand, her hands still holding onto him. "My brother learned to walk quickly... He'd probably laugh if he saw me now."

Tsukasa let out a nervous chuckle, shrugging a shoulder. "Well that wouldn't be very encouraging," he said, hoping to ease her mind a bit. He held onto her arms tightly, but not painfully so. "It's a lot easier than it looks, probably. Why don't you take a deep breath, and put one foot in front of the other."
