"Yeah!" they declared together, definitely wanting to train a bit. They wanted to make sure that DaVinci was ready for the battle. He was meant to be their powerhouse so they wanted him to know several good moves. They just didn't know yet that he could only learn what he could copy. Sydeny smiled at his Young Masters, feeling some strange, mental tug that made him wonder if maybe the boys were hiding something from him. Maybe they were but neither would admit it yet. "Slugma!" Esper declared as he pulled out a Pokeball and threw it before he even thought to weaken it. Surprisingly, the ball stilled almost immediately.As for the Shroomish, Sydney stepped forward and with a mighty swing of his tail, the moisture around him condensed into a tail-like wave that crashed over the grass type and washed it away. Aether stood with his mouth open in shock. He had no idea that Sydney knew a move like that."W-what was that?" he asked after a moment."Aqua Tail..." Sydney replied simply, smiling sheepishly. So did the events that followed it's arrival. The evolution pokemon dived towards the basket that Aimee had been lugging through the forest, and then growled at the female smeargle. Aimee had stolen the basket of milk and cookies from this eevee, and now it wanted them back! After another moment of growling, the eevee sprang at Aimee, knocking the pokemon backwards. A scuffle between the two normal pokemon ensued, until they rolled towards the contents of Joyce's bag, which had been strewn everywhere when Coulett had been looking for the scissors. The fight was ended when the eevee was knocked into one of the spilled pokeballs and drawn inside with one last angry yelp. (Appearance 4/5)

Releasing the silver creature from it's ball, he thought for a moment. "I think I'll call you Merc. You look like you're made of Mercury so I think it fits..." he offered. Merc seemed to consider it for a minute, and then gurgled happily, crawling up the boys leg to rest on his shoulder. Esper giggled in response.Aether was surprised to see the strange Eevee running throuogh the underbrush and more than a bit surprised to see it start a fight with Aimee. "Wow..." he breathed worriedly, running over to help Aimee up. "Are you alright?" he asked the Painter Pokemon.DaVinci saw it as well and ran over to give his new friend a hand. 'You're not hurt are you?' he asked worriedly, casting a slightly angry look to the place where the Eevee had been, a bit glad that it wasn't there any longer. Appearance (1/5)

The odd colors in it reminded him of a move he'd once seen. All of a sudden, he knew how it worked! Opening his mouth to speak a wave of silver-white, shimmering air spouted from his open maw, blasting waves of heat over the group. Esper was not only shocked, but felt slightly roasted being so close to Merc when he released the Heat Wave. "Wow..." he murmured at first. "That felt strong..." he commented as he looked at Merc. "Slug?" the fire slug asked him curiously, not sure why he was being looked at like that.Aether couldn't really understand Aimee, but he could tell from the way she was acting that she at least knew why that Eevee had attacked her. "I'm not really sure what happened, but I think you might need to talk to that Eevee." he told the Smeargle as he knelt by her side.'Yeah. That was kinda mean to steal from him.' DaVinci added as he smiled at her. It might have sent her mixed messages but it was meant to mean that he wasn't mad at her as long as she learned her lesson. Seeing Merc's shimmering display a moment later, he Sketched the attack on a nearby rock, committing the move to memory so he could call on it again at a later date. Appearance (2/5)

Might as well see what all the fuss was about, since it was obvious that this basket had something to do with it, since Aimee had gestured towards it several times.
Crissy opened the basket and pulled out a package of lava cookies, and several bottles of milk, then she pulled out a small drawstring bag, three disks, four ultra balls, and then finally, a small pokemon egg. She carefully cradled the egg in her lap. No wonder that eevee had been angry...Coal spotted something hidden beneath of a fallen log, and he went over to investigate. He poked his head under the log and saw a small group of odd colored mushrooms. Something growled from above him, and Coal looked up to see a poochyena crouched on top of the log. Coal sent a wave of heat at the pokemon and it fainted. It also made the mushrooms shrivel a little at the edges. He sweatdropped, and then went about gathering the slightly shriveled shrooms. They both picked a few strangely colored mushrooms that were growing at the base of a rotting tree. The damp and soggy wood seemed like a perfect place for the things to grow. They both put one each into their bag. Hiei on the other hand had decided that they looked rather meaty and scuttled over, taking a hue bite out of one of them. As he chewed it up and swallowed it, a chilling sensation ran through his body and he unleashed a small, aurora colored blast at the tree, taking a small chuck out of it's base and making it become slightly more unstable than it had been. The twins soon saw a small Pokemon wandering through the woods, and for some reason, it ran over to them and hugged Esper. The small Charmander seemed lost. He ran over to Esper, wagging his flame tipped tail happily. "Char char!" he declared as he pulled an old and decrepit looking Pokeball from the boy's bag and tapped the release button, drawing himself inside the old device. She was more than a bit lost, and horribly confused. She's had a trainer, but he had released her into these woods, and she didn't know why. So, when she had seen another charmander, she had decided to follow him, hoping that he would know where he was going... She was carrying a small rock in her claws, it was the last thing her trainer had given her. The charmander spotted rather large group of people, and she competly forgot the other charmander when she spotted a dropped pokeball on the ground. She wanted to be safe again! Without a further thought on the matter, she dived after the ball, and then hit herself over the head with it, willingly being drawn inside. Joyce turned her head at the sound of a small chime. She spotted the discarded pokeball, and the small rock lying next to it, and puzzled, she picked them up. The pokeball disappeared as it headed off towards the mansion.(Appearance 3/5)
