Utakan BakaTulip Utakan I haven't watched Family Guy in a while. Show got stupid for me. Plus I find I get bent out of shape everytime I see that Ep. where Lois is directing the King and I and Peter makes that comment about RENT. XD New episode, though? O_O;;; must rewatch episode... I only remembered the Miss Saigon crack...what was the Rent comment? Yeah, the Miss Saigon one got me too. >< It was something like, "Well geeze Lois, if you want us to have a bad show, we might as well just do RENT." =O I don't remember that! stare (Rent is my second favorite musical) But that episode was funny, otherwise

Rent may slowly be passing Phantom... but I think that's cause I can sing it. o_o; And it's much easier to rock out to "La Vie Boheme" then "Music of the Night"... and I think I might be doing it to spite my girlfriend who won't watch Rent. (Actually... I got her to watch like... 20 minutes but I think that was cause she just woke up and too tired to move.. and... it was the worst 20 minutes of the movie) Anyways that was long... I love Miss Saigon too... anyone who says Raoul is a pansy... has yet to see Chris. Chris: Lemme out so I can find Kim? Please? I'm gonna whine about this for a while and get shoved away. Raoul: Must find Christine, might die, gotta find her, found her, s**t, can't breathe, but I got this far!

panic_at_the_opera I remember wishbone. but its been a while probally 8 or 9 years so I cant remember it, but I remember they did a phantom episode. Yup,I remember that. Wishbone was Raoul, and he wore a little blue suitcoat. Erik's lair looked a bit like 04's. It's really sad that I remember these things. Hi to another anne rice guild member btw, panic

Wishbone was Raoul, and he wore a little blue suitcoat. Erik's lair looked a bit like 04's. It's really sad that I remember these things. Hi to another anne rice guild member btw, panic That episode made me go unearth my wishbone stuffed toy. <3 I'm gonna get him a little blue suitcoat and put him next to my Erik bear and when my girlfriend and I move in together at some point with her Christine kitty.

Aw, I loved Wishbone when I was little, why don't I recall that?
But just this weekend I was watching a horrible movie, "The Princess Bride" but there was a guy in a mask and someone asked him "Why do you wear that mask? Did you someone splash you with acid?" And I actually said out loud "Claude Raines!"

crying The Princess Bride is a great movie. I was watching that curled up with my girlfriend a few days ago.
Chris wouldn't take in his OWN SON because his new wife did not want it... if we suddenly put Raoul and Christine in the same situation (which would not happen because Raoul would have gotten Christine, and not whined "Let me out! I have to go back for my bride!") then Raoul would take the child in in a heartbeat... he also probably would not have gone and gotten remarried.

No of course not. Raoul was madly in love with Christine. I think if he had not ended up with her, we would've mourned about it until his death. And he would take the kid because it would be a memory of Christine.
Chris was just a loser. XD

I was watching an episode of the Simpsons, and they are trying to hide from Sideshow Bob in an opera. Homer was like..."Ooh, I get to be the Phantom!!"
Then Krusty said, "Homer, the Phantom's not in this show."
And Homer replied, "Aww but I do such a great impression of him! *covers half of face with hand and grabs cloak* bewaaaare of my scented candles! Sceeeenteeeeed."
I laughed so hard I like fell out of my chair!

And I don't think Raoul is a pansy. He and Christine share a beautiful relationship, and he was willing to fight for it in a heartbeat. He's the Vicomte de Chagny, so he wasn't raised to be all courageous and warrior-like. He's used to the good life. I think he's very brave to watch out for Christine and immediately go after her when she disappeared.

When my mom donated to PBS she got one of those complimentary gifts, and it happened to be the Phantom of the Opera Wishbone plush XD
I was like, "YOU AIN'T GONNA BE RAOUL NO MORE!" and I cut him a felt mask X3
