Mau grunted as he squinted at the light shining in his bedroom's window. He heard his sister's humming and grunted again, only louder.
Stopping her humming, Fujiro heard her brother. "Ah! Mau's awake." she grabbed the tray with a fresh fish and orange juice on top. She brought it to Mau's room and handed ti to Mau. "Here ya go,"
"Hm?" he said, looking at Fujiro confused. "What's today?"
"Friday, silly! You've been sleeping for about a day and half." Fujiro felt his forehead. "Your forehead is burning! You're restricted from going anywhere other than your room today! If ya want somehting, just gimme a shout!" She left the room with the tray on Mau's knees.
"What?!"

Lucifer slept peacefully on Kurai's lap, listening to her hum he had peaceful dreams of what it would be like once he grew up into a full grown fluffy cat.

Locking the door behind her, Fujiro started towards their olive green lumpy couch. She grabbed her reading glasses and book, Harriet the Spy, and began reading, very comfortable, despite the lumpiness.
Mau, locked in his room, still trying to consume his breakfast sighed. His throat wasnt working at all so he was just stared out the window. "Yerrrg..." he said sadly.

Staring out the window, thinking, Mau finally had an idea. "Fujiro!!!"
Fujiro stuck her bookmark in her book, slipped off her reading glasses, and then grabbed the key to Mau's locked room.
"Fuji!" Mau said again, beginning to think she hadn't heard him.
"Coming, coming!" Fujiro walked down the hallway to his room and unlocked the door. "Yeah?" She poked her head into the room.
"Will you please take this tray to the kitchen sink? I'm about to go to sleep. Oh, and before I go to sleep, will you bring me water?"
"'Kay!" Fujiro said, taking the tray. She took it to the kitchen, set it in the sink, and grabbed a plastic blue cup. She filled it up with water and then walked slowly to Mau's room...
Opening the door, she found an empty bed and a window, wide open. So open that Mau could've slid through it... Fujiro dropped the water filled cup, making water spill all over her hind paws."MAU!!" she yelled.

Saide stretched out on her branch... ~yawn~ "What a beautiful night to gave a grand adventure..."
She ran off into the woods hoping to find someone to play with.

Mau wandered freely into the forest. The bright stars were unusually bright so the forest trail was lit up for him. He padded softly on the trail, looking for anyone to talk to. He coughed every once in a while, as well as sniffled a bit.

Hearing rustling from another Fluffy, Mau's ears perked up. "Hello?" Mau said with a pinch of frightenedness. [ Is that even a word...? ]

"Hiya!" Mau cried happily. He suddenly turned from a shy, meek Fluffy to a social butterfly. "I'm Mau, and you?" He bowed politely with a grin spreading across his face.

"Why hello, Sadie. Such a pleasure to meet you!" He bowed deeper and came back up. He cocked in head to the left and coughed into his shoulder. "Stupid flu..." Mau muttered darkly.

Mau cleared his throat. "I'm fine, thanks... And the flu is this kind of sickness... I don't know how else to describe it..." he smiled at Sadie gently. "Do you happen to know the time?"
