Rika picked up Aiko's Pokeball and attached it to her belt. She grabbed a piece of paper and wrote on it: Dear Dad, I am leaving to become a trainer and probably will be gone for a long time, but don't worry, I'll come visit you one day. I've taken Aiko with me and I'm probably long gone by now so don't look for me. Bye. From, Your Daughter, Rika. She left the note on the table were she new her dad would see it, grabbed her Good Rod, and some food, and headed out the door. She put the Good Rod in her bag and hoped on her Mach Bike. She took one last look at her home then began to ride her bike into th forest. 'Bye Dad, Bye everyone.' She thought as she entered the forest.

"How dare you?!" the older woman shrieked, recalling her downed Sandshrew and glaring angrily at Jaeshan and Torchic. "Such impudence! You kids these days have no manners!" She took a step forward, causing the tired little Torchic to utter a frightened little peep and dashed for cover behind Jaeshan's legs.
"Look Lady," Jaeshan started, feeling what little temper he had start to flare up. "I'm not here to cause trouble. I'm simply heading out this way to do some training. Now if you'll kindly excuse me..."
"Rubbish and poppycock! You're up to no good; I just know it!" She continued to rant and rave at him, her voice rising by an octave with each word.
Jaeshan sighed and grabbed one of his Pokeballs. Wordlessly he released its captive, and Mightyena appeared before them. Instantly, he sensed the hostility and anger coming from the deranged woman, and his ears lay flat against his head as he started growling and snarling, gnashing his teeth together in an attempt to get the woman to back off.
"Now you're going to attack a helpless old woman, are you? Scoundrel!"
Mightyena glanced up at Jaeshan, then back at the woman. His chest puffed out and he loosed a deafening Roar that sent the woman scurrying back. Her eyes were wide as saucers, and she didn't say anything else, only shook her fist at Jaeshan as she fled the scene.

Miharu's daydream of two powerful Pidgeot clashing in midair, talons slashing and feathers flying, was interrupted as Tingle grabbed the small girl under her arms and lifted her into the air quite effortlessly. "Hey, Tingle! What's the big idea? Put me down!" she wailed, struggling ineffectually to free herself from the Metang's grasp.
Tingle made no noise as it carried the girl across the room, lowering her just enough so that her foot touched the ground in front of the automatic doors and caused them to open. It floated through the open doors, ignoring Miharu's kicking and flailing; now carrying her down the street past many rather surprised-looking passers-by. "Tingle, where are we going?" Miharu asked, having given up on fighting back. "I have a perfectly good bike, you know. And my legs are working quite fine, too! Tingle! Are you even listening to me?!"
Even if it was listening to her, it wasn't showing any signs that it cared. Tingle continued to carry his pint-sized trainer until they arrived at the entrance to Ilex Forest, where he dropped her onto the ground below with a thud. Groaning, Miharu got to her feet and looked up at the familiar building, overgrown with vines and other forms of plant life. Out of the corner of her eye she saw a Caterpie watching her with keen interest, but she paid it little attention as Tingle nudged her towards the door. "You're going to bruise me again," she grumbled, reaching for the handle. "Learn some manners, you overgrown tin-can opener."

Rika stopped in a clearing in the forest to take a break. She propped her bike up against a tree and sat down on a log. She looked around the clearing and spotted a tailow perched on a tree glaring down at her, she took a step back a little scared but she shook that feeling out of her and reached into her bag and brung out Aiko's pokeball and threw it. "Go Aiko!" She yelled as a red beam appeared from the small red and white ball and her small Eevee came out. "Vee!" Aiko exclaimed. The Taillow ready for a battle jumped off the tree and began to circle around Aiko. "Aiko use Sand-Attack!" Rika shouted. Aiko used her tail to sweep up some sand and toss it at the Taillow. The Taillow easily dodged the attack and started to peck at Aiko. "Aiko! Use Bite!" Rika exclaimed. Aiko reaveled her sharp teeth and bit down hard one of Taillow's wings. "Taillow!" It schreeched in pain and flew up causing Aiko to fall onto the ground. While Aiko tried to get up Taillow came down at full speed trying to hit Aiko. "Aiko dodge and use tackle!" Aiko jumped out of the way and charged into Taillow causing it to fall back. "Follow up with another Takle!" Rika ordered. "Vee!" Aiko said as she ran into Taillow once again. Taillow was sent flying across the clearing and it tried to push itself up but collapsed. Rika took another Pokeball from her bag and threw it at Taillow. The ball fell to the ground and wiggled around. "Return Aiko!" Rika said as Aiko returned to her Pokeball.

"Awe man." the girl exclaimed as she saw her Goldy floating bottom up in the pool. "I guess I lost." she sighed. "It was a good battle though." Mag said feeling a bit sorry for being as harsh as he was. The girl nodded and then ran off, probably to heal up her Goldeen. After the post battle pleasantries were done Mag moved over to the main stage of the gym.
"All right Misty! I'm Mag from Four Island and I challenge you to a gym battle!" he exclaimed awaiting a response.

The Pokeball wriggled a few times before it burst open, and the startled Taillow flew up, giving an indignant shriek before it flew up and out of sight.
((kittikat5000, you have to wait a while before you can catch your first Pokemon. When that time comes, a Taillow is perfectly fine.))

(( Ok, sorry about that )) Rika watched as the Taillow flew and shrugged. "Oh well, I'll catch one next time." She said as she began to make camp for the night, She built a fire and took out some food for her and Aiko. She realesed Aiko and put the bowl of food in front of her. "Here Aiko, eat up." She said smiling. "Vee!" Aiko said happily and began to eat the food. Rika sat on the ground and began to eat as well. Before long she put everything away and put out the fire and got inside her sleeping bag. Aiko curled up beside her master's head and fell asleep. Rika stared at the stars and before long she fell asleep too.

((I dont know if they have each others Pokenav numbers but they do now.)) "Well good luck with that Keegan. I added my number to your Pokenavi when you were sleeping on the train so give me a call if you need anything." Dante said with a smile and a small wave. "Come on Apollo we dont want to miss the train now do we?" He said petting the flamming pony as he walked by. Apollo gave Keegan a happy little nuzzle before turning and trotting away after Dante.
Making there way to the train station Dante grumbling slightly that he had to pay again. Walking through the turn stiles and paying his money for his ticket Dante sat down and waited for the train to Celadon to get there. It wasn't very long til the train arrived. Pulling Apollo back into his pokeball Dante got up and flashinghis ticket to one of the attendants got on the train himself. Settling himself down with Meowth hopping down and sitting next to him he pulled out his book on Kanto Legendaries and began looking through it again.
"I really dont understand your fasination with the legendaries." Meowth said stating his irritation at Dantes legendaries search again.

The Rockets that were across the room started to rush towards the staircase from which they had heard the voice, while Nina's eyes grew wide as she turned to look at the person that was speaking to her. "Bobert!" she shrieked. "What the hell are you doing here?! Can't you see I'm busy?" Bobert wore a moderately distressed expression on his face. "Di--didn't you hear me, myar? I saw you come in here and I wanted to get you to leave... Nyar, those Rockets could really hurt you Nina...! Oh hay, there's some now!"
Nina sighed in exasperation. "Bobert, stand back and let me take care of this." "Myar. But, Nina, I--" "Do what I tell you to do, you retarded cat wannabe!" She quickly shoved Bobert down the stairs from which he had just came up (and subsequently causing him to yell out many pained myars, nyars, and other incoherent words) before she twirled around and rushed toward the four Rockets, grasping her daggers tightly by their handles...

After passing through the small vine-encased building, Miharu found herself in the perpetual darkness of Ilex Forest once more. She hadn't taken more than ten steps inside when she heard some one enter the forest behind her.
"Hey, you!" the figure shouted, breathing heavily. He'd obviously just run a long way, and he nodded at Miharu as she turned to look at him. "Yeah, you with the strange Pokemon. What was with that display out there, anyways? Do you always get carried around like that?"
Miharu scoffed. "No, not usually. Tingle was just eager to come here, that's all." To prove her point, Tingle somersaulted on the spot, flailing its arms excitedly.
"If you say so," the boy shrugged. "But whatever. I followed you here because I want to challenge you and that Pokemon of yours to a battle!"
Miharu looked to Tingle, who returned her gaze with an expressionless hum. "We accept," she replied finally.

"Take her out with a Wing Attack Pidigot!" Ken shouted, confidence filling the air. The effect was contagious though as Mitsu countered with a Thunderbolt. The speedier bird however won the first strike dealing massive amounts of damage to the Psychic Pokemon. Karri stood back up, breathing hard. Mitsu, knowing full well the extent of Karri's powers said, "Karri, do what you like! I know you can handle Pidgeot!" And she truely did as she had the upmost faith in her companion.
Pidgeot flew around coming back for another Wing Attack. It seemed that Ken too believe in his Pokemon's ability. She looked up to him, seeing the familiar smirk on his face. Well see who wins this one Ken.

((It's okay, common mistake. ^^ Your posts are good though, keep up the good work! smile ))
"That was...insane!" Jaeshan exclaimed, having found the right word to describe what had just happened. Mightyena snorted in agreement, sitting down and using his hind leg to scratch behind an ear. "Come on, Torchic, let's keep going. We've got to continue with your training and..." Jaeshan trailed off as he looked around for the small chick. "She's gone..." Jaeshan said quietly.
Mightyena gave a sigh and rolled his eyes. He put his nose to the ground, and started sniffing, hoping he could catch the scent of the small Pokemon. He circled around a few times, and sure enough, his reliable sense of smell picked up the trail. He nudged Jaeshan's leg a few times, and then headed off in the direction they'd initially been traveling in. "You know where she went?" Jaeshan asked, and followed the dark Pokemon since Mightyena wasn't about to answer him.

After a moment of silence, the girl yelled, "Leader! You have a challenger!"
In a cascade of gleaming water droplets, a figure jumped out of the water, landing gracefully in front of Mag.
"A challenger?" The red head repeated, taking a towel from the girl. Slinging the towel over her shoulders, Misty turned to Mag and smiled.
"Well, haven't had one of those in a while. Welcome to the Cerulean Gym!" Misty ushered a little bow and proceeded to a floating platform. The lapping waves rocked the platform and carried it to a farther side of the pool, yet Misty kept balance.
"I hope you're alright with fighting over the water!" Misty called to Mag. She quickly pulled out 3 Pokeballs, readying herself for battle.
"As the Cerulean Gym Leader, I accept your challenge. This will be a 3 vs. 3 battle." Mitsy droned, as if she was tired of saying these lines. "The first person to have all 3 of their Pokemon faint is the loser. Now challenger, what is your name?" She whipped up her first Pokeball and kept it at hand, ready to battle at any moment.

As the two trainers made their way through the deserted manison they noticed that this building had been something much more than someones house. Broken beakers and test tubes lay everywhere and in several places they found massive tanks in which they saw Pokemon floating in strange liquids. "Wow something certainly was going on here. But what I wonder? Who could be so creul to such docile animals." Eraku said as he peered into one of the tanks seeing a Rattata floating in it.
After they had entered the mansion they had made thier way past the home portion into basement where they had found all these gruesome displays.
"Yeah the basement is nothing like up on the main level. It seemed perfectly normal till now." Trey whispered.
"Hey do you remember that library up on the main floor maybe there is something there that can explain all this. I was orignally coming here for Pokemon but this is just too bizarre." Eraku said to the young boy.
They made their way up stairs and as they left many glowing eyes came from the shadows and began to follow the boys upstairs.

It wasn't long before all the dust cleared and the ghost pokemon had gone. Everythign was silent in the forest, no sounds other than nature itself. The silence was broken by a peculiar bubbling in the middle of a glimmering dark patch in the grass. Without warning, Crenu burst through the water's surface, gasping for air as he climbedout of the small pond he was fortunate enough to find moments before the Gengar attack. Panting heavily, he settled on shore with his legs still dangling in the water. "hack...cough cough....uuuhhhh....man that was close. Damn ghosts, I never did anything to them...cough..." As he lay back in he grass to catch his breath, another little bubbling sound interrupted his peace. As he rested, a troublesome poliwag jumped out of the water and walked up to Crenu's head, poking him with it's tail. "Not now you little guppy, I'm not interested in a weak little thing like you." He flicked it away with his hand and the poliwrl tumbled backwards into the water. Now angry, the little blue pokemon leaped out of the pool and assaulted Crenu with a forceful bubble attack. Crenu got up angrily and rubbed his face which was stinging and red As he looked back, the poliwirl splashed water at him with it's tail and dove back into the pool. "What the..oh no you don't. Damn guppy thinks I'm just gonna let it go like that. No way." Crenu grinned as he reached into his bag and pulled out a shiny black fishing rod. "The Super Rod! You're not getting away from this baby. Ah HA HA HA HA HA!!!! Come on out Spinarak, let's get this sucker!" Crenu let Spinarak out of her pokeball and sat by the waters edge with Spinarak on his head. He tied a lure onto the rod and dropped it into the water. "Now we wait..."
