I may only be 75 years old but I have know many important people through out my life. People that have been alive since Zant caused chaos in the world. The people who sealed him used arrows of light, and only a handfull of people in all the world can even touch one. I do believe your family was one of the decendents of the people who sealed him. You in fact may be a very important person during these times. All I need to do is verify it that the lat name of Hopkins appears in this family tree of the sealers."

Clover was speechless after hearing the lord’s words of Zant and sealers. She had no idea such a past even existed. Though it all made sense she still doubt her ability to be some descendent of sealers. As she had told Epotheros before: she was just a traveling archer in need of commissions. There was nothing special about her, at least not in her mind.

The rabit drank from the cool river water and suddenly jerked its head up towards the trees. Just like that an arrow ended the rabbits life and Larien felt the pressance of many creatures coming towards her. She jumped out of the water, grabbed her gown, threw it back on and tore the bottom of the skirt off so she could run easily. Just as she was about to straighten up and run a rope was thrown around her neck and she was pulled to the ground. A figure in black strode up to her and hit her over the head with the butt of his sword. The whole world went black... ((Remeber that Larien is very hard to track given her race.))

"Well that is currently all I need from you for now. You may leave and I will give you the results in the morning. I have many books to look through." He then lead her to the door and closed it behind her.
((I didn't know that the victor part was in your mind, we'll just act as though you said it under your breath.))
"Oh I'm sorry to hear about that Ty. I know that all of us except Tramer have seemd to have lost their parents some where during their life."
He then got up and walked down one of the halls to the guest corridor which passes by the study. He wanted to check up on Larien be cause he had a bad feeling. He then saw Clover exit the study, just as he came around the corner.
"So what did you two talk about?" he asked.

Larien's eyes flickered open to see a familiar space. Her vision was blurry and she could not make anything out clearly.
In the back of her mind she could hear a low snicker.
Welcome home my pet.
She shivered and stried to get up but was constrained by a chain and collar around her neck.

A figure lifts himself up from a throne like piece of furniture and stepped into the lightm revieling Zant. He treaded slowly over to were Larien was chained up and Kneeled down beside her.
"It has been 1000 years since we last met, but your are still the pittiful, stubborn little girl I remember. Yes you may have matured physicaly but you are still to scared to be of any threat to me. You are also far to proud to even discuss your past to any of the others. You'll never fill the position of yuour father and mother. Even though they knew they wouldn't stand a chance the fought me, and died. You gave up when I captured you."
Zant then stood up and made his way back to his throne as the sourceress brought him a mirror, in which he used to observe the others.

"Zant, all those years of imprisionment must have rotted your brain. Or is this a new way to try and gain my favor now that I am of age to rule my parents rhelm? Or is that of little concern to you anymore? Both you and your soceress know that my people will fight any tyrant, but to be legally the leader of my rhelm would be more benefactory to you. If my people fight then you will loose a powerful allie."
She stood up slowly and unlatched her collar from the chain. She walked forward a bit and let her hair flow fully down her back like a waterfall of black blood. She was much older and much more mature physically than when he had first thought of claiming her and her rhelm when she came of age. She looked as enticing as ever, a small light to melde with his darkness.

Clover was relieved to leave the study. Just as she existed she heard a familiar voice and looked down the hall to see Epotheros. “He’s just trying to figure out why Zant wants my family dead,” she answered his question, her mind still confused. “How is everyone?” she asked with a smile, trying to change the subject.

"Well Tramer and Ty are still in the dinning hall, and I was going to check on you and Larien. Larien said she would only be gone for a little while but I havn;t seen her since after the meal."
Epotheros saw that Clover was in a little distress about what she had learned so he diecided to avoid it. He then smiled and said, "That dress looks very elegant on you. You look very lovely tonight, much better than being bandaged up." He hoped his sense of hmor and compliments were enough to occupy her thoughts for the moment.

The news about Larien worried Clover. Hopefully she was fine. All the thoughts and worries subsided when Epotheros complimented her. Her face became beet red from embarrassment. A small laugh left her from the bandage comment. Somehow Epotheros always knew what to say to brighten her up. “Thank you,” she replied still blushing.

She sat back down in the corner no longer feeling like the woman she grew into, but reduced back to the child within a madmans grasp.

"Are you going back to your quarters, because I was going to go over there just now to check up on Larien and I would enjoy someone to come with me, its been rather quiet tonight, not at all like those nights at the taverns."
