I think we can agree that when there is a discrepancy between movies ("It's in your blood!" says Hermione in the first movie, pointing to a Quidditch award shield with James' name as Seeker on it) and the books (where Jo states James is a Chaser), that the books take precedent as canon.

However, Bruised Nails has the right to reply with the correct answer and to become the Next Fanatic, as she posed the question.

I'm going to add an additional rule and post it at the top, as soon as I hear from a couple of you what's fair. I'm proposing
The challenger has 24 hours to confirm the correct answer, or to give the correct one to her/his question after the Fanatic answers.

If the challenger does not confirm within 24 hours, and the Almighty Fanatic has answered incorrectly, the FIRST person with the correct answer replaces the challenger, and becomes the next Almighty Fanatic!

In this case, the current Fanatic, NarutoAvatarHP had the bssst! wrong answer, so the challenger (Bruised Nails) now has 24 hours from the current Fanatics wrong answer or else March is the new Fanatic.

Make sense?

And would you guys PM me, if you'd like a time constrait on the Fanatic answering a question? Also 24 hours, or 48? I wouldn't recommend more than 48.

What if the Fanatic's answer is right - I get that anyone can then pose a challenge question.

I didn't want to usurp Bruised Nails, I just noticed that the answer was incorrect and thought I would say so. I do not wish to become the next fanatic though, it was kind of a fluke I was in here even, I never visit this thread. I do agree with the new amends to the rules and 24 hours seems more than fair.

I don't think it's very fair that I have to step down from my post because I didn't read an INTERVIEW! Not everyone reads interviews! It said in the movie that he was a seeker and that was the only word that I had ever heard about it, so I thought that it was true! So, sry, but I don't think it is very just!

But, since it's not me that sets the rules, I have to step down. What is everyone's take on all of this?!?!
