((Basically meaning that people before had always just pretended to be nice to get something from Saiki-chan. o.o ))

XanatosGray Sighing, the priest stood, "A little too eventfull, I'm afraid," He said, going to see who had come to him now. He entered the santuary from a side enterance and went to the boy who had come in, "Welcome, child. Is there anything I can do for you?" Usually Jerome didn't greet those who came to the church, but after all that had happened already, he felt that it would be safer to ask if anything was needed than to assume he had just come to pray. Atoshi looks up he had a hat on covering his tiger ears. His tail tucked into his pants "I need a place to sleep.. I thought this would be as good as any" He shurgs his shoulders eyes darting about. He could smell other people in here. "does it matter? Isn't this place always open to people?"

Jerome moved forward, "No, child, the doors are open to all peaceful wayfarer's. The church cannot refuse anyone shelter who asks it. So long as they are respectful of our ways and our home."

Atoshi looks at the men. "Look I don't really care what's going on here, I just want a place to sleep, stay out of my way and I won't cause any 'trouble' as you guys are afread of" they hadn't really said anything but he could sence the tension, something was going on here. "It's just cold out.."

"Look I don't really care what's going on here, I just want a place to sleep, stay out of my way and I won't cause any 'trouble' as you guys are afread of" they hadn't really said anything but he could sence the tension, something was going on here. "It's just cold out.." Glaring gently, Jerome nodded and told him where he could find an empty room. He didn't particularly like the demanding attitude of the boy, but he refused to judge...perhapes he was just stressed and weary. He then turned to Aki and said, "Not all of us are. It would be hypocritical of us to say that we do not judge and then refuse hospitality to anyone."

Aki nodded, then vowed to himself to keep quiet for fear of saying something else stupid. He had a feeling he wasn't welcome here... Demons shouldn't be in human churches in the first place, right? Or any church for that matter.

I'm afraid there won't be much, with such short notice, but we'll be able to manage, won't we?" "My brother and I have already eaten. That adonis person has other means of attaining a meal." Sol put in. "If you are worried about not having enough, why not appoint someone to go out into the forest and hunt?"
