Gwendolyn shook her head as she listened to Kibo's and BigFoot's conversation. She murmured to herself.
Men... always trying to impress the ladies. Hopefully, they won't do anything to her.
She looked over at the newest recruit at the wheel who happened to be staring out towards the ocean, unaware of what was happening on deck.

Kibo: See? If he were here right now, you'd be dead. He's touchy about that. He only controls light. He can create it, and manipulate it. However, he can only take away as much as he created. Say, if a lamp is sitting in a room where he is, he won't be able to make the room completely dark. But if a room is pitch black, he can illuminate it. What you're thinking of is an Atermancer. They're the ones can manipulate darkness. Get it?

Kibo: There's more than that. It'll be quite a good addition to your ship. Imagine this. You're about to ambush a ship. However, they spot you. Normally, it'd be hard to have an ambush under these conditions. They'll spot you easily if you try to row up in small boats. Now, how about this? You sail up beside them, blind them with a bright light, and attack while they're disoriented? Sounds like a better idea, no?

Kibo: What if the ship's faster than you? You'll never catch up if you're flying your true colors. How about a blinding flash of light to disorient them? It's better than destroying their mast with a cannon, isn't it?
