Seph remained silent, looking back out the window. His pause was extended, then he turned back to face her. He stood and bowed to Eli. "I am sorry." He stayed in the low bow.

She was silent for a few moments... his actions had caught her off guard, and she really didn't know what to say... so she finally said as much.
"I really don't know what to say," she said quietly. This was all so awkward. She had left, and she couldn't see any reason why she should go back.

"I.... I just can't. I can't see how anything will be different. I know you guys mean well when you tell me this, but there's just too much going on for things to change right now. Maybe sometime in the future things will change and I'll want to come back, but for right now... I can't."

"Alright. I'll accept that...as grudingly as I can however. Promise me you'll be in touch? I...Clow and I are getting married...I'm pregnant. If I can find a way to get a hold of you, would you mind coming to the wedding?"
Nami was pulling her gloves back on as she spoke. She felt slightly depressed at the turn of events but she didn't blame Eli for feeling the way she did. It was human nature.

Seph had already given his condolences, but bowed once more for good measure. "We will miss you." He rose back to his full 6-foot-ish height, and looked back to Nami. "We should be leaving. Clow is probably wondering where you are."

She looked over at Seph, then back to Nami's hand. She took it and said, "I'll miss you too."

As they made their way to the door, more farewells and formalities were exchanged and soon Nami and Seph were outside and on their way back to the GNA.

It was a bright sun shiney day that Sage wheeled his Cart into town. He had eventually given up on pulling the damn thing himself, so he instead had what appeared to be a three armed Rhino man dragging the thing. Sage was sitting in the cart, and attached from his fingers to the back of the Emerald Being was a few strands of ectoplasm. So very happy that laziness contributed this great idea..
