Wyllow_and_Muse, though I like the spunky quality and colourful approach to your avatar, I can't say that I like the combination itself. The green hair with the red flowers looks tackily like a Christmas wreath, and the black gloves clash a little with the white of the guitar. I DO like the combination of shirt and skirt, though, and the colourful stockings, though they don't match, do accentuate it nicely. Even the glove/guitar combo wouldn't be so bad if not for the hair... I think that's the part that's throwing me off.

My suggestion would be simply to get rid of that hair... thing, or to change the colour of the hair to something in a warmer range (reds, oranges, yellows, brown, pink or white).

SakuraBubbles, I really like the getup. I dig the shirt with the skirt, and the gloves, and the colours all go really nicely together and they match with the hair, and I can imagine you, yourself, wearing that so it makes me smile on the inside. The only thing I don't like about it is the boots, which I have a bit of a bias against anyway. I think they're kinda ugly. BUT they don't detract from the rest of the outfit... they just don't suit my fancy. Other than that, it's a little bit plain, but still very cute.

I don't have any suggestions, because like I said, the only thing I dislike is personal bias.

Shadow15, I'm not too sure how fond I am of this look. It seems that you've got the right idea as far as matching colours is concerned... or at the very least, you're on the right track. I like the blues and greens, but there are red elements that are quite misplaced. Right off the bat, I don't like the head thing. It doesn't really mesh with anything else. It gives this 'Native American' look that isn't echoed in any other part of the avatar, and ends up looking goofy. Vest, shirt, and skirt are cute together, but not with those stockings, nor those boots. I see that you tried to match the reddish hue in the stockings with whatever it is that she's holding, but unfortunately it didn't work, and just looks confusing.

My suggestions: Get rid of the head thing, get different stockings (possibly the white stockings, black stockings, or fishnet stockings), and possibly different boots -- though, with different stockings, the boots should be fine.

6/10 (Not a total failure, but could use some definite improvement!)

Mrs_Reaper: it is very plain as you said but it has a sense of pride to it. You like it that way, so keep it that way. Why not add a jacket/trenchcoat that'll do it......you'd be cool. 6.5/10
