body temperature go up, which is good for winter
alcohol clean out bacterias in body, provided that you dont O.D.
alcohol subdue any headaches you have *painkiller with less pill feeling*
you can do almost samething with Vicks Nyquil, but it taste bad since it has lot of medical addons.
