Hanna walks in eger too learn she finds a place too sit down, she take the little purple jel pen out of her poket and smiles happly she is alittle behind but is a fast learner

Manelin was so entralled with the orange color that he didn't notice when another toddler came in. He heard the teacher, however. Ok, just raising his hand was enough. He yanked his hand back down onto his lap and responded with a near shout, "Orange!" He wiggled around on his nice red spot happily. What color would be next?

The man winced as Manelin nearly shouted out the color. "And I'm not deaf, either." He said, waggling a finger at the rather energetic boy. He looked up as another girl joined the class. "Welcome, 010."
The man pointed to a pink circle on the card. "Now what's this color? 007, 010, do either of you know?" He asked the girls calmly.

Manelin winced as he had a finger waggled at him. He didn't think the teacher was deaf, he was just proud to know what the color was! He sighed as he was singled out from answering this one. He knew what this color was too, of course. Whitered. One of the sunset colors. And it was in the shape of the sun too. He settled into a more comfy spot of his nice red spot, and waited for one of the others to reply.

There was silence in the room. "Good. Each element has a section of the continent," the teacher stated. Turning around she grabbed a sheaf of papers from the desk and handed one out to each of the kids. With a stern glance she ordered them, "Finish these by the next class. I want each elements realm colored with their colors. Class dismissed." With that the teacher turned to the large map and began rolling it up. 001 glanced uneasily at 002. This was a lot shorter than he thought it had been. Toddler classes still went on until mid-afternoon. With a shrug Taliesin slid off his chair and began walking towards the door, expecting to be called back. When the teacher studiously ignored him, Taliesin shrugged again and left. Coloring? That was kids stuff! They did things like that when they were toddlers... or was it to see if they had been paying attention... that must have been it...
He thought a moment and looked at the clock. They couldn't have been in there more than 15 minutes... so that means he had a whole afternoon to himself. Could he sneak in and watch the older kids practice?

002 blinked and glanced over at 001, shrugging in response. Nikiana got up, her bunny trailing along behind her, dragging on the ground, and followed Taliesin out of the classroom. She glanced at the sheet of paper they were to color. That wouldn't be hard. It would take next to no time at all to do.
Hmm... maybe they could practice fighting since class was over?

Parmida slid out of her chair, dragging the paper with her. She took another look at it while she headed towards the door, making sure to look up every so often so she wouldn't crash into anyone. The teacher did say where each element lived, didn't she? Maybe she could ask her matron if there were any books on the elemental magics...

Taliesin waited for Nikiana just outside the door, before tugging her to one side. "Hey.. We're not expected back for a while. Wanna find somewhere to practice?"

Nikiana grinned, nodding her head frantically. Did Tali really even have to ask?! She glanced around, then looked back to the boy. "Where?"

"Somewhere out in the city..No one there will tell on us," Tali whispered as he walked casually with Nikiana. "And if anyone asks on the way out we're going to ask people for help with our assignment." This was going to be so much fun Tali thought to himself.

Niki grinned. Tali was so smart! She nodded, walking along with the boy, trying to appear as casual as possible.

It was sometime later, close to dinner before Niki and Taliesin returned. Every step the kid took brought a wince to his face. The closer to the dormitory the two got though, the more Taliesin tried to hide it. If anyone had choosen to look, there was now a purpling bruise on his leg where Nikiana had kicked him a couple times.
Sullen at his defeat, Tali didn't talk all the way back to the dorms. Quietly, 001 led the way around to the back, just in case, and into the dining room. All the classes had let out for the day, even those extra ones available to the older kids, and the dining hall was begginning to fill up. Heading to their table Tali quickly grabbed an end seat and waited for the rest of the group to come back. Idly he wondered what they had done in their time off.

After class, Selma looked down at the assignment, studying the paper, and trying to remember where each group of elementals lived. She headed back to her room, where she had a pencil and some crayons, hoping to get a nap in before dinner as soon as she finished the paper. As soon as she got there, she set out her materials and went to work.
Several hours later, Selma found herself being shaken awake by one of the matrons, telling her that she needed to get cleaned up, as dinner was going to be served soon. Selma rubbed her eyes and groggily got out of her bed, making it again before heading to the washroom to get tidied up for dinner.

Niki grinned the entire way back, sometimes unable to resist the urge to skip. She'd won! Though she felt bad about hurting Tali, the joy and excitement from winning was greater. She scampered into a seat next to the boy as they returned to the dining hall.
