what you do is in the chapter where guy is visit the village closest to guy, place that mine you get and wait for him to step on it when he does he stops, send in matt to talk to him and you get him! but dont wast guys killing edge in that chapter it will come in handy later on

Get Matthew just one square out of Guy's attack range, make sure there is no one else around to kill him. Then on the next turn, go talk to him. Tell me if it worked.
