Personality: Keimei is the quiet, yet creative, type, and normally talks with a serious tone. She is not the kind to make jokes, but if she does find something funny, she will chuckle, but that's as far as her laughter will go. Outside, she is cold to many, but sympathetic to those in need. Inside, she is just confused as to her place in life and tries to hide her emotions.
History (if your characters has one, This may increase in your stay here at Ria High): Keimei, known as the 'Dawn of Chaos' among the older members of her clan, has grown up as a silent-yet-deadly fighter who is very protective of the people she cares for. Her magic comes from her mother's side, due to how it is the female gene that passes down the magic in her clan, and she was given one of the rarer powers- control over darkness. She grew up in a strict lifestyle, but her previous teachers also encouraged her creativity. When she could be trained no further in the use of her magical arts, as well as the fact that she was also prone to use physical weapons, mainly dual-wielding a pair of blades (no matter what type, be it rapier, scimitar, broadsword, katana, or a combination of one of many blades), she was enrolled in Ria High.
Any weapons/armor you have(You should not have very much as a beginner, and you should earn more through rping. Same goes for the next two.): Keimei has a pair of enchanted katanas, both with ice magic (not very powerful enchantments, but they work for her)
Any items you have: Keimei has a black crown-shaped necklace on a chain around her neck that she refuses to take off, as well as a ring with a mysterious heart-shaped symbol upon it.
Any battle skills/magical powers you have: Other than the fact that Keimei prefers speed and dexterity over strength (she is very agile and flexible), she also is capable of manipulating the shadows around her. She is still working on how to use that power so that it doesn't go berzerk in the rare instances that she does.

Personality: May look quiet, but has a very bubbly outgoing personality. She tends to make friends with the outcasts instead of following the others. Even if you tell her to go away, she will most likely follow you around and continue to try to make you her new friend. She can be clingy at times if she thinks of you as her new sister or brother.
History (if your characters has one, This may increase in your stay here at Ria High): Her mother died of infection soon after giving birth to her, and her father, became a rich mafia member. He used Miki’s powers for personal gains such as killing his foes.
During a particularly nasty spat between the two, he threw Miki out on the streets, and left her to wander. She robbed many a shop to provide food, but was eventually caught by police, and was sent to Ria.

Character Looks: Cosaka has light blonde hair colour. His eyes are of a deep colour of blue. He is around six feet and has a very skiny body. People normally think he's a girl untill they see him in his partly unzipped blue shirt. He commonly wears blue jean pants lightly tatered. On his left arm is a tattoo of a bar coed given by his village when he was a baby. He is commonly seen with his laptop.
Allignment: Good
Personality: Normally easy going childish charecter who if bored will tell you and sometimes will just be to preoccupied to hear you. If he just gets up and goes somewhere else dont be offended thats just his way of saying hes done talking.
He can normally be seen typing on his laptop but dont be afraid to interupt him he wont mind. He just normally trying to invent a new way to do something.
History: ___The Beginning
It started in a village called Takahara. Takahara was know for the raising of elemental warriors. A women named Yamina Matzo was pregnant with a beloved baby named Cosaka. The doctors knew he would be a water elmentalist but the village didnt get many of those so they had little training. Cosaka grew and learned about his abilites. He kept growing and learning more soon he was surpassing his masters and they refered Yamina to a special school that trained many great warriors. The school was called Ria High. Cosaka arrived at Ria High days later and walked through the iron gates to a new life he knew nothing about.

Though he is pretty outgoing sometime out of nowhere he will get shy and just run out of a place. This is a rare event but when it happens it can last a few day's. Usually when this happens his powers go haywire.

Her and her grandmother spent almost every night together, while her mother was away at piano concerts in foreign countries, and her father busy with his next book. The love she had for her grandmother was like nothing she has ever felt again, and the day her dear granny died, when she was 10, was a tragic day for her, as it would be to anyone. Character Looks: Sukai’s eyes are blood red and her short shoulder length black hair flips out spiking at the ends a little. She has a smooth milky complexion but the feel of her skin is icy cold to the touch. Her physical appearance is that of a 16 year old. Her arms don’t bulge with muscles, but due to the fact she is a vampire she has super speed and strength 10 times that of a regular human being so long she drinks blood every once in a while. Due to her job she displays various different clothing depending on her mood. Most of the time though she is usually found wearing a pair of black form fitting hip hugging black cargo pants, a black belly tank top with pockets over the front, black fingerless gloves, and black leather boots. To compliment this all and to keep her face hidden she wears this uncontrollably long black scarf that seems to have a mind of its own. She has six piercings on her each of her ears and has no tattoos that mark her.
Allignment: Neutral
Personality: Sukai is a quiet person, she rarely speaks and if she needs to, she talks in short, concise sentences. She normally displays a sad yet serious look on her face and around people she seems like she’s in constant thought. She usually keeps to herself but likes poetry and music. Her instrument of choice is the guitar. She dislikes loud sounds and people who won’t shut up when bragging or complaining. Sukai isn’t one who kills humans senselessly for blood, she normally feeds off of animals and transfusion blood.
History: Sukai is an interesting character who hasn't been around too long. Due to some troubling events they have enrolled her here into Ria High to help her cope with her interesting ablilties and with herself. Before her arrival at Ria High she worked in a small novelity Far East shop and lived in a small quaint house with her two parents. When she was younger they never seemed to be around but tried to be supportive parents. As she grew older, she rebelled slightly, but didn't go too far with it. Though she snuck out every once in a while with people she knew, it never went far than a simple hug and a slight of hand.

Raikou stands at a height of five feet-eleven inches. He has caucasian skin and a semi-muscular and lean body build. His banges shape into his hair, allowing people to see his face.
His clothing style changes depending on how he feels when he wakes up and what the sky looks like. He could be wearing a rainbow suite one day and the next day be adorn in dark, shaddy clothing. One thing he always wears is a odd set of 2 rings; one black and one white. Each sits on each of his middle fingures.
AS OF UPDATE:

History:
Basics- Hail grew up in a normal town with your average, everyday family. A mother with a large corperate job. A father with his own resturant. And a sister, with all the wonderful powers of nagging and annoying young children do. It wasn't until one day when everything changed.
He was kidnapped off the street by a mad man. The man enjected him with highly powerful drugs which gave him mental and physical damage and palced him in a coma. The man eventually was caught and they foudn the boy.
For five years he sat ina coma until suddenly he woke up. When he woke his body instantly changed. he grew red highlights into his hair which were never their before. His pupils had changed to a neutral grey color as well. His body which wa slanky and skinny fromt he coma wa ssuddenly fit and lean.
When he woke, he ran, and made it to Ria High. While in the coma he somehow became partially blind.
7.14.06- Oaka- After a odd dream in the church, Rai sufefred a blind spell and made is way to the female angel statue in the back of the church. A sudden burst of light summoned forth a angel from Raia nd the statue's energies. From that the angel healed his blindness and gave him the power of Oaka to use for good.
8.14.06- Together Again- After meeting up with Raiju ina secret location the two talked about their destiny. Raiju revealing that he is actually the second half of Raikou. Then, in an attempt to get his their full life back, they preform a fusion ritual. It works merging the two back together, beocming the real Raikou, though he nwo goes by the alias Tokojin.

She's a bit short and thin with kind of waxy, pale skin and deep, electric purple/blue eyes that glow a bit due to the way she was created. Shenromally dresses in a very outlandish way--pants with skirts, bright highlighter colors, thick sun glasses, funny hats, etc. There's really no tell what you'll see her wearing or /not/ wearing. (xD) Allignment(Good, Neutral, Evil, (I know the meaning of Evil is very iffy. But just put in what suits your character the most): With Kaicho, I'd say Neutral most of the time, but sometimes her nerves go out of whack, or malfunction, and her ideas can change dramamtically. Personality: Kaicho is generally nice and a bit naive about things since her "parents" (or creators, rather) sheltered her most of her life for fear she wouldn't adjust to society well. As said before, her nerves and brain sometimes have little clicks that change how she acts and thinks. Sometimes you'll see her bubbly and happy and other time she'll be mellow or depressed about something. She hates being a burden, though, and tries to remain happy all the time no matter what's happening. History (if your characters has one, This may increase in your stay here at Ria High): Kaicho was created in a secret laboratory by a husband and wife pair of scientists. The reason she was created was because her mother isn't able to bear children, and the couple wanted a baby very badly. So they did a few experiments and ended up growing Kaicho, but she had health problems when she started eevelopnig. They then incorporated synthetic body parts and some robotics into her to help her grow better, but her hearing was badly damaged and she needs sound-sensitive earphones to hear normally. Naturally, when she was finished she wasn't allowed much human contact other than her parents and that affects her ability to socialize properly. She also has a weakness for pretty flowers because of her mother's gardening fix. Any weapons/armor you have(You should not have very much as a beginner, and you should earn more through rping. Same goes for the next two.): No, she really doesn't have any form of defense besides the use of her powers. She's had a long tieme to get used to them and uses them well, though. Character Looks(Hair color, eye color, etc. Try to give as much detail as possible, please.): Tsunagi has cinnamon colored skin with golden cat-like eyes surrounded by wavy, dark navy blue hair that goes down to her elbows. She is about 5'9" and has a lean, curvy build. She isn't used to wearing regular clothes (uniforms, shoes, etc.), so during her free time, she wears things like tank or tube tops with shorts. Her faveorite is the grass skirt she made.
Allignment(Good, Neutral, Evil, (I know the meaning of Evil is very iffy. But just put in what suits your character the most): Neutral
Personality: Very easygoing, though somewhat introverted, Tsunagi is not hard to get along with, and loyal towards her friends. But careful, if you get on her bad side, you'll regret it.
She'll make sure of that.
History (if your characters has one, This may increase in your stay here at Ria High): Tsunagi was born into a rich family, but because of her father's... condition, Tsunagi and her parents lived in a remote village far away from civilization. After her parents mysterious death, she was kicked out of the village and moved into her grandmother's mansion, where she is now receiving a proper education at Ria High.
Any weapons/armor you have(You should not have very much as a beginner, and you should earn more through rping. Same goes for the next two.): a dart gun and daggers made of onyx.
Any items you have: A necklace given to her by her mother.
Any battle skills/magical powers you have: She is not very good at fighting, except when her beserker gene is triggered. When that happens, she becomes a vicious monster and won't (or can't) stop attacking untill either she or her target is dead.

Name Meaning/Nicknames: Hinotori's Spirit-Phoenix's Spirit; Usually she's just refered to by her name.
Gender: Female
Age: Looks 16 but her age is actually unknown.
Race: Phoenix Rider- She is a human with the blood of a phoenix which means she is reborn. The only thing that can destroy a Phoenix rider is very dark magic or if she is willing to die.
Arts: She is a master of Elemental powers. She can also command the power of Transformation.
Character Looks: She has short, firey red hair and eyes as black as night.
Allignment: Good.. for now.
Personality: Perky and always eager to learn she enjoys the outdoors. Usually she's very nervous about fitting in but that doesn't stop her from being friendly to most of the people she sees.
History: Her parents knew that Enra had a gift since she was very young. She was only able to express it though when she nearly blew up her own house! She belonged to a rich family though and they sent her to this school to learn how to control her powers and use them wisely.
Any weapons/armor you have: Enra doesn't have any armor but she can transform the air around her into a barrier. Her weapons are a Katana she was given when she came to this school and 2 guns that she keeps hidden.
Any items you have: A sealing book; it seals away ANYTHING at Enra's command but once it's blank pages are full it can't seal away anything else.
Any battle skills/magical powers you have: Enra can control the power of the phoenix; Phoenix stryke, Katana of Elements and transforming the things around her to her advantage in battle.

Name Meaning/Nicknames: Azzy, or the Blue Death
Gender: Male
Age: 18 in human years

Arts: Poison Mastery and Psychic Skills
Character Looks(Hair color, eye color, etc. Try to give as much detail as possible, please.): Azure has the upper half of a human male, his bottom half is that of a black king snake. He wears a simple loincloth around his waist for when he changes to his human form. IT is made of light blue silk and is adorned with a ruby buckle. He wears no shirt but a collar with an attached cloth that covers his shoulders and a small portion of his upper chest. He has slightly tanned skin and well defined muscles. Green eyes, and flaming red hair that falls to the ground are some of his defining features. He also has a pair of horns that curve down like a rams and he was two set of horn rings that hang form them. One set is rubbies and the other is sapphires. He wears simple fishnet gloves and has a few tribal rose tatoos spread across his chest with thorn covered vines. He also has black claw like nails that are four inches long. HIs teeth can appear normal and he can also bear snake like fangs that drip poison, his claws have the same ability to produce poison.
Allignment: Evil
Personality: He maybe evil but he is quite easy to get along with. He has learned to control his temper over the past centuries. Even though he is the equevilant to the age 18 in human years he is actually well over a thousand years old but still young for a naga. He has a charming personality and is very friendly. But be careful, if he thinks you do not like him or knows it for a fact he will not hesitate to strike out at you. And if you piss him off you are most likely as good as dead or at least servely injuired. Yet it takes alot ot make him angry. He is the kind if he says he does not care he really does not. HE is also VERY territorial! So if he says something is his please do not poke and play with it.
History: He left home a two centuries ago on his own. From there has has travled from place to place trying to gain a living although most places are demon owned he still has been unable to find a place that excepts him for himself. He finally came to Ria in hopes of learning to control his psychic abilities.
Any weapons/armor you have: Various poisons he has made himself and his fangs and claws.
Any items you have: Vials, books, small things
Any battle skills/magical powers you have: Able to produce poison from his teeth and claws. The poison can have various effects and can be either strong or weak. IT can just give on the sense of being light headed and loopy or strong enough to take down an ox. He also can read minds and move things just a little with his mind.
Character Flaws: He is very paranoid and hates large crowds. And since he is such a huge creature he is also very clastrophobic. He is vain also and loves his hair and wants to stay pretty no matter what. Getting a little dirt on him can drive him crazy.

Character Looks:
Nicola is rather pretty, although her attitude kinda hides it. Her slim body is slightly underdevolped for her age and she stands a 5'4.
Her long brown hair is usually always down with a red hat ontop of her head, but while training she sticks it up in a messy, high ponytail.
Her unnatural eye color caused a lot of confusion when she was a child, but hey! Red eyes are in is what she always said.
Since she was a young girl, being slightly pale, if she went in the sun to long people would assume she would burn to a crisp, but because of her fire powers, the sun and heat doesn't really bother her.
When outside of school uniform, Nicola wears a red dress her mother made her with black stockings and black flats.
Allignment:
Neutral, her acts towards good and evil can sometimees amaze people. She is known as a sneak.
Personality:
Most would say that Nicola needs an attitude check, but it's not true. She just has a very, well, open minded.
She doesn't think before she acts and always tries her hardest to be the best of all the rest.
She acts like a know-it-all and some people find her rather diffcult to be around, but then there's the few that see her for who she is and accpets her.
If you metion her as being weak, she takes it as a disgrace and puts 120% in showing that person wrong.
She is strong-willed and always optimistic about things. She loves to have a good time, but she hates staying in one place too long.
As soon as she gets there and completes her task there, she ready to go to the next spot, wanting to get that done without stopping.
She's fierce about competitions and is very, very competitive.
History "
Born into a rich family, Nicola grew up under her parents wing, sheltered from the truths and evil of the worlds.
But maybe her parents spoiling her got to the worst of her, and she took advantage of her parents' kindness.
When she was just 12 years old, she was found out to have a sarcoma throat cancer in her throat, causing breathing hard and loud voices hard for her.
But she had surgery, taking her vocal cords but she recovered well, not losing her voice.
At age 14, she found out about Ria Highschool, and immediatly forced her parents to send her there. But don't get her wrong, she has a lot of love towards her parents.
Any weapons/armor you have:
She doesn't like weapons. She thinks they take to much time, but if needed she'll carry a single gun around.
Any items you have:
A pair of two black, leather gloves for her fire power. Also, a pocketwatch from her father.
Any battle skills/magical powers you have:
Her fire power is average level, meaning she can control it well but sometimes she gives it a little too much power.
But her transformation powers are iffy. She'll say she wants to turn into that person or thing, and sometimes if she doesn't concentrate right it won't work or she turns into something else.
Few times it ever works.
Character Flaws:
She seems to be a little clumsy, tripping over own two feet and such.
Also, she is a horrible listner, she only does what she wants. Lizards creep her out though, along with snakes and frogs.

Character Looks: Kind and innocent red eyes combined with red clothing. Behind her coat has faint wings and she does not have wings. Her silk smooth light hair with a gentle innocent face makes her a beautiful human/fox.

Personality: Shy, Kind, Loving, Caring, Gentle, Warm Hearted, Quiet & Peaceful.
History: Marine is a excellent student during school time. She always listens to directions and keeps everything of hers neat and tidy. When she does art she always does it the way the teacher imagined how it would look like. Marine has alot of friends and everyone gathers around her. Once the boys had the first glance at Marine they all ran towards Marine crunching her up. Marine gets A's everytime she gets a report card or test record. She has been studying every single day without playing computer. She does use the computer but it's for studying and projects. She is very kind and gentle with stuff as she loves to play with her dogs when she is finished with her homework. She is very kind and supreme at gymastics while she joined track and stuff. She was so excellent that all the teachers wanted her to be in their class. Marine liked Band, Choir, Strings, Track and more while she joined every single one of them. During assemblys while the Band, Choir, and Strings all performed. She had to go to every single one of them doing what she is supposed to do.
Marine lives in a rich family while everyone except Marine buys everything and gets spoiled. Marine doesn't like to have too much stuff as she will get spoiled. She just wanted a normal sized room with a computer table, computer, printer, T.V. and a bed.
Her first time she wanted to become a fox she was inspired by a fox show as she cleared her mind focusing to become a fox human that can become a fox or human anytime she wants. She actually became a fox! But needed 10 minutes to transform back to a human. Her first time using telepathy when she was also cleared up her mind and imagined she can use telepathy with items in the air. She accidentally dropped a cup of milk while she was still focusing her mind to use telepathy. Her telepathy worked as not even a single drip fell onto the floor.
Any Weapons/Armor You Have: While she is in fox form, she mostly uses her tail as a weapon. Otherwise for armor then there is none, just a light red coat with a black short skirt plus gloves on both of her hands.
Any items you have: Only a sidebag carrying her books and materials for school.
Any battle skills/magical powers you have: Able to transform into a fox. She can also just make the fox ears appear or just the fox tail appear or both of them appear. She can hide her fox ears and tail to just ear a pair or normal human ears. Her telepathy will only work when items or etc. are in the air. For example, throwing 20 paper airplanes in the air without one touching the ground. Then she can move the items or etc. around. She cannot take more than 25 items or etc. at the same time. Depends on the size and weight. If she uses telepathy on humans while they jump up, she can only use telepathy on 5 humans, monsters, etc. Even 1 cm she can use telepathy on.
Character Flaws: While she is becoming a fox, she doesn't need anytime at all to transform into it. But once she is a fox she cannot change back into a human until 10 minutes has passed. People can easily grab her by the tail. Can be attacked easily during the time Marine is using Telepathy. Can not hit people near her while she is using Telepathy. Has to have the humans, monsters, items, etc. be in the air before using Telepathy. If they stay on land she can't use telepathy on anything unless something is in the air.
