Alasdair appeared out of the shadows of the medical room. He looked around the room with his violet eyes. He had never been on the Coven Med Room, it looked clean but he disliked it. Alasdair had Kaei on his arms, and she was not in a good condition. As Alasdair held her he saw a stretcher on the room. So to save her he rushed over and placed her on the bed. Once he laid her on the bed he quickly glanced around the cabinets. He was too rushed for any blood packets so he just pushed up his arm sleeve. He moved to lift Rogue’s head with his free arm. He moved over to make a small slit on his wrist, and slowly blood began to emerge. He grinned at the sting and moved his hand to Rogue’s lips.
“Come on babe…Wake up” Alasdair whispered as he moved to press his bloody wrist against her lips.

As he entered, a vampire walked out of an office-like room and into the Medical Room. "Step aside, sir...let us handle it.." The man communicated psychically to a few other 'medics' working in the building, and within a few moments they made their way to the Medical Room.

Lily made it to the Coven only on a vague memory of the location. She came running when she had heard what had happened and wanted to make sure that all was okay with Rogue.
She saw the medics and Alasdair and just perched herself against the doorway to stay out of the way but continue to watch things unfold.

The medics began pumping blood into her system from many sources, and had several bags hooked to her body. The large gashes in her face where the UV had entered her system made the veins look as if they had been burned, and they stood out horribly under the lights that had been turned on. The burns inside her veins looked as if they had blackened her veins all the way down through her neck.
Rogue's shirt was mostly missing, and the ribs on her back broken, as well as a deep large gash that ran across her back from Jaden's slow drag of his gigantic claws through her skin.
The missing piece in her side was far too large for comfort. Other than that, her skin was white from the drainage of most of Rogue's blood. She was barely alive.

Rogue began coughing a few hours later, the wounds healing very slowly. The UV was still in her system, and was slowly being flushed out. Rogue woke and looked at the ceiling. Her body ached too much to move.
It took a moment but she realized where she was. She had not been in here for a great while. She blinked slowly, pieces of the fight coming back to her mind. But the Alpha's words rang out in her mind, that the lycans were taking over the subway. A sphere of anger ran through her, and she closed her eyes, choosing to rest.

As the nurses came rushing into the room, Alasdair quickly looked at them and moved out of the way. He would prefer to let the professionals handle her. As they began throwing him out, Alasdair nodded and looked at Kaei as he walked out of the room and onto the waiting room.
Alasdair leaned on the white wall of the waiting room. He was paying attention to the creatures with communicators. Since he had a vampire’s brain, he could filter all the voices. He learned that Jaden had turned Sibyl. That really pissed off Alasdair, but he hid his anger very well since he was worrying about Rogue.
After a few hours a vampire nurse walked out the room and towards Alasdair. She was dressed in white and a tired face. She sighed and informer Alasdair that Rogue was ok, just a little rest and some blood.
Alasdair sighed with relief at the good news. He smiled faintly as he walked over to the room where Kaei was. He entered the room quietly and took a seat close to the bed where his love was.

As Alasdair waited in the dark for Kaei to wake up, he decided that the hunter couple was starting to be more trouble than they are worth. He wanted to make sure that Amnity and her mutt will be silenced for good. As Alasdair sat there thinking, a man popped into his head. ‘Of course.’ Alasdair thought as he remembered DevilBoy.
Alasdair flicked his earring, connecting to DevilBoy’s earrings. “DevilBoy… Do you know a pair of hunters named Amnity and Mephilius?” Alasdair whispered into the air, knowing that the communicator picked every word and transmitted it to DB, but it was in a frequency that only the person with the earrings could listen.

“Good” Alasdair replied to the communicator, “I want you to take them out, alive if possible but not necessary. Take your squad and if you can….Take Jesie.”
Alasdair knew that DB could handle both of them with ease, but the traitor Kuro could just as easily pop up and attack him. Better safe than sorry, was a lesson that Alasdair learned long ago.
“Don’t give them a second to rest…Attack while you can and as often as you can.” Alasdair spoke once again into the communicator, speaking to DB obviously. “If you need anything talk to the vampires in front of your door, they can facilitate weapons, food, anything you need.”

“I just got a report of a pair of hunters, a human girl and a lycan male, going into the Central Park.” Alasdair replied through the communicator. The description was obvious to be Amnity and her mutt.
Alasdair had sent three different squads to catch them, and two of them were turned back into hunters and one hasn’t brought them back. That is why Alasdair had to sent DB; he is more than capable of dealing with those vermin.
He knew that the hunters won’t be any problem any longer. So Alasdair leaned back against the chair and admired Kaei’s beautiful yet beat up body. If only Alasdair had reached her sooner.

A cough pierced the silent room. Her insides burned. "Nnnn..." Rogue turned her head and scrunched up her face as if she were waking from a deep sleep. She opened her eyes, and tilted her head and saw Alasdair sitting there.

Alasdair had been waiting to see Kaei wake up. And finally he made light sounds of waking up. His violet eyes shot to her with a smile. She was waking up, and as soon as Alasdair saw it he bolted to her bed.
As he stood beside the bed, a relief smile painted itself on his face. “Hey there” Alasdair whispered to her softly, “How are you feeling?”

"Like a dog's chew toy..." She cracked a smirk as her eyes looked back up to the ceiling. Her body ached something fierce as it was trying to repair itself. "Have you seen my siblings around anywhere...I'd like to have a word."

Alasdair smiled as he inched closer to her, placing his hand over hers. He smiled warmly at her as his violet eyes travelled over her beaten body. “I haven’t my love…” Alasdair whispered softly. “Why didn’t you call me, love. I could have helped you against him. It’s my fault you are like this…I saw you where hurt, yet I only yelled at you and ran off. If I would have stayed I could have helped you…”

Her eyes remained glued to the ceiling fan. "At risk of betrayal, I was protecting myself. Sometimes you don't know who to trust. Many want to take my life, as I have taken many...on all sides." Her teeth hung heavy in her mouth, as the room was thick with the scent of her own blood, as well as the bags that were transfusing blood into her body. She was thirsty still. It had to be the UV. She would have to wait until she was well.
