YAY!!! this is so very entertaining.
here is my attempt.....i kinda....might have messed up a little in the middle......but......^_^ hopefully it's still liked. (really really hope this works, my computers being a very very bad comp today)

Hmm... Under teh file you just uploaded there should be some bars, one should just be labeled "url" go to the right of that bar and press copy and then open up a post on Gaia and press "ctrl v" to paste the link.
