I move slowly towards the corner, then whisper back "And then there is close combat, where one can truly learn of another's character, that is if he knows how to look for the signs.I turn back towards the corner, and ready myself for whatever may be around the corner. "I believe it would be best if someone who can see in the dark look around the corner. A lantern is more likely to draw attention"

Around the corner the hallway gets darker and continues for about 70 more feet into the distance. It is lined with doors here also. The black muck is thicker where the hallway turns, and Arazil nearly slides in it (Reflex save to stay up) as he rushes through. You can still hear the noises coming from somewhere just up ahead, probably in one of the rooms.

I steady my bow, keeping in the back, as I am not as strong as the others; also I only move about 40 ft up towards the turn, making sure that I distance myself.

Uri walks past two doors, one on each side, each open with small rooms like the ones they have seen before, and nothing interesting. When he comes to third door, which is on the left, he sees what the noise is.. Two ghouls are tearing up and eating what appears to be a dead human. One turns toward the door, flesh hanging from it's teeth.
Monster initiatives: Ghast = 20 + 3 = 23 Ghoul = 10 + 2 = 12
Ghast's AC is 17. Ghoul's AC is 14.
