The Fallen Angel sneered at him heartlessly. "If you excuse me, I have better things to do," he stood up, stalking off

The forest quickly grew too thick for Bakura to take even one more step into. There was a wall of plants before him. (none too happy looking ones either) "Bakura!" Marik called, slightly ferce, but not close to how worried he was. "Why are you acting like this!? And you say that I change too quickly."

"I know." He told him, voice devoid of emotion, without turning. "I'm broken clockwork."

Marik quickly paced over to Bakura, placing a hand over his shoulder. "Why won't you tell me what's wrong?"

"Because I don't know what's wrong!" he hissed, swerving around to glare into the malvolent violet that was the fearie's eyes.

"Fine." He let his hand fall from Bakura's shoulder. What ever evil or malace was within the faerie's eyes melted away to reveal orbs of complete lonelyness and sorrow. The thick forest disappeared before Bakura. He stepped back. "Just go." He whispered almost deftly.

The rage within his cold eyes flickered and died, a thin glaze shadowing the sadness within. He lowered his eyes as he bowed slightly, before he began moving away.
Just out of vision from the fearie and he fell to his knees, doubling over, and wretched.

A shiver ran down the prince's spine when he smelt smoke.... His body jerked awake, only to find the clearing surrounded by a blaze.... (I'd like a Seto pairing with someone! Anyone!)

Yugi pouted when Otogi moved away. He slowly sat up and smirked. "Someone started a fire...most likely some traveler who forgot to pick out their campfire or there was another demon around." Yugi almost slapped himself. 'Good going fool, just let the cat out of the bag!'

"Well I can't just stand here, I do have a job, like it or not." Otogi sighed and pulled away from Yugi, heading off towards the blaze. "Perhaps when the world has calmed itself down again, we can regain our chaos, Yugi." the magician smiled. The raven-haired youth took off, sure he could sense someone's life energy not far away...and it was in danger.
It was but a few acres away that he came across a brunette that was completely ensnared by a fire circle. "Are you in need of assistance?" he asked, knowing from experience that some people just did NOT like being helped.

Seto looked up, blinking. "Yes,." Seto commented, "Jewel couldn't fly me over it, it's too high." He commented.

Some part of Marik could tell something was wrong. He couldn't hear Bakura's movement through the forest any more. Against his better, more cruel judgment, Marik paced foreward to see if Bakura was alright. But before him, lie the Fallen angel, collapsed to the ground. "Bakura!" Marik shouted and sprinted towards him. When he reached the sterling haired boy, Marik shook him in panic. "Bakura, Bakura!" He called, but to no use to the unconscience Fallen. Groaning, Marik lifted him and took him to his home. 'He'll only be there for a minute or two after he recovers.' Marik told himself mentally. When he reached his tree home thing... Marik put Bakura crudely on the bed and went to get some water. "Why am I so damn nice?" He asked himself.

The dark-winged creature himself stayed deeply imbedded in his void of thought, body already weak from severe dehydration and malnutrition. The exercice gained from his travel, paired with the emotion distress, had sent him over the edge, tumbling into sickness.
Chances were, he wasn't about to wake up.
