A L E X X She would know how clark felt. KINDA. She didnt tell everyone that she was possesed but people also just figured it out. Lana was like sexy when she was possesed Im not going to lie. Well, that a little different...Clark is not possed...And Yes, she was the best witch of the 3...Chloe didn't make that great of a witch and Lois was ok confused

Mainly cause Lana got all of the talking parts.
She might be afraid...I mean remember when she got in the hospital and she was all like, I think I should stay away from you.
Knowing might make her scared and conscious about other people. "If Clark is one of them who else might be?" *cough*Lex*cough*
But, knowing Lana, she will understand.

Cause if you are that is Clark's WORST fear
Like you said before they have been through way to much not to understand. ANd besides she actually wants to know. She keeps bringing up the dishonest thing.

Why do you think Lana broke up with him though? If Clark can't share his biggest secret with her then they obviously don't have enough trust to keep a stable relationship. Lana would hold the grudge over his head about how she ALWAYS shared info with Clark but he didn't even have the decency to be honest with her about ANYTHING. I think a while ago she would have under stood. But since he has kept it from her for so long, and with all the oppertunities he had to tell her, i think you guys are TOTALLY putting words into her mouth about how "easily" she actually would understand.

Well, Clark broke up with Lana and then she was like "You can't break up with me! I break up with you!"
EDIT: And I would contend that Lana didn't share as much with Clark as she claims to. She murdered Genevieve Teague as Isobel and never told Clark; in fact, the next day she got back together with him on a "no more secrets, no more lies" basis.
