Kaida stood there for a moment before throwing her kunai to give herself a moment of spare time and a little cover, as she grabbed the two women and ran. She thought to herself, I can't do this alone... I need the others.... The tag that was wrapped around the handle of the kunai exploded within seconds of being released giving a decent size blast radius and decent cover while Kaida made a run for cover.

ooc: A little confused on how you can't hear my sound or see me? question
A voice would be heard nearby for the enemy ninja which could be considered as Edge's. "Sorry but I'm not one for being IT in hide and seek. If your wanting to catch me try again." Edge considered his options carefully. They somehow detected his sound signal and couldn't see him so how were they able to know his movements? Even if they were underground they wouldn't be able to just detect everything just by the vibrations? He hadn't shown any of his techniques so he doubted they would have knowledge that advanced on them but he wouldn't hold hi breath on that. Still if that was the case then this would be easier than he thought. Still if they had figured this to be a fake then the others would be in trouble. However he had a plan brewing which might help them if he could get out of this...

((the enemy is underground, sensing all movement by the vibrations of feet making contact with the ground...even when you jump, your foot is angled in a certain direction and would send vibrations at an opposite angle to the angle you jumped from...thus, she can predict where you're stepping, where you're heading, and with some effort, in which direction you are jumping...sound by itself doesn't infiltrate ground very well...and being underground, sight is not even an option...I'm not going to go any further into how she is able to do such a feat for it'll reveal too much))

*the voice would not be heard...nothing he said would be heard by the enemy...before, the enemy was heard, but she was just toying with them...*
*several ropes burst out from the ground, but were several feet away from Edge...the ropes now speeded in his direction...*
*the ropes from earlier that had failed to capture Edge now retreated into the ground*

*the clones ran after the Kaos as intended, but the girl sat right there, holding the real one like a doll...*
girl: I think...I'll name you...Fluffy! now to ask Mommy if I can keep ya!
*the girl picked Kao back up and held him in a hug...she then proceeded to walk back to her village...*
arrow Vs Kaida
*the woman waved one tag and a gust of wind rushed into the forest, clearing the smoke from the blast...and the flames as well...*
Woman: little brat...
*the woman then gave chase to Kaida*

Maiko: Kaida...run faster!! how can you expect to outrun her at this pace?!?!
Kohana: Shut up Maiko...neh, Kaida-san...save yourself...it would be best for you if you left us here...your life is at stake...please...we know that she won't harm us...we won't be hurt...but if you keep protecting us, I don't know what will happen to you...I had confidence in saving my father's honor when Shunketsu-san was still around, but without him, you won't stand a chance against that woman...please...

Kao managed a weak grow at the mention of the name Fluffy. Kinoru sighed as he followed the girl. He couldn't use that jutsu without Kao, nor could he use Suto-ma. There was only one thing he could think to do. Kinoru jumped out of the tree's and tackled the girl causing the girl and Kao to fall over. Kinoru then preformed some seals and slamed his hands on the ground "Tsukenebaindo no Jutsu"He shouted, after that tree roots came out of the ground and wrapped themselves around the girl. Slowly constricting till she couldn't move, her hands were tightly held far apart from each other

Kaida stopped off to the side of the path and shoved Kohana and Maiko down. "Shut up... I am not giving up you two... Only losers give up when the odds are still in their favor. Bushin No Jutsu...Henge..." She left two clones in the path and desguised it as an injured Maiko and Kohana both with kunais in their legs as to render them immobile. In the mean time Kaida and her group ran faster through the forest stopping only when she sensed Kinoru and saw the girl walking off with the dog.
"What the..." She looked around for Kinoru while she took out a pill and popped it in her mouth. She then kneeled down and preformed a bunch of seals. "Bushin no Jutsu.... henge..." She was quite good with that jutsu and knew how to spread her strength accordingly. The most recent of her little ongoing clone army was a small injured puppy that limpped out to the girl and whimpered sounding pitiful. By far it was much cuter and more adorable than Kao and it was also still a bit too big for her to take both Kao and it so she would have to put down one to get the other.

*the roots would constrict tighter and tighter...until...poof...a log was all that remained of Kao and the girl...the girl would bee seen a short distance away, sticking her tongue at Kinoru...she is on a totally different level of skill...*
*she spotted the injured puppy...but continued walking with Kao*
girl: I like my Fluffy-wuffy the best, Yes I do~...and besides...my Fluffy is healthy...i can't play with an injured doggy...
*she snuggles against Kao...*

The jutsu was starting to ware off on Kao now, but he still couldn't move. He began to growl and slowly began trying to open his mouth. Kinoru sigh, he had a feeling that would happen. He'd have to save his chakra for when he got Kao back, cause they were going to need to use that jutsu. Kinoru started to run after them, he'd have to give up on not huting Kao. It was better to get him back a little battered and bruised than not at all. Kinoru took out 5 windmill shuriken. He waited till he was only a short distance from the girl. He through the windmill shuriken, which would fly past the girl seeming to miss. They then seemed to turn around and started circling the girl, and as they were wire slowly began to constrict around her and tied her to a nearby tree. After that she'd notice several explosive tags on the wires that all went off simaltaniously. Kinoru smirked, but stayed alert. He knew that that may not have worked, but he had a back up plan, and it was one she'd never see coming

ooc: Sorry for not getting back sooner to post. Been alittle busy again sweatdrop On a different note I'd like to say that your ninja wouldn't be able to know I use Sound waves if it's a signal if your using the ground to detect where we are. You can't see or hear me so you would'nt be able to assume I use sound techniques. He would have to be a sound nin as well and since he is a Ramen nin (dam those filler nin) is going to very rare to happen.
IC: The ropes that were coming out would have no target because Edge wasn't around where they assumed he was when the smoke cloud cleared. Edge activated the next move in his arsenal to combat this opponent. Chakra sonar was his next move. This would go work very similar to sonar but unlike normal sonar would go through the ground to find his target or targets. This would give him accurate and quick results and since it was not like regular sonar it would be very interesting to see how hard it would be for them to trace it.

Kaida turned and smiled. "You know you are becoming a rather large pain in my rear." Kaida grabbed the two women and leaped out into the open where Kinoru could now see her. She tossed a kunai at the woman and then took that moment to whip out her kamas. "KIN...!!! Grab Kao... needin alil help here.."

Underground Nin: I can't sense his footsteps...he must be standing still...very well...concentrate...Tasty Jutsu: Crack in the Bowl...
*from under Edge, he would feel a slight pulse from under the ground, it wasn't just at his location, but slight shifts in the dirt occured over quite some area...the most noticable shifting dirt was from under the clones*

*the woman caught the kunai and threw it back towards Kaida...the woman then activated a hand seal*
Woman: Tasty Jutsu: Fresh Ramen
*the puff of smoke appeared from the tags in the trees, and suddenly, ropes flew out from the smoke, all flying towards Kaida*

Kinoru sigh, but smirked at the same time. He didn't make a move he just watched the girl and smirked as 3 windmill shuriken flew pat the girl from behind and weeved themselves around here binding her with wire to the tree opposite of the one he had tried to tie her to. After she was bound to the tree a clone jumped out from the tree's. Kinoru and the clone high fived each other "Never hurts to have a back up plan" Kinoru said with a smirk (I had this planned since I made the clones ninja )

Kaida smiled and waited til the ropes almost had her before using the replacement technique. She then dropped from the trees and using her kamas cut through certain ropes to send the log she had used to replace herself flying towards the woman.

((that's because Orochimaru was dumb...lol...just kidding...it's because Orochimaru knows perfectly well he can survive such a jutsu...and he wanted to test just how strong Sasuke really is, thus leaving no particular reason why he should dodge...anywhos, good planning Kinoru...but you shouldn't have allowed her a chance by high-fiving yourself))

*still hugging on to Kao means that her hands were close enough to perform hand seals...and with a puff of smoke, Kage Bunshins were hanging from the sides of the trees, kunais cutting through the wires...the girl then stood jumped onto a branch and a creepy darkness covered her eyes...*
*Kao was then tossed in the air and simultaneously, a tag was thrown at him, it attached and ropes appeared from it, wrapping Kao in a wicker basket-like cage...just that the wicker was reinforced with chakra and not easily broken...one single rope connected the basket to a higher branch, dangling Kao from above...*
*the girl then adjusted her head so that Kinoru would just be able to see her face from under the shading of the trees...a look of killer intent was now in her eyes...*

*several ropes wound themselves together to form one gigantic whip and it smashed through the log, creating a large cloud of dust and wood chips...out from which a large number of kunais flew out...all with tags attached, several flew past Kaida and to the side of Kaida, attaching to nearby trees, but a few were aimed right at Kaida...the aim was excellent, as none endangered the princess...Maiko was in danger, but she did a pretty decent job of dodging for dear life...*

Kinoru sigh "Dammit, I was hoping I could wait for Kao, cause without him I may have only one shot at this" Kinoru said taking an army pill. He then took out several seeds and began forming hand seals. Several of Kinoru's clones from earlier jumped out from the woods and surrounded him. They each seemed determined to have Kinoru succed at what he was doing

The ninja's attack assuming Edge was still above ground would fail. With the time taken to perform his chakra sonar technique, Edge would now know where his opponents and how many there were quite quickly now. This would now start off the next part of the game the two were playing. With the opponent unable to sense where he was making no movement at all and being unable to see him visually they would wait for the slightest mistake to catch him off. With the advantage of the sonar he would at least know how far off they would be and this gave him the chance to begin trying to flush them out.
