He raised an eyebrow to her 'disguise' but she still looked cute as they got to the place she picked out. When they got to the cafe/diner, he saw the waitress and noticed she was also part cyborg which he nodded and was slightly uncomfortable as he looked at the leg. When they got to their seat, he sighed as he rubbed his forehead some but when he looked up he noticed Kaylee's expression and raised an eyebrow a bit, "You that excited to try this place?" He asked curiously to her, not knowing her excitement was for him. He didnt get excited when he saw other cyborgs, he knew they were out there, he just didnt care as much as others.

He looked at her with a raised eyebrow as he laughed slightly, "If you read that the hottest spot was jumping off a space station dock would you do it?" He joked a bit playfully as she seemed like an older person trying to be 'hip' with the youth where technically she is part of the youth. He looked at the waitress and gave his drink order of a cherry coke, before looking at Kaylee, "You know you dont have to do what the youth do now if you dont want to... do what you want, youre already a star, you dont have to impress anyone but yourself." He stated softly as she answered the call but as she spoke he leaned on his metal hand, "Youre still questioning why a modeling company is calling to have you do a piece, a beautiful woman from a different time period with near flawless human features, and i saw near flawless not as an insult, models began using genetic alteration about 150 years ago, they consider that genetic flawless looks." He explained trying not to sound like an a**, but hadnt realized he admited her beautiful, and had kept his voice down so no one heard his comments but her.

Cody looked at her and was about to comment when he noticed the shadow before the woman spoke and had to be told to keep it down to keep from alerting the entire diner that she was THE Kaylee Morgan but as she about the line of old school style clothes back from 2020, he raised an eyebrow but decided that he didnt quite care for fashion, he didnt understand modern fashion, he wasnt going to try to understand past fashion trends, "People paid good money for already ruined clothes?" He asked somewhat trying to make sense of it as he figured maybe Kaylee had a reason but he wasnt for sure as their drinks were brought out, he realized that their personal lunch had become a work lunch which he felt a hit annoyed at since he did kind of like Kaylee but it felt like the more she did the less she seemed to care about him, which in his head sounded selfish a bit but he did find that he liked her and was beginning to question if she felt the same or was more focused on her new life.

He listened to the two, being a bit of a third wheel in a sense which was never really fun and honestly felt kind of disconnected from the conversation anyway. He looked at Kaylee when she seemed to he surprised she wouldnt be a model but instead a corrispondant which he felt she took as a bit of a hit to her ego but he didnt mention anythin as the woman left. He drank his soda when she spoke as he shrugged, "I dont know if respect would be the proper word, its a company for business... their job is to make profit." He stated as he looked at her, "Technically having you check their fashion is probably cheaper then paying you to model it." He stated matter of factly before he heard the news and then heard what she said as he smirked, "With that disguise though, im sure you would be fine." He said teasing a bit as he requested their food to go.

Cody looked at her when they got into the taxi, which as he sat with his take away box but hearing what she said, he nodded, "Yep, and you have to walk that life on youre own... which has to be scary." He said not realizing how bad that sounded. It took him a couple monents for it to click, "I mean... I didnt mean alone... i meant being a celebrity and all... Ive been around you for a while and no ones been sticking any cameras in my face." He stated to try recovering a bit but sighed, "Sorry." He said as he scratched his check with his metal fingers, "Well, We can look through the archives from stuff from your era if you want... you probably have sequels to stuff youve seen that hadnt come out yet." He explained a bit.

He heard what she said as he sat next to her which he listened to what she said as he munched on a spicy fry, "Shouldnt you catch up on stuff first before you watch things now? I mean, they could have made a remake of something that came out the year you were frozen." He suggested but nodded, "However going to the movies wouldnt be bad." He stated as he thought it over, "Although i do think that you should begin to start prepaing yourself for the coming weeks of school." He suggested.
(Im waiting for her to realize she wont have him with her to help and that shes gonna be going solo. Hes waiting for the right time to give her a gift and im waiting for her to start panicing some >w<)

Cody eat more of his food and would wipe his metal fingers clean each time since sometimes it was hard to eat food like this. As they ate, he suddenly noticed that she seemed paniced and ran off as he raised an eyebrow as he got up but heard her in the bathroom. He heard it lock but he lightly shook his head, he disengaged the lock from the outside and opened the door just a bit, enough for the little mechanical spider to scurry in before the door closed again. Mia looked up at Kaylee, "Whats wrong Kaylee, is everything okay?" The little robot spider asked with a concerned tone, both her and Cody were worried about Kaylee's sudden sadness and stress.

Mia looked at her when she spoke but thought it over, "Im sorry that youre sad, but you are a normal girl!" She said trying to cheer her up, "I cant go with you though, Cody looked it up, seems they have problems with threatening looking spider drones on campus." She stated softly, "However, Cody wants to make sure youre safe, can you please come out of the bathroom?" She stated repeating what Cody asked her to say after checking to make sure she was okay. Mia would reassure Kaylee she would be fine but when they would leave the bathroom, Cody was waiting in the kitchen with a box, a fancy looking box but on top of it was a card. He gently stood aside, "I got you, or specifically made you a gift for getting into school and doing all that youve done. You may be rich and famous but youre still Kaylee to me." He stated as he allowed her to pick up the card, on the card said, 'Say, Good Morning Sara.' which when she would say that, the box would move, before it opened and a small doll like robot popped out, smiling up to Kaylee, "Hello, I am a Small Automated Robot Assasitant, but you can call me Sara!" She stated as Cody crossed his metal arms, "You cant take Mia with you, however, Sara here is youre personal assistant, able to help keep you safe by monitoring you and your surroundings where if anyone tries anything funny, she has a direct line to me and my father at the police. Basically shes everything Mia is, just a different look and A.I. chip." He explained kindly.
