(Auto elimination) Marcus successfully tosses Bad Boy out and the cried erupts. They're down to the final 2. Marcus and Cartwright. Marcus turns to face Cartwright and looks him in the eyes. Its timeto really get to work

It's been a long match for Cartwright, who entered at #11 compared to Marcus' #16, but he has also earned himself the most eliminations in a Royal Rumble ever at six eliminations and the crowd still believe in him despite losing the WWFG World Tag Team Championships earlier in the night.
Crowd: "CARTY! CARTY! CARTY! CARTY! CARTY!"
JR: "WE'RE DOWN TO THE FINAL TWO! CARTWRIGHT AND MARCUS DAMONE! ONE OF THESE MEN WILL EARN THE RIGHT TO MAIN EVENT WRESTLEMANIA!"
King: "HERE WE GO!"
The Extraordinary Englishman looks back at Marcus, the crowd excited to see what happens next. Cartwright decides not to waste any time, looking to quickly approach his larger opponent with multiple forearms to the face to soften him up!

Marcus is caught with several forearms but the larger younger Damone is at home in a fight. After a few shots he looks to shove Cartwright off to the ropes then catch him on the rebound with a spinebuster

Cartwright's plan to strike first pays-off with multiple successful hits, until Marcus uses his power to push away his lighter opponent. Bouncing-off the ropes, Marcus is ready to return the favour and slams Cartwright into the mat with a beautiful Arn Anderson style spinebuster which wows the fans!

Marcus gets to his feet again as the crowd cheers him a bit. But he has no time to focus on that as he goes to pull cartwright up again and looks to toss him out

Marcus lifts Cartwright up and tosses Cartwright over the top rope, however, The Lad fortunately grabs a hold of the top rope and lands on the ring apron with both feet. Phew! It looks like Marcus is about to celebrate, but the crowd noise gives him cause for concern. Cartwright waits for Marcus to turn around and looks to get back into the ring by striking Marcus with a Springboard Wheel Kick!

Marcus thought he had the match won bit the crowd keys him know otherwise. He turns as Cartwright launches himself over the top rope and knocks him to the mat with a wheel kick. The surprise is eggnog to keep him on the mat for the moment

Cartwright is able to drop Marcus to the mat, earning himself a round of cheers. But what to do with the grounded big man? The Lad has an idea! He decides to climb the nearest turnbuckle, looking to put a killer blow on to Marcus with his infamous Cartwright Crush Cannonball Leg Drop!

Marcus ia grounded too long as the veteran Cartwright takes to the air again, the leg drop connecting successfully. Marcus twitches at the impact but is left grounded still. Cartwright's job certainly didn't get any easier there

The crowd roars at the sight of a successful Cartwright Crush, it's such a rare treat! But he's given himself a Hell of a task here, if he wants to win this match. Cartwright knows this isn't going to be easy, but it has to be done. The Lad looks to pull Marcus towards the ropes and then try to lift his dead weight up against them in order to drop him over the top rope!

Marcus is quite a bit of weight to move and that works to his advantage. As Cartwright goes to lift him up, his hand shoots up to grab Cartwright by the throat and he looks to stand up, then lift and drop Cartwright with a chokeslam

Gasp! Marcus puts a stop to Cartwright's attempt at eliminating him by grabbing him around the throat. Marcus gets to his feet while keeping a grip on Cartwright, lifts The Lad up and plants him into the mat with a thunderous chokeslam, laying him out in a star shape!

the crowd always loves a good chokeslam, even if its born of desperation as this one was. After planting the former champion, Marcus stumbles forward and leans on the ropes, having taken himself off balance as well.
JR: What a thunderous chokeslam! Cartwright looks down and out!
King: What a banner first year this could be, if Marcus can eliminate him and in only his second WrestleMania outing be challenging for the World Heavyweight championship in the main event! Come on kid, just lift him up and dump him out!
Marcus almost seems to have heard the King, as he does straighten up and goes to pull Cartwright up and lift him onto his right shoulder, almost as if for a running powerslam, but with every intent on launching him over the top rope instead

Cartwright is lifted-up on to Marcus' right shoulder, the crowd growing louder as they see the end is coming. Marcus is about to reach the ropes when The Lad becomes to squirm, slipping off of Marcus' shoulders and landing behind him on his feet. The Extraordinary Englishman looks like he knows exactly what he wants to do next, waiting for his large foe to turn around to catch him so that Cartwright can unleash a Superkick towards his chin!

Marcus loses his grip on Cartwright and the veteran slides out behind him. He turns and finds Cartwright attempting to kick his head off but he ducks, attempting to catch Cartwright and lift him onto his shoulders in a powerbomb position instead. He would thrn turn and attempt said powerbomb to the outside of the ring
