Throlyn gave a sigh as Akuryo decided to be a menace and cause chaos. "Bah, coward." He'd say as Onyxia ran after the other. He'd quickly get to work removing the thrown scalpels. He'd carefully remove the one in the neck carefully, and would work toward stopping the bleeding upon the neck. The eye would be trickier. He'd press a panic button upon a PDA, summoning his robotic husky. The robo dog would open up and provide a few stored away tools and instruments to take care of the situation. He'd stop the bleeding upon the neck, and continued to work upon it. He'd place a small tube inside of the opening, to allow breathing, and as the man stabilized from that, he'd get to work on the eye. The small blade was in tight, and the only option would be to remove it, however he'd require permission to do so. He'd punch in some codes upno his PDA,then made a call on the walkie, and awaited permission and further instruction. Watching as Onyxia calmed the crowd down a bit, he looked to her and called out. "I'm going to need assistance over on this surgical removal, but hey, he'll have a shiny new cybernetic eye,if needed." He'd state, his feminine tone having a hint of chuckling in it. "Alrighty now, stay here with me." He'd say to the barkeep, and onc ehis breathing patterns returned to a stable condition, he'd remove the tube and sown the opening up. He'd then get to work upon the scalpel within the man's eye.

☆☽Miya Tsukiko Tora☾☆ ☆═━If you don’t enter the tiger’s den, how can you catch the tiger’s cub?━═☆
The days following after the ball, the tiger faunus would wake and ready before the sun. Her thoughts being of the events two weeks ago briefly as she would get ready. Once she was dressed and ready she would escape the room with purse and weapon in her purse."Okay, lets see how long I can escape...That was too easy,"She thought to herself as she took an apple and a roll on her way out of the cafeteria.
Having seemed to stroll off the campus, she had made her way to the streets of Vale not commonly traversed. Though this time, she would take to a not-so-conventional path."Ah, good morning,"She sighed to herself as she would have the apple firmly in her mouth as she would begin to climb on of the buildings so as to travel the rooftops. Once on top, she would sit along the edge and enjoy the apple."The streets will be bustling soon,"The young faunus thought to herself aloud before continuing her travels under the morning sun.

Garret had found himself once again the streets of vale, this time on a task for the school. He had set out early that morning, intent to get here as early as he could ever since he was given the task. It was a simple one, go to the local hospital in the city to retrieve some medical supplies for the school and bring them back. It honestly didn't even require him to go, being a task with little to no risk as well as it being only minor medical supplies, at least from what he had been told. But it did give him an excuse to leave the school for a bit and revisit this area, perhaps hunt a few grimm later once all was said and done. 'And the task needs to be completed.' He thought to himself. While he often ignored his wounds, or at the least postponed leaving battle to have them treated, he understood the importance of it. It is what kept warriors alive to battle yet another day. It was also a much better task than hanging around the academy to await further instruction, in his mind at least. He did not like the idea of staying there just to babysit all the students there, and needed some distance from there after the events that had transpired at the ball. 'The night had gone from amazing to tragic all in the span of a few seconds.' He silently thought to himself. But he would not dwell on such thoughts further. It would do him no good to focus on that yet, not when he had something to occupy his mind. In truth his goal was not merely to make this delivery in town. While he had not received any life threatening wounds recently, he had been postponing something he shouldn't. On his very first day at the academy, he had received wounds and refused treatment. Primarily because his own were minor, and that he did not want his wounds to be treated there. To have allowed himself to be hit at all by Grimm was not something he had desired to be known. But he could not forego medical treatment entirely, and with his minimal understanding of it, he could not perform it on himself. Which, if he excluded the school as a possibility, it only left one place: Vale. There was a hospital here, so he would take the opportunity to establish himself there now and for future visits if the need arose. He also disdained the schools for another reason; he disliked technology, and preferred more natural treatment. Which, while he did not know for certain as of yet, he may be able to find at the hospital in Vale. If it weren't available, he would seek it elsewhere.
Walking through the bustling streets of vale, the natural beauty of nature suffocated away by civilization, Garret felt slight sadness. The populace was safe in their city behind their walls, but at the cost of the beauty of nature. 'Truly a tragedy.' He thought to himself. His internal musing was interrupted as an object fell right in front of him. Gazing down at it, he saw what remained of a mostly eaten apple and no trees nearby. In fact, he was walking alongside a building. Looking up, past the flurry of birds that were heading straight towards it, he saw a flash of white. Curious as to what it may be, he kept his eyes gazing at the rooftops as he continued walking until he was able to get a clearer sight of it. It was a familiar feline faunus, one he had only met once before during one of his hunts. 'The hunt Rachel spoiled by interrupting.' H thought to himself. He was going to kill that Grimm as a manner of honor alone before she and the feline had arrived, and while the Grimm died nonetheless, it had ruined the purpose of it for him. Still, he had learned from how Rachel was that it wasn't conscious sabotage as much as it was impulse. 'As this one seemed to be following in her footsteps.' He thought to himself. If he recalled correctly, she had been called tsu-tsu, but formal names were not things he made a habit of calling others by. No, another nickname had already formed in his mind. Gazing up to her as their paths still seemed to be aligned, he waited till she had to traverse one of the shorter buildings before finally speaking, not knowing if she had already noticed him or not. "And what is the tigress doing on her perch above the rest. I wonder. Stalking prey I would presume. Careful, lest the hunter become the prey." He would begin, asking a rhetorical question as he pondered aloud her purpose. And, with his words, almost seemed to imply he became the hunter as arrogance leaked into his own tone. He would pause, confident grin in his face, before he would continue speaking. "May I be granted an audience, or shall I need to assume the role of a hunter?" He would ask, his voice still arrogant yet calm. He would prefer if she granted it easily, but if not he would be perfectly fine with chasing after her. It would be good exercise and a good distraction for him, as she would not escape him. He had learned she was a student, and knew there were classes today. So he was curious as to why she seemed to be traversing rooftops rather than be in class. Which, depending on her answer when he asked later, would determine what he would say. His eyes, while still watching the tigress for movement, were also looking for routes up to her if he needed to begin the hunt.
☆☽Miya Tsukiko Tora☾☆ ☆═━If you don’t enter the tiger’s den, how can you catch the tiger’s cub?━═☆
Having finished her apple, she would set it down on the edge of the roof so the birds could have it."Waste not, want not,"She thought aloud before continuing on her way. As the swarm of fowl had followed the core down, her icy-blue eyes would subconsciously follow, catching a glimpse of dark locks. She then turned and continued on her way, moving from rooftop to rooftop. Her hair that was not braided and capped under red, black and gold flowed behind her as she seemed to momentarily fly before landing with the roll of feline reflexes.
It wasn't until he began to speak that she had stopped and crouched at the edge of a smaller roof. He was a confusing person...maybe a new playmate?...or if he looking for a fight? Either way, she would find out soon."If you can, why don't you come up? The sun feels good,"She replied, challengingly, yet invitingly."Be warned, you might become prey,"Her slightly fanged smile let him know that she was only playing, though if he tried anything he would live to regret it. As she waited, her tail would sway lightly back and forth.
Out Of Candles!: Damn! She got caught! Posts Count: 24 Profile Location: Outskirts/Forest. Outfit/Equipped:outfit Semblance Activation/Rest:
Crouched at the edge of the rooftop, Garret would get a response to his words as Tigress almost seemed in a playful mood. He remembered her shortness in comparison to him from earlier, but at the current angle she could almost be seen as equal in height as him. 'As she seems much like a tiger waiting to spring on its prey.' He thought to himself, as her being crouched at the edge she could easily jump onto an unsuspecting passerby without them having a clue about it. Part of the reason being how people tended to be glued to their technology and oblivious to the world around them. 'And then they become shocked when the world has suddenly changed for the worse, all because of their willful ignorance.' He thought to himself. But that was beside the current matter, as the Tigress here did not seem at all like one of those. From the little he knew of her, she seemed to be a person of action rather than complacency. Hearing the response, if he could get up there to do so, and the comment about the sun feeling nice, Garret just smirked as he remained looking up at her. As much as an invitation it was to join her, it was also very clearly a challenge. And challenges were something he always took with the utmost seriousness. Before he could speak, she added on another comment about him becoming prey with a smile that showed her feline teeth. 'She has some fire to her.' He thought to himself. She seemed to have kept the playfulness and predatory nature of a tiger as well, from the little he could glean from their conversation. "Challenge accepted Tigress. I shall be up there momentarily." He would respond to her challenge, arrogant tone in his voice and confident smirk.
Garret's gaze would return to the immediate area around him beneath the building she was perched on. There was a gutter, which could help him in scaling the building, but he needed a few things to gain height before then. There were a few benches and parked vehicles near the building which seemed at least a little promising, but nothing so easy as a ladder or stairway up. He would have to be creative if he wanted to scale it. Which only made his arrogant smirk grow wider as he thought of an appropriate path up. He would need to build momentum, and have precise timing and placement. Anything less and he will fall flat of his goal. Garret's gaze would not return to the young tigress as he began to walk a distance away, perhaps even seeming as if he was leaving and giving up the endeavor as being too much effort. Which, if one knew Garret, knew that was not likely. He would quickly stop and pivot to face back the way he had just walked, and drew Heir from his back. The spears never left his side if he had a say, and even then it would be hard pressed for anyone to remove the man from his spears. Gaze turning right, then left, then right again he would nod to himself in satisfaction at seeing no vehicles approaching. And so with a deep breath...Garret would begin.
Garret ran forward, towards a parked vehicle on the roadside in front of the building. While he kept Virtue (his golden spear) on his back, Heir he held in a peculiar manner. The blunt end of the weapon's shaft was facing to the sky while the spearhead was facing the ground. Which is not how anyone should hold a spear unless they planned to strike someone from behind. But Garret did so because he had a plan in which this would do a bit less damage to the only way he could currently see up there. As he sped across, his momentum would build his speed as he refrained from using his semblance for now. His target was the truck parked in front of the building, thankfully being currently empty. As he neared the vehicle, he would jump onto the front hood of it, then the roof over the passenger seats, and finally onto the storage part of the truck. Those his speed did slow from all the jumping, he quickly sped up as he ran along the top. He was aiming for the very end of it, the corner facing the building. His face was one of focus, arrogance temporarily lost in his focus since he only had limited space to pull this off. He remembered how much he struggled with that volleyball arena on the beach, and as so he wanted to make sure he performed better. As he had learned to on his next attempt. He aimed his spear for just before the very corner, the haft he had pointed to the sky earlier now descending down to the corner, the whole point of holding it upside down was for this particular part. His momentum, along with the height gain of using his spear to vault up towards the corner of the building, allowed him to seemingly easily glide up onto the rooftop with a measure of grace as he landed. He took a few immediate steps to allow his momentum to slow and not fall over from a sudden stop though it made him go dangerously close to the edge of the rooftop. Once he had fully stopped, he would sheathe Heir on his back as he took a few steps away from the edge but not quite facing the tigress yet. He would look up at the sun for a moment, holding his left hand out with palm facing to the sky as if in contemplation, before turning to face the tigress. "Perhaps slightly warmer, though not much. Now that we are on the same field, may I inquire as to what you are doing here?" He would say, his expression and voice remaining mostly calm. He seemed to ponder something for a moment, before a faint smile would cross his lips as he spoke again. "Not on this rooftops of course. I do find it much more enjoyable to take the more difficult paths so I can understand that. No, the question is why you are in the city and not the academy?" He would finish, giving the tigress a knowing look. He knew she was a student, and that classes were currently on going. As far as he knew, no students had an excuse to be outside of class. 'And if the girl is anything like jaws, she probably doesn't have permission.' He thought to himself silently, having not seen what happened to them at the ball but remembering her eagerly following after Rachel in the outskirts. Though he did work for the school, he didn't know if the tigress knew that. Further, he made no aggressive stance to her or any indication he was going to force her to go physically. In fact, his gaze just went back to the sky as he added quietly, almost to himself, a small comment. "Though why anyone would chose civilization over the forest, I shall never understand." The sun was here, but gone were the sounds of nature and other life. It was all smothered by the sounds of people. It was truly a tragedy that where civilization thrived, nature suffered.

Walking into the coffee shop Sinn was curious. Who's decided to be the first to reach out to me. Very eager, I've hardly had time to set myself up. The shop was simple and cosy, family run, low prices but delicious tea, ironic really. The door swung a little more than it should, it seems it had been kicked in previously wrenching it from the wall. A shame, they can't afford a better fix. This place seems nice... "Protection" easy to miss with so many people in one place, hard to track down. The place was fairly empty, an old couple sitting at the table by the counter, the business’s children sitting at the table opposite the counter, a young man with a decadent prosthetic eye in the corner by the window, the other three tables were empty.
Sinn wandered up to the counter. Hello, what can we get for you? Looking up at the menu above Sinn pondered a moment, rubbing the bottom of his chin. You wouldn't happen to have any Atay, would you? It's been too long since I've enjoyed a good blend. Perhaps mentioning a tea from Vacuo might reveal his mysterious new friend. I'm so sorry sir. Ever since the fall of Vacuo, getting the leaves required for that have been rather difficult for a small business like ours. The lady at the counter seemed depressed as she said it. It must be hard to accommodate everyone’s taste now so few resources could be easily acquired. May I recommend our Chamomile Tea, it's the closest leaf to Vacuo that we could procure. It's good for soothing the mind. Sinn gave her a warm smile. That's a Vale leaf if I recall correctly, often confused with Vacuo... Oh, where are my manners? Yes, that would be lovely dear.
The lady at the counter smiled in response. You know your teas very well sir. I will make you a pot. Sinn threw some Lien onto the counter. Sir, that's far too mu- Before she could finish he pointed at the door. I noticed it needed fixing... And besides, I've never really been a fan of paying each and every time for my tea. Open up a tab for me. Tears began to fill the lady's eyes. Thank you, sir. Before long his pot was ready, she poured him a glass to get him started. Leaning against the counter with his back he slowly sipped on it and watched as people passed by the shop. This place is nice. I'll make sure to meet her more often. Delicious, than- Sinn almost spat his tea out as he finally realised who the young man was. Are you alright sir? Coughing he turned back to the lady. Thank you for your suggestion, it is delicious. Grabbing his pot he made his way over to sit with the young man. It really was him, but how? Why so young? You look young enough to be my son. You had better tell me you're his son who happened to be in a horrible accident.

Akuryo watched the two weeks pass buy, using his time to ensure any stray officer had been killed at night that came looking for him and getting too close to his Funeral Home. He had managed to get some cadavers for his employee to deal with and dispose of as Akuryo enjoyed himself some harvested Blood. Thankfully, Onyxia had not found him yet but he was beginning to get bored. He couldn't go out killing in the day at his leisure so instead, he decided to get himself gussied up with a shower, decent clothes, and a large hoodie as he stored his knives on his bandolier. "I'm going out." He told his Employee who didn't have time to respond as he left, he decided to walk his way, hoodie up, towards the coffee house. As he approached, he noticed the banged up door as he stared from the outside. "What happened here?" He feigned worry outloud.

Tsuki was patient as she would smile as he would accept her challenge."I shall be waiting,"She replied playfully. Standing now as she would watch with intrigue. Icy-blue eye eyes would follow his every move. At first she would think he was walking away, but something told her he was not one to back down from a challenge. So she would wait patiently.
She was not disappointed as he would display mastery of not only his use of weapons, but his grace as well. The young faunus would clap slowly, impressed."Bravo,"She commended, only teasing lightly. As his back was to her momentarily, she smiled mischievously, and began to walk quietly behind him, as if to poke him...at least until he turned around.
Jumping back about a foot, she would step back down upon the roof with a sheepish grin before he spoke."Maybe, still preferred up here,"Her response was casual but calm as her eyes watched him quietly as he inquired as to why she was not at the academy and instead on the rooftops."Because I needed a little time away,"She replied with a shrug. Though as the young woman would look over, she would not miss the orange and white furs of her siblings whom she watched absently as they played close to the bookshop."Sometimes, the forests don't hold what one desires to see at this moment,"Her eyes would then return to the tall lancer calmly."I'm only stepping out for a little bit...I do plan to return though,"She assured him...and maybe herself.

Garret smiled as he heard her slow clapping and say bravo, even if he could detect the teasing tone it was phrased in. Not that she could see it, of course, but it was there. It wasn't too complex of a thing to do once he found the route, but he had made it more showy than necessary because he liked making an entrance and enjoyed the added challenge of that. As he had been turning to face her, he noticed her jump back and give him a sheepish grin. 'What were you planning, I wonder...' He mused to himself. Had she not jumped back he would've thought nothing of it, but from that action combined with her current expression he seems to have caught her before she could do something. What that something was he had no clue or context to find out currently, but he would keep an eye on her. He didn't sense anything malicious from her, but he preferred not to be surprised. And while he was curious what she had been planning to do, he had other things he desired to know first. She responded casual but calmly that it was still preferred up here, which he had to admit it was slightly warmer which was nicer than down there. 'Further, the air feels cleaner up here than down there.' He silently added in his mind. While he did not expect to travel up here regularly, it was something to note for future travels through the city. She then explained that she simply needed time away with a shrug. 'Though you do not get to decide such things on your own.' He thought to tell her, but for now kept it in his mind. He did not want to scare away the tigress so quickly. He watched as her gaze turned then to the street below, commenting on how it did not hold what she desired currently. Turning his gaze to the streets himself, he wondered what she was looking at, noticing a pair of tiger faunus in the streets amidst many others, but unable to pin point exactly where her gaze was focusing. His gaze would return to her as hers returned to his.
She would then try to assure him that she planned to return, which he did not buy in the slightest currently. 'Why return to the cage when you are already free and would only be punished?' He thought to himself. The possibility she was excluded crossed his mind but was ruled out. If it had been so, she likely would have mentioned it earlier. Calm eyes would lock with hers as he spoke. "Oh, you must be fortuitous to have that luxury then. Very few students that I know of can willingly skip class because they desire to. I am relieved to hear you plan to return though. May I know what class you are skipping?" He would ask, grin forming on his face as from the look and tone he very much did not believe she would be returning, even though she said as much. He knew if he were in her position he would not do so. He would pause for a moment before he would continue. "It would be a shame though for me to return there later and find out you did not return. Especially given my relation to the school. I do interact with the headmaster quite a bit." He would pause a moment, calm yet arrogant grin still on his face as he looked to her with a slightly challenging gaze but made no further move towards her as of yet. Letting the full meaning of the words and underlying consequence that would await her if she chose not to return. He would then continue. "It would also be unfortunate for you to return without a valid excuse. If you would do me a favor that ensures you returned to school, I may be willing to overlook your willful skipping and give you a valid excuse for it? I would decide quickly however, I do have matters to attend to and this opportunity will no longer be valid once I depart." He would add on, tone arrogant yet there was the implication that this would be the better option for her as well as him trying to help her out, if she agreed. He may not be a teacher of the school, but he understood the importance of discipline for the students. He also knew the consequences of skipping without a valid excuse. But he liked her spirit, and would rather see her go back with an excuse than in trouble. Plus, it would be more convenient for him this way. He had a task that needed completion back at the academy regardless, but he also intended to see to matters in the town. It would be a far more efficient use of his time to split the task and use the tigress for the one at the academy. It would also give her accountability for her actions in the event she did not deliver on her end.

XXXIt appeared that even in his years of absence, his range of influence was as expansive as ever. It took a series of calls and favors, along with some clever words to talk his new associates into letting him explore the boundaries. After all, if they were willing to send such an inexperienced child into the mouth of the beast known as Beacon, why not send someone who's been at this act for nearly four decades? Deception can as second nature to the man, something that never did change even when he quite literally stared into the jaws of death. ... Yes, those wicked jaws.. The very teeth he sought in his greed turned out to be the same that would rind his very own flesh. Who would've thought the tables would turn so far? Only, it seemed that not even she was fully committed to gulping down his very essence. Perhaps it was a sense of fear or respect for the man who kept her under his care for nearly a decade. Or perhaps the flesh of someone so wicked and twisted made her sick to her stomach. So, what exactly was it that prompted these thoughts of the megalodon? Why it was the short stack of documents that rested so neatly on the surface of the table. A peculiar piece of paper was pinched his index and thumb. Whether it was a trick of the eye or reality, it looked as if his pupils seemed to shift and narrow like the shutter of a camera. 'What an interesting turn of events. That you would be here of all places, Megalodon. Preparing the youth for the future? That's truly laughable.' As the first flex of his adopted position at the academy, he requested personal files. Why exactly? Well, the excuse was so that he could understand the circumstances of the students that come to him, while in reality... According to those in the tribe, there was a large influx of faunus within the walls of Beacon. While the Tribe wanted to see an end to the faunus, this man had his own interest on the matter. The stack that laid before him was akin to a shopping catalog for him, unable to shake the tendencies of the past. While he wasn't sure what to expect, it certainly wasn't to see a former pet here of all places.
However, today wasn't the day for such trivial activities. These students would have a chance to meet him when the time came. That's when the game would truly begin. Now in the present, it was time to meet an old friend. It seemed that even after so many years, a dear associate of the past was still alive and kicking. While the fall of Atlas hindered the prospect of his organization, it was only a stepping stone for something much larger than the livelihood of his employees. For it was today that this man would reconnect with one he may have even considered an equal, Sinn. "But of course, dear friend. My father was a fine suitor with a bevy of beauties just waiting for the man to settle." Eyes that flickered much like the shutter of a camera would look towards the man, a pleased smirk crossing his lips. Letting his words settle, an amused chuckle would escape his lips before setting down Rachel's file on the neat stack of papers. "Hardly as such. You talk as if I ever had the time for such conjugation. I did my part in raising Eileen and Rachel." Now there was an inkling of truth. Unlike Sinn who once had a family life of his own, Zaffre never had the time for such homely prospects. It was already time-consuming enough to take that homeless child off the streets to become his assistant. Not to mention the years of hassle that went into Rachel's development... Perhaps if he had his own flesh and blood, the task wouldn't have been nearly as tedious. Alas, such a means of settling down really didn't present itself as the best opportunity for his intentions in the world.
Glassy orbs would shift their focus for a moment, their shutter like iris focusing on the pot that the man carried with him. It was tea. In Zaffre's visitations in Vale, he had heard that a small mom and pop coffee shop served some rather divine tea. "Tell me, how does their tea taste? Unfortunately, my diet has grown quite restrictive these past years." It was a rather sad fact that Zaffre would only reflect on for a moment, almost looking saddened at the thought. It wasn't a lie per say, more so he wasn't sure how foot and beverage alike would impact some of the changes. No damage, it appeared, but... Where would it all go if he did, exactly? Or perhaps it was simply an allergy to tea that he's developed over the years. Whether something simple or complicated, he was relying on Sinn's own input of the quality. After all, it wasn't uncommon for the duo to share a cup of tea whenever they met. A tradition, in a sense. "You my friend, however, look no different from the last time we met. I suppose once we reach a certain point, the concept of age becomes simply that. A concept. Now tell me, what have I missed in my absence? Five years feels far too long, I feel like I've missed so much. Job prospects? Personal life? ... That boy?" Oh yes, an interesting prospect that he remembered from so long ago. As the region of Vacuo fell, Sinn saw to escort a small boy to the region of Vale. There was still much that Zaffre didn't know about that situation, though time would tell if he was meant to learn. After all, it had already been a handful of years.

As she looked to him after her failed attempt at poking the tall young man. Though she did plan to return to school. Her icy-blue eyes looked to him calmly before glowering slightly."Your snarky remark is not necessary,"She stated before shrugging slightly."Math and cybernetics,"She finally answered. At his mention of returning to the school, her ears laid back slightly as she'd glower at him before looking to the sky.
This would be a great challenge indeed."What is this arrogant p***k playing at?"She wondered as the tigress tilted her head to the side slightly."Oh?"She responded as she would listen to his teasing proposal."What did you have in mind,"she inquired of him, her tail saying slowly from side to side. Thinking about it, she would then sigh. She would need an excuse to go back to class without getting scorned for it. What choice did she have?"Fine. I'll do it,"Miya inquired as she would wait his reply.

Garret smirked as he saw tigress' glower and her words of his snarky response not being necessary. 'If only you knew.' He thought to himself with an internal smile. Had it been Yui he would have been more formal and perhaps a little less snarky, but not with others. It suited him just fine to build some animosity if only to keep others distant and still derive some enjoyment from them. Though it did backfire when they reciprocated it and got used to it, but that only happened rarely. 'Further, I did catch you skipping class.' He thought to himself. Perhaps if she wasn't skipping he would have been much less sarcastic in tone, but he always honored his word and obligations. School was a form of obligation students had to do, so when that was broken he would lose a bit of tact when dealing with ones such as her. 'Even if I understand the call to freedom.' He thought to himself internally, never having had any formal schooling past a young age and just being taught by his mentor. Which, in his mind, was more than enough and equal in measure to regular schooling even though he knew many would not agree. As she mentioned the class to be math and cybernetics, Garret took on a thoughtful expression for a moment as he thought of the teacher. 'Ah, that would be Vickers.' He recalled in his mind. He was half man and machine in Garet's mind, given how he had his own mech suit and eye. But unlike some others who he knew to use it from the get go as a crutch, he never viewed vickers as such. The man was missing an arm, lost an eye, was aged yet had the physique of a warrior, and slightly insane. From what Garret could tell, he had been through a lot in his life, and to survive as long as he had with his injuries was impressive to him. So, despite his reliance on tech he was one of the few Garret did not fault for it. 'I wonder how he would respond to a skipping student.' Garret idly wondered to himself. Garrets eyes would watch the Tigress as she considered his proposal, her tail swaying from side to side as she did. He was about to ask her a question, but was pausing in how to phrase it, when she decided to just accept it anyway after a sigh.
Smiling arrogantly to the tigress, he would nod his head to her. "It isn't the wisest thing to accept things without fully knowing what the task entails. I could ask you to ride a pack of beowolves to survival class if I so desired. But, you are fortunate enough that the task itself is simple." He would pause after speaking, his tone no longer as sarcastic as it was earlier and was more serious. Accepting tasks without knowing everything was never wise, which made him break his facade for a moment to make sure she knew he was serious. He would begin walking away from her to the edge of the roof before turning back to face her briefly. "Follow me. We may as well speak as we travel, and since we are up here anyway I see no need reason to get down as of yet...That is, if you can keep up." He would say serious at first, before the same arrogant smile would cross his lips as he would turn and jump to the next roof. He would pause to give her a chance to jump over before he would continue traversing the rooftops, though that would in no way silence him. "The task will be simple. I have to deliver a few medical supplies from a local clinic to beacon, but I have other business here, so you will make the delivery in my stead. When asked, tell them Lancer sent you while presenting them something of mine and that should be an excuse enough." He would simple say in a tone that held no space for her to argue with. In his mind, given she had accepted it, she had no way to back out of her obligation at this point and treated it as a guarantee she would do it. He wasn't even looking at her when he said it, eyes watching the path set before them as they traveled to find the best route. Upon finding it though, his eyes would eventually turn to the tigress. "A shame you skipped Vickers class as well. He is an...interesting man, as are his classes on most days. I know not why you skipped the class, but his is one I would attend. He may be eccentric in manner, and insane in mind, but for one to have survived as long as he takes skills few others have." Garret would speak for once in a respectful manner when it came to Vickers. The man had his respect despite knowing little of him.

Sinn could hardly believe his eyes, it was Zaffre Azelhart in the flesh and blood, or rather in the metal and oil? Enough s**t old man. How’d you do it? You haven’t aged a day. He would reach for the file he had so delicately placed down, after a quick browse he would look questioningly to Zaffre, Looking to get your “child” back? I’d suggest letting this one go, seems she’s blossomed and left the nest. Zaffre’s shutter-like eyes mad Sinn feel very uncomfortable. This is going to take some getting used to. Sighing he’d take another sip of his tea. His eyes would catch the stranger standing outside the shop, something about him made Sinn take note of him. What’s your story then?
Sinn looked down at his tea as Zaffre asked about its taste. So that thing’s not too good would drinks? Good to know. It’s delicious, it has a herbal taste with subtle floral notes that feels like it’s definitely healing something. He would chuckle at his last comment. Zaffre looked disappointed for a moment before quickly changing the direction of the conversation. I suppose that’s better than looking 5 years older. Though when you look like that I can’t help but feel like you’re enjoying saying it more than you should. Sinn would pause for the briefest of moments when Zaffre asked about the boy, a pause that only Zaffre would ever be able to notice. One thing at a time, my minds not as sharp as I may look.
Looking through the window Sinn would reflect on the question. 5 years. Where to start. Looking back at Zaffre, Sinn would smile. I suppose you know about Atlas by now. That wasn’t as easy as it looked, hope it didn’t affect your business too badly. While the sentiment wasn’t the truth it wasn’t a complete lie either. Job prospects? I hear the tribe have a bit of pull at present. Something makes me think you know about them more than I do at present, just a hunch. Sinn would wait to see if Zaffre would tell him something, or at the very least give small tell as to something. Personal life? I’m living. I arrived only a few days ago, so I’ve yet to settle myself. Perhaps you’re willing to help me out with that, we’ve been friends a while now. It really had been a long time the two had known each other, a sign of how close they were to achieving his goals.
Leaning forward Sinn’s expression would become very serious. That boy. I have plans for him. Plans that have been in the works for a while now. Tell me, do you know if he’s in Beacon? Leaning back his expression would soften once more as he began to reminisce on it. A mission for an important man, a destiny forged for a small child and Sinn himself. It seems this one will be different from the other three. He said casually as he looked out the window.

Akuryo slowly walked into the coffee house, his red orbs looking around before he landed them upon two people who were sitting and chatting near the bar. He began to walk over towards the two, his hands in his pockets before he sat down and looked to see the waitress was away. He sighed and lowered his head before he threw it back up, looking at the two. "Greetings, names Jeffery, whatcha two doing?" He asked with a small grin on his face, he wasn't there to cause trouble at least not yet. But he could feel something with these two.... something he couldn't put his fingers on yet. "You both seem to know eachother, how long have you both been acknowledging eachothers existances?"

"...Can you donate to me...some blood?" The Master Assassin
☆☽Miya Tsukiko Tora☾☆ ☆═━If you don’t enter the tiger’s den, how can you catch the tiger’s cub?━═☆
Miya felt the smugness from where she stood coming from him and growled softly under her breath, but then she settled and would watch him quietly."Such a strange man...what is he thinking?"She wondered as Lancer seemed to be in his own train of thought. It then occurred to her that he may not have her name...but that was okay. If he asked, she would tell him, it not, then they never had to know one another by name...right?
She was pulled from her own thoughts when he made his offer. Taking a small amount of time to consider, the tigress finally agreed. So, when he began arrogantly then chastised her with such a serious expression, she shrugged slightly. Adults were always so lecturing."What's life without a little risk once in a while? And that sounds like fun, but I shall do whatever task to the best of my abilities,"Tsuki retorted and smiled slightly as she awaited his proposal. Though it was a risk, she was willing to take one; after all, life was meant to be lived.
As he would walk to the edge of the rooftop, curious, she would follow and stand gracefully on the edge alongside him. The young tigress then looked ahead before looking towards the tall gentleman beside her as he spoke."Very well, lead the way...Just don't get lost,"she told him teasingly, if a bit snippy. She had known this place like the back of her hand, having practically been raised in Vale. The rooftops were just another part of it. She would jump after him without pause, rolling as she landed beside him and stood before mockingly motioning for him to continue."He may be older, but that doesn't make him better than I am."The young woman then sighed as she would continue, keeping up rather easily as he filled her in on what he needed her to do for him."That's all I have to do?...Sounds easy enough,"Miya thought aloud, then listened to his information of the class' teacher that she had skipped. It sounded like he admired the guy...so, he was not like the rest? She would consider this as food for thought and grew curious of this Vickers. It was still early, so in her mind it was better late than never.
