Eira - Post 5 Well now, those weren't the words that she wanted to hear, but she supposed that if the woman was from a place in Oba that her reputation had spread as far as that. Such a thing wasn't a thought that Eira liked in the least bit. Perhaps with the new upgrades that she was adding to her inn that word of it would spread further and others even as far as Oba would know of her inn. Crossing her arms under her chest she said with her best smile, "I see, seems that we will have to work that much harder then so that the reputation of my place spreads." "Itotia is it? Good to meet you." She supposed... though since it was a party she would remain amiable. Eira opened her mouth, about to say more, when someone went brushing passed her. She turned to look in the direction of the one that had just rushed by, "Huh, archers? Wonder what their up to..." Perhaps she should waylay one of them, get some information, if only because she wanted to know if she should be worried or not.

Lilif - Post five Lilif opened her mouth, as she was about to say something as the archers went past. As her attention was drawn away for a moment her tilted her head in confusion. "I wonder what they're going after?" She mumbles a bit. She blinks at looks in the direction that they went, trying to see if there was anything they could tell her what's happening from where she is. "B-but what if someone is in danger? What if pretty, innocent people are being hurt?" She asked as looking at Li, too worried at the moment to keep her happy smile up. As she started to get more worried she started to fidget and look around for something that could be used as a weapon that she could use to defend herself and the people she was with. As she's looking around she sees a carved wooden staff, which she quickly grabs and leaves some gems where it was and holds it tightly. As her pulse get's a bit faster her snake starts to hiss. Her eyes widen a bit when he says he's the oldest, quickly hiding behind him. "hide me, meat shield" She says, her voice shaky, trying to stay calm.

 - Post 5 It was nice to have him listening to intently on what she was saying, about her stories even if she was being pretty vague on the details. However she nearly choked on a peice of her food when he asked it him as the main character had any clothing on. Coughing she didn't get a moment to respond to his question as suddenly there was a bustle of things going on. Once she was able to breath properly she felt her hand go to grasp Makani's arm her eyes narrowing. "Somethings not..right...there is...something bright in the sky...people are gathering weapons...we should find the others." She muttered annoyed that their alone time was being interrupted by...goodness knows what. Standing up she waited for Makani to join her, her hand having a firm grip on his arm to make sure they didn't get separated.

 - Post 5 It wasn't that Gerraden thought it was too soon for them to have kids, in fact he would of brought up the subject much sooner, heck he had dreamed about them starting a family for quite awhile. Its just...the way Rishima handled him, like he was something very fragile bothered him. He didn't want to add to his mates stress of protecting everyone by adding children to the lot, he figured if he could prove himself strong enough to take care of himself as well Rishima then the worries of protecting the children could be shared. He squeezed Rishima's hand, "Its not too soon, its something I've wanted for us for a long time." Gerr didn't explain how he had dreams about them starting a family before many day dreams. "I..." About to suggest that they go see Aisha his words were cut off, there was fire in the sky and people were gathering with weapons. Alarmed he pulled Rishima closer to him. Despite the fact Rishima was older and more experienced in combat he didn't have a weapon right now. Not that...Gerrarden had brought his great sword either... "Somethings not right.." He managed observing the worried expressions on the people around them. Those with bows looked grim..the elders seemed to be gathering.

Jakkoa || 3Jakkoa frowned. Though generally speaking, events such as the one underway were more or less his ideal circumstance — people and opportunities and information all underfoot in great quantity — this had been an unmistakably unusual gathering so far in certain ways. Yes, many or even most all of the traditional goings-on were there, but there was an air of change present, mixed about as clearly as those from farther away than he cared to measure. And apparently, the fates had more in store yet. It was the mood of the crowd which alerted him first. One moment, everything felt at least akin to what he’d suspect—the typical hustle and bustle and co-mingling scents and sounds all flurried together. Then, came the rippling murmur. The gradual slow, as though a thick syrup of indecision and hesitance had settled over the crowd and finally, the more outright sounds: the scattered outcry of surprise, peppered questions through the mass, and ‘ Look!’ ‘ Look there!’ so Jakkoa did look. The furrow to his brow deepened. “What is that?”

Post 5 Happy to hear that Mirin would come with them she looked happoly to her father before...suddenly things were turning for the worse. Mirin's words struck her almost dumbfounded as she looked up to the sky to see that something up there was causing smoke...and fire. She didn't mean to, but she found herself pressing into her fathers side. That ...whatever it was up there was frighteningly large. "W..hat is that?" She whispered hoping perhaps that her dad might have some answers. Korra watched wide eye'd as archers gathered and she glanced with a panic look to her father wondering if he would be joining them.

Draven Post 5The Janarim picked up on the same feeling the Radaku as his gaze turned towards the skies over head. Lips pulling back to show teeth, the beast shoved its charge to one side to place himself over the hybrid. Nile on the other hand tired to take refuge down Draven's shirt making him squirm a bit before he could collect the quivering ball of scales. Darn it, what was going on to make this companions act in such a way? Pulling himself out from beneath the Janarim, Draven caught sight of archers moving in one direction, coming from many others. Depositing the Keldari back into her pouch, Draven glanced around even more before settling on what was coming. What was that? Looking at both those he was talking to before looking at Aysun. He wanted a closer look? How much closer did he want to get? "Alright, i'll go with you." Draven said as he grabbed his sword from it's holder and put it around his waist. "They may need help if it attacks on the ground."

Naqenni || 3
When Nivalis initially called them to a halt, so to speak, Naqenni did instinctively stop, holding her posture out as though by her height, she would signal a hold up if the others had not heard the mystic over the rabble. Then, Nivalis began to gesture, touching to her temple, tipping her head, and—Naqenni made a brief face in the moment the child mystic’s eyes were closed. Was she fully serious? As the mystic opened her eyes again and began to instruct, it became clear that she was.
Naqenni took a moment, eyeing the girl with an assessing gaze before, having weighed the options, privately amused tolerance seemed to be the best route. Either the mystic had just had a vision — in which case visions were, in Naqenni’s opinion, rather theatrically ridiculous little gestures from the universe and worthy of being amused at at face value — or, she had a goal she wanted to accomplish and this was, as she saw, the best means of achieving cooperation.
Either way, this was the mystic’s trip, and the fates had brought her this far.
Naqenni saw no reason to do anything but follow, for now, with the ‘will’ of the mystic. If that meant leaving her other two sisters to their own devices — relatively speaking — then she felt no particular need to concern herself with their affairs. Surely they could handle earthlings.

Ondine Post 4
Ondine just watched quietly as this leaf kind was a bit taken off guard. Did he think she was some dainty little woman? Of course she wasn't! She was a fighter, she was a warrior, she was someone who stood up for what she believed in and make sure everyone knew it. Ondine didn't see a point to believe otherwise. So, she began to lose focus until he began to speak about the weapons. Then, her unique eyes lit up and smile spread across her gradually lightening face.
Was it getting that late already?
But her face shifted a bit and she was about to ask if he knew of any hand-to-hand weapons until something happened. Ears perking a bit, she turned away from the man before her before remembering what little manners she still had.
"Oh, ya, thank ya very much. Bu' it looks like there's somethin' interestin' going on and I'm gonna go check it out..." Stalling a moment, she cleared her throat, "You're welcome to join."
Before heading to where the gathering masses seemed to want to be.

Ozzrick || 4“I—seduce?” Did that mean she thought he was talented at seducing? Or looked to be good at it? Or was successfully—? Or perhaps it only meant- He cleared his throat. “Ah, well, part of entertainment is capturing the attention and awe of an audience, however great or small so I suppose…that is a form of seduction yes, if you think of it that way. But ah, no I don’t—well, I do dance occasionally. But predominantly, I do other acts. I speak for the audience and introduce shows, I perform in skits—do you know we traveling performers bring theatre? From all over the land, we’ve collected stories and some…” He gestured openly, “…can be performed by different actors to tell the story to our live audience, mm? I think it’s exciting. And, I, ah…” Ozzrick’s eyes wandered towards the sky without his thinking about it actively. There was a hubbub amidst the others around them, and though he hadn’t been paying them much mind, it was harder to ignore as the quiet and unease became more distinct. Then, he saw the cloud. His brow furrowed, and he tipped his head, reaching up absently to rub at a statuette of a local goddess crudely carved into a wooden bead dangling from a braid in his hair. “Are you familiar with what that might happen to be?”

Makani - Post 6 Makani lifted one hand to lay it over that of Sin'qua as she gripped tightly to his arm. He took that as a bad sign, as though whatever was going on out there must be severe because it had even Sin'qua riled up a bit. Tilting his head to one side he tried to hone in on any conversations that he might be able to glean information from but was coming up empty handed. Some people seemed to notice what was going on, others were oblivious, and those that knew exactly what was happening weren't speaking up. "Something in the sky?" Makani asked, giving a humming sound. Even with his powers to 'see' it was a difficult thing, fighting beasts in the sky. He knew full well that he wasn't equipped for such things after his run in with the firebirds of Sauti. Flying beasts were those he was the worst at dealing with, meaning that her suggestion of finding the others might be for the best, "Yes, you're definitely right. It would be best that we regroup with the others, I feel we will be better prepared that way." Not to mention those like Eira, Li, and Borra couldn't even fight, they were entertainers, not fighters. Makani at least his magic even if he was completely in the dark. Pushing up to his feet he held tightly to Sin'qua and said, "Since I am bad at dealing with threats in the sky I might require your aid when it comes to aiming my magic... if it comes to that at least." Here was to hoping that it didn't.

Rishima - Post 6 "We will have to continue later when things are calmer." Rishima murmured, not wanting to allow this particular conversation to lay half finished for long. For the time being though it would be best that they prepared themselves for whatever was out there no matter what it might be. Here was to hoping that whatever perceived threat was out there that it was quickly taken care of by the archers that he'd seen in the crowd. As Gerraden mention that something wasn't right he nodded, "Best that we stay on guard and seek out Jerarda's triplets. They are just prentices, unarmed with unprepared for danger. I could never forgive myself if they got in over their heads." Not to mention that Jerarda wouldn't forgive him either if he allowed something to happen to her babies. Turning to look at Gerraden, his antennae twitching rapidly he said, "Let's be careful... if push comes to shove we can get a weapon from the merchants in the area but let's hope that doesn't become necessary." He wasn't prepared for a battle nor was he interested in one, but if his hands were forced then he would do all he could to protect those he cared for.

Jacinthus - Post 5 Jacinthus was able to lead the way for a short while before he started to pick up on various things that struck him as being off. It wasn't long before he found his sharp eyes following some of those that seemed to be gathering weapons and not in some amiable manner either. He followed them for a time, keeping a close watch on them before Korra was suddenly clinging to his side, asking what something was. He gave her a glance, then followed her gaze up into the sky. His green eyes scanned the sky, taking in all the details, before he said, "I can't say I've seen one before... but given that they make kinfa look tiny I doubt it's anything good. Korra, Mirin, stay close to one another." He said before he shrugged his bow off his shoulder. Once it was in hand he moved to follow along after some of the other archers. He'd do his best to catch up with one of them, ask what was going on, and volunteer if they needed his skill to deal with the monsters up in the sky.

Jerami - Post 5 "Eh? Fire?" Jerami asked as he took a couple steps forward to get a better look only to get crashed into by some man with a bow that seemed to be in a rush to get somewhere. Likely toward whatever it was that was making fire appear in the sky. Jerami went down with a squeak, landing on his backside, looking up at the archer that had actually came to stop. The man starred down at him before taking his hand, pulling him to his feet before he said, "Sorry Miss." And with that he was gone, rushing off to catch up with some others that were gathering. He blinked a couple times before reaching down with one hand, dusting himself off, "Huh... I wonder what's up... must be bad." He murmured, glancing toward his sisters. It was obvious that he wasn't really bothered by getting knocked over or being called 'Miss' by the man. If anything he was more worried about whatever it was that was going on, especially given that weaponry was involved. Moving back toward his sisters, not wanting to risk getting knocked over again, he said, "What should we do Jhana, Shima? Should we... I don't know... find somewhere to hide?" For a moment he wished that Drexl was nearby so he could hide behind him... but given the dark haired giant of a man wasn't around he would try to be strong for his sisters! They just had to think of a plan, where they should go, what they should do, and they should do it quickly before anything more happened that could put them in serious danger. Here was to hoping that it was just a false alarm or their mothers would never let them go anywhere else ever again!

Itotia Post 5
Itotia shifted a bit. She wasn't sure if it was worth stating the obvious; she wasn't the type to know of such things and be a part of word-of-mouth. There were many at the Red who did enough gossiping for an entire team of dancers, so she simply let them chatter and come to her when they felt it was needed. As a result, she often was not as aware of the outside world, and she was ok with that.
"You as well." She responded lightly, before she quickly stepped to the side to avoid the person brushing past them. Narrowing her eyes, she too studied the archers and hissed.
"There are quite a few..." Her mind wandered a bit to the charges, and she let out a low Oban curse, "Those two are out shopping...if there's trouble I need to find them..."
Her voice was low, but she let out a sigh, "Have you seen two teenagers, of oban coloring but wind hair?"
